If you go at the right time you ll get quick service! (I went at 2pm on a Monday). They are always friendly especially Tony who checked me in. He has lots of knowledge in regards to auto maintenance. Great price too

Customer service 0 at checkin 10 at cash register/ checkout. He ( will not mention names ) doesn t respond when spoken too. I hope you re just having a bad day today not all the time behavior/ truly unprofessional. After many years being a customer, I will not return to this Walmart for oil change again. PTC is a friendly place perhaps go work in another location that might suit you better.

I took my car today for a regular oil and filter change and any other related diagnostics test. I was told that my car would be ready in 45 minutes to 1 hour. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, when I checked in I was told that after doing the fuel injection completed the mechanic had left the car hood open and went for lunch. When I expressed my disappointment to the supervisor and said this was the 3rd time this had happened, the supervisor said Why do you keep coming here for your car service it was such a frustrating experience, and I felt harrassed. I have been a loyal Walmart customer for the last 15 years. Totally unacceptable

I am sadden that management is so poor. Managers are supposed to know how to run customer service. Because she does not know how the store she is managing works, customers have to wait patiently for a better trained associate to help the customers. Shameful.

If I can give negative points I would. I went there morning 8 o clock for oil and battery change and by 1030 they are still figuring out how to pull the battery out of car .. the technicians are very rude one mechanic responded very rudely and the manager/ Team lead is an example of how bad a customer service executive could be.. when I complained about the time very nicely and politely, he just said I ll put your car back in and you can go somewhere else. Walmart, is this how you train your people ?Any damage to my car inside the front battery area PTC Walmart will be liable.It took 3 hrs for battery change and oil change..Finally I asked for the store manager s corporate email and they said they would not be able to help because there is a rule that they cannot provide the managers communication information to the customers.

I am not happy with my oil change. My car burnt oil quickly after the oil change. After I added more oil 2 times within the week of my oil change, my car has not burnt any oil sense.Is anyone else having this problem after getting an oil change at Walmart in peachtree city?

Walmart auto shop hours opens at 7 a.m and so I got up early to get a tire, the technician said that there were short of people and I would have to wait 3 hours and said I could still purchase a tire and go to another tire shop to get the tire that I purchased from them to put on, so I would have to pay them to put a tire on a pay them on top of what I already paid them for, and so he suggested that I then go to another Walmart, so I drove to Walmart on Old National Hwy their hours are also 7 am and I was told that I would have to wait until 11 a.m. and so it dawned on me that even though the store hours says 7 to 12 p.m have to wait 3 hours later to get serviced I believe that is false advertising.

This place is awesome. Niecy and Priscilla greeted me before I made it into the store. They both were extremely helpful and efficient. I would gladly recommend this store for your service needs.

Kept having trouble with my battery and after waiting 3 hours for roadside service I went straight to Walmart auto center PTC and told them how battery had been acting. It was late Saturday and tech tested my battery and said it was like new. He cleaned the terminals. Well it died on me again Sunday and this time I went to Mavis Tires & Brakes at Market Place Dr Newnan. Told them how battery was acting and they tested it the "Proper" way. Not just the voltage like Walmart had done but also battery cells. I had a BAD battery. Mavis tech Samuel and the manager were absolutely wonderful. I was in and out quickly with a new battery. Note: I bought this van last year and battery looked new but not complete date on it...Service: Auto battery maintenance

I went for rotate and balance, they had one person working on tires. Waited over 1.5 hrs, and no one had started. Had to leave without service. If you cannot wait for hours, stay away.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

Very very slow service, oil required not in stock. Had to pay shelf price not advertised oil change price. No negotiations.Arrived at 8:30am finished at 11:30am, simple oil change. Technician couldn't drive manual transmission automobiles. Technicians in shop watched in laughter as he trained on how to drive a stick in my Infinity G. Very disappointing !!! First and last time I use any services provided... across the board.

An unusally Perfect car service experience!Every single detail of great customer service happened here:-- The pleasant greeting and explanation of services by the first Walmart Associate that walked over to my car and greeted me.-- The patient and confident answers that he gave concerning my car service questions-- The recommendations that he gave for the right products and services for my car and for my budget-- The very nice Customer Waiting Room-- The timely beginning and completion of my auto services-- The final review of my services and expression of appreciation upon checkout by another Walmart Associate.

