I set up the appointment online and the store called within the hour and the person was courteous and helpful in walking through what I services I laid out and what the costs would be. When the appointment time came, again personable and courteous upon arrival and when I came back later to pick up the car. New tires, oil change, and alignment.

All the years I've been using this location today was a disappointment. The unprofessionallism of it. If you have a weekend worker who was out on yesterday no call no show or whatever, wouldn't it have made since to contact the manager for the next day to let them know about the situation? Unfortunately no one did! Which means I woke up early for nothing. The store didn't open on time nor did they have any technicians. Smh A simple email could have saved my time and gas! Communication is the key to running a good business! Firestone y'all dropped the ball with this!

Front desk person was very rude and condecending. He lied about my car needing to get synthetic oil changes only. He also was very rude and abrupt with me and my questions. I got my alignment done and will need to take it back because the while is off centered now and the car still veers right. Very disappointed with this location.

The only problem was that I went on SundayThe website said they open 7I have appointment at 8I went 7:30 and found Nobody there, they open at 8I waited until 8:45 until the worker come and start on my carSo one hour and 15 min waiting before they start Then the waiting time was good after they start. The Lady who work there was so nice.

We use this Firestone, the one on Pleasant Hill, and one in Bradenton, FL for most of our service needs. The life time balance and alignment services are terrific.

Worst customer service ever. We got an alignment with brand-new tires. They did a bad alignment the first time. We had to go back for a second alignment, and after 3 months my NEW tires were absolutely in bad condition. I wished I can talk with the manager over there. But nobody was helpful to our problem.Please do not go to this store if you want a new alignment. They are NOT DOING a good job. Thanks for nothing.

I did an alignment and tire rotation in this location. Staffs were friendly and professional. It took earlier than other Firestone but still took a couple of hours.

After I brought two brand new tires from Walmart, I brought my vehicle here to do the wheel alignment because I had a warranty here from when I had my control arms put on in Delaware. The mechanic here that did my wheel alignment said he couldn t do my wheel alignment correctly because I needed both front tie rods replaced. So when I left, my steering wheel was stuck going toward the right and my steering was bad. It kept pulling toward the right. So when another mechanic came to do my tie rods, he said my tie rods were ok. It wasn t why my steering kept pulling toward the right or left. He said the control arm nut or screw at the end kept coming loose. That s why it kept pulling to either side while I was driving. When he tightened my control arm nut or screw my vehicle drove straight. Also, a month later my two new tires shredded to the point metal was showing. I tried to get them replaced but Walmart mechanic said they couldn t replace them because there was no more tred on my tire. And the tred became that way because the mechanic here didn t perform my wheel alignment correctly. The tie rods weren t the issue for performing my wheel alignment correctly. It was the control arm and they Firestone could ve tightened it. As of right now all four of my tires are shredded with no tred. So, I m now stuck without a safe vehicle to drive to work, all because this mechanic didn t want to do my wheel alignment correctly because he wanted me to get my tie rods replaced here. I don t have a lot of money to just get my vehicle repaired especially if it s not a emergency but this mechanic made me have a vehicle emergency now. I m not coming to this particular Firestone because they don t care about the safety of their customers. They only care about making money and ripping off females. No stars but google makes you put one star.

If I could give this place 0 stars I'll do it. They don't know how to treat customers. Even if the customer is wrong you cannot talk with the other coworkers and laugh off the situation in front of the customer!!!!!!!!!!!!I came in April, TWO TIMES in a week because of the alignment they did and today as of July my car wheels are misalignment. In just THREE MONTHS. VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED!!

I have been to this location several times and they are so professional and so nice. This is the first place I have ever been to as a woman for mechanical needs where I did not feel taken advantage of. Also Michaela who sits upfront is awesome. Attitude. An employee's attitude has an affect on the atmosphere, and how one behaves affects how the customer will feel. Many places I go to, there are employees that provide great customer service, and that make the customer feel like they can go there for assistance. Then...there are other places where employees not only seem like they don't like their job or don't want to be there, but also give the feeling they don't really have any interest in what the customer needs. Because of how the employee was, I felt there was no need to ask for more servic s aside from the basic oil change.I made an appointment to have my car worked on at a set time. I even got there a few minutes early, and even after setting an appointment, I'm told my car may not get worked on for another thirty minutes. Why set the appointment if you are just going to have me wait longer? It was very disappointing. This was a location I was intending to return to because it's right down the street from where I live. Well, not after this.Finding a good mechanic is becoming a lot more difficult than I thought. Maybe because they know most people regularly need car service.

When I scheduled my appointment 3-4 days ago he said it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. When I went in today she told me that they were short staffed and it would take two and a half to three hours or more and was I going to leave my car, and I was not so I told her I would reschedule so that was just all a waste of my time...

Easy to schedule an appointment and do an overnight drop off. Team was quick and efficient. Oil change was done and in a matter of moments were on my way. They even informed me they already applied my coupon code before I even got to the checkout. My family have been customers for years and will continue to be for the future!