Purchased 4 new Goodyear tires for my corolla and was told it would take 1.5 hours to complete. Took closer to 2 hours and the service tech forgot to install 2 valve stem caps and misaligned the hubcap so it covered the valve stem. Not a huge deal but that was the error that I could find which raises questions about the mounting, balancing and rest of the process. Had another tech come out to fix the problem, he seemed knowledgeable and was kind. Overall not a bad experience but also not a great one either. I ll need to take it back after driving it around for about 50 miles to have the lugs tightened and to ensure there are no other issues.

They didn t put oil in my car!!! I went for an oil change, but a few weeks later my car completely broke down for a lack of oil. It was completely dry! No leaks or anything. My cars done for now because of them. You can t get them on the phone anyways since they re so unprofessional

Perfect service at the Peachtree City location and as always the best deal on economy tires around. Online price was lower then they quoted me so they gave me the price match. I was very satisfied with the timely service and professionalism.

Brought my car in to have two tires patched. Both had nails in them I d picked up driving past some road work. About a week later my tire pressure light came on. Both repaired tires had dropped almost 10 pounds of pressure. Filled them again and went maybe another week before the light came on again. Same issue. Took my car to another place and was informed the patches were done poorly and both were leaking. So I had to completely replace the tires. What should have been a free, easy repair ended up forcing me to pay for new tires. Definitely wouldn t recommend this auto center.

Peachtree City Walmart Auto Center is efficient, professional, courteous. I like going to this location for service, oil changes on my car. I recommend this store, I enjoy shopping there while my car is being serviced, services are done in a timely manner.

***HIGHLY RECOMMEND WALMART AUTO CENTER IN PEACHTREE CITY, GA***On Sat, Jan 15, 2022, I had my oil changed and tires rotated. A round of applause goes to *O'NEIL* for his OUTSTANDING customer service; *MATT* for working my vehicle in for a tire rotation even though I didn't have an appointment; *DAVID S.* for going above and beyond my expectations' and *MR. Horrible Management. Went in for a simple oil change. The manager, Melissa, told me they could not put the oil in my car, that they have on 6 previous occasions. I showed her thr manual and she then agreed to put the normal, not $30 more expensive oil. About 30 min later I aporoached the counter to pay. The manager, had my manual, from my glove compartment in her hand. I asked her why she thought it was okay to go through closed compartments in my car. She said she didnt do it. Sorry you are the manager and responsible for the actions of your employees. I cannot believe the lengths she went just to get an extra $30 out of me.Never again!

Went to have tires rotated and balanced. Tire pressure light was on prior to service. After service tire pressure light still on. Receipt showed tire pressure checked however the service tech had to put air in all 4 tires due to low air! He stated he forgot to check air pressure?! Update! Went to my local Walmart in Dunnellon. Had to have all tires rebalanced. The technician had a difficult time balancing tires and stated wasn't sure what the previous technician did (PTC Walmart), but they sure didn't balance the tires! Don't recommend PTC Walmart automotive!

My battery died while I was in the store. They brought out a charger and it failed, then a battery off the shelf and it failed so they attempted a jump from a neighboring car and that did enough to allow me to drive around back. A fter they installed a new battery, it lurched and jerked and all the lights on the dash came on. They said they didn't have a computer to put on it and told me to go to an auto parts store. Instead I slowly drove it to a dealer about 10 miles away (should have had it towed). Basically their batteries on the shelf are dead...the dealer charged it.

Very prompt service forntire installation that were ordered from Walmart.com. My tires were installed and I was out of there within one hour. Great Job!!!

It's always a great experience going to the Peachtree City Walmart Auto care center. Great management, cashiers, and service techs. I can relay on them for trusted care for all my vehciles. What a great team... thank you guys again...

Well the one star is for the price .. other than that, they are a joke. Changed only 3 tires because they arent equipped with the tools if one becomes difficult. What garage doesnt have wd-40, sockets, breakerbar, or even a hammer. But you can purchase the tire or tires they cant replace and take them to another place to have them installed. Well just going to go to the "other place" from now on because i would rather have it done completely at one shop than halfass at one and bring it to another.

Came here on Wednesday at 4:30 to have a tire repaired and I was told it would be ready by 6:00 PM. We went in and did some shopping and returned at 6:00 to find my car had been pulled into the bay but no work had been done. Watched 3 to 4 technicians working on one car. Waited until 6:30 and asked for my keys back because I had to pick up my son.