Very poor customer service on all levels. I made an 8am appointment and it was not honored. I received an email confirmation. When I called I was told my appointment was canceled because they were booked up even though it showed availability online. They can't even handle basic appointment scheduling. I don't appreciate my time being wasted. I do not recommend this location.

I walked in today and despite having made an appointment earlier this morning I was not seen. I received a confirmation email stating that Firestone received my appointment request and the appointment was active and pending. Seeing as that I had not heard from Firestone all day I set out for my appointment and at 3:45PM for them to say that the manager was supposed to be decline the appointment and that they were booked and could not see me. I asked when we re they planning to call or decline the appointment online because I got there 15 minutes before my appointment and heard nothing .The lady proceeds to say that she was not the manager she doesn t know. No concessions or attempts to see me at another time were made and the woman at the front desk merely told me that she was not the manager and could not offer any further assistance and walked back out where they fix cars . I found it extremely unprofessional that they could not even inform me if they could not see me today or honor my appointment and I had to drive during traffic to leave empty handed.

This place is a joke. I had a scheduled appointment. I got there 20 minutes before my appointment. When I told them I had arrived they looked at me like I was crazy and said that they don t have enough hands on deck to deal with my issue since everyone was working on other cars who arrived earlier. I took my business across the street to Mr. Tire who actually kept my appointment. Much better service there!

Let s start with the first problem I asked for a check engine light reading and they then told me yeah OK will take care of it I ll run a diagnostic and let you know they forgot to mention that diagnostic cost $100 when they advertise a free check engine light reading. To top it off they then say there s one part wrong that needed to be fixed OK that s another $200 and then they want another $200 to do some sort of flush through the system I leave my car and I ll come back later to pick it up. I come back to pick it up and my check engine light is still on now apparently there s another problem and I need a different part leave the car overnight because they said that they re going to take care of it and they ll solve the problem the next day comes along they never even bother to call me to say hey we re not gonna be able to fix the problem your car is ready for you to pick it up. Absolutely do not recommend and will never go back.

I have been here more than once, and with an antique and some specialized needs. They took the time to listen carefully to my precise needs. They described exactly what was going on, and they showed me what they could and could not accomplish. Very personalized, and on a very good timeframe, all at a very fair price. Same tech as before, and I appreciate consistency. I definitely recommend this Firestone at this location, and I ll definitely return.

I had a 4pm appointment which I arrived on time for that I am currently still waiting to have a tire changed, A TIRE! I am sitting outside because its nice. I was informed 1 car was ahead of mine. However I have watched 2 cars in front of me go in for service. I went in 30 minutes ago and was told 1 car was in front of me. As I stood there I said that's what you said 2 cars ago and he tried to lie right to my face. I made and appointment for a reason. This is huge inconvenience. Its now 5 pm and may car is just being pulled into a port.

I came for an oil change they said they could complete for me within an hour to an hour and a half. I showed up 20 minutes after we spoke on the phone just as we discussed and they told me they couldn't get to it today at all. Terrible business. They've done this to me on multiple occasions where they claim a certain time and completely fail. All they want is to get you in the door then they'll change their story entirely. Don't waste your time trying to talk with for work with Lee, the manager.

Was here this morning, wanted a tire rotation and oil change. The employee who helped me was really nice, didn't upsell me, and tried to work within my budget.The inside was clean and they had my car ready in a good amount of time. I will bring my car here again.

I have a new 2019 Volkswagen Atlas SEL Premium. Over the weekend of April 6, 2019 I noticed I had a screw in my front drivers side tire. I live about two miles from this place and had never been here before. I took my SUV here and they fixed the tire for $30. In my opinion I think the tire could have been plugged. The tech proceeded by removing the complete tire and in the process damaging my 21 premium wheel with deep scratches in multiple places. I did not notice until I got back home and I immediately called the shop and filed a complaint. I was told to come back the next day which I did. The following day I met with the manager and his exact words to me were. I can t say we did this and I can t say we didn t. He said he would look into the situation and call me. It s been two weeks now and now call back. I m going to wait another week before I go back to the store. Pretty pathetic business practice to not get back with a paying customer that has an issue. In my case this wheel cost about $350 to replace. We will see if they do anything. At this point I am doubting it. I would think twice before going here, especially if you have a newer car with expensive wheels on it. The one star is for the nice lady at the front desk.

Came in for an oil change this morning and was delightfully greeted by Dee Dee, the store manager. She extended a very warm welcome and helpful information about the services rendered. Thank you Dee Dee for the fun conversation, getting me in and out, and making my experience an unforgettable one. Will definitely spread the word and I will be back!

I was out of town when my car acted up. They said I needed almost $1,000 in repairs. I reluctantly agreed because I needed to get home. I settled in expecting it to take several hours. In less than 20 min. they announced they were done.My regular mechanic looked at my receipt and the work done and said a $35 fix is all I needed.I felt so stupid.Do not go there especially if you're a old widow woman.
