The customer service was one of the worst I have experienced. The technician was apparently having a really bad day, acted irritated the entire time and spoke maybe two words. He was playing a game on his phone and seemed bothered when he had to stop and hookup the data cable. The cost is higher than most other places also. I wouldn t recommend this business and I certainly wont ever return.

No waiting. It's pretty quick and easy testing... connect a test cable to the car and start the engine.The entrance is a bit odd around a car wash. I was not sure if anyone was there as it took some time for the technician to come out of his little office. $25 is a little more than others... usually $20.

Horrible customer service. I went on 2/11 just before 11am and the guy there was chatting away with another customer. I pull up some to see if I can see around the side because this is my first time to one of these and it seemed too convenient to be believable (I'm new to the state and we didn't have these), so I don't know the protocol. Do I get out? Do I have to go inside.the little building? Etc. I actually almost drove away because I thought it was only a car wash at first. Well the guy gets upset because he takes my excitement and lack of knowledge about how the place works the wrong way so he starts mouthing something. I put my window down and say "I'm sorry?" Because I'm thinking he's trying to give me instructions on what I need to do. But no. He proceeds to try to start an argument with me in a very rude way. It was very unprofessional. Even if I was being "pushy" as he thought, the professional way to address the situation would have been to say "I'm sorry, but I'll be right with you" or "Is there something I can help you with?" Or I'll be right with you after I service this customer." Though I have a feeling after witnessing how unprofessional he was, they weren't even discussing the guy's car. I drove off mid sentence because at that point, I've lost all trust in the business to service my car and treat me respectfully. There are many other emissions testing and car servicing places around the area. I highly recommend going to the others. If the employees at the quick service place is going to use time to trade fishing stories, then it's not really a quick service place anyways.Service: Emissions testing

Horrible customer service. The guy working there was extremely grumpy and rude for no reason at all. This guy has no idea how to treat customers. Got here at 3:30 on a Saturday to see a sign on the door saying it s closed, and their station by the Fresh Market is open till 4. Got their at 3:50 and was told he was closed for the day.

Beware. Don't give credit/debit card. Bring cash to pay. My card was used for two purchases at a Wal-Mart north of ATL later same day I went to this place.Detected that evening and WF credited $200 back to us quickly. Pay with cash or go to another location.

My wife and I took our 98 Jeep Wrangler here for emissions testing. We were helped by Gary, and had some of the best customer service we've experienced anywhere. As long as he is working there, we won't be going anywhere else. Seriously. He ought to be running the place if he isn't already.

Gentleman doing test locked keys to vehicle inside vehicle. We had to have a family member go to our home and retrieve extra key. Very friendly gentleman, but less talking might have prevented this from happening. He was very apologetic and even offered his car for us to use to retrieve extra key but we did not feel comfortable doing so.

My friend told me that this is the great place to do emission test. It take me only 10 minutes to pass everything and get paper about successful result. Fast and easy.

It is what it is, with nothing special, and not so impressive service. Why did I use them? It was convenient to my location, and the doors were open.

Relatively quick. Don't show up right at 8:30, they have calibrations and stuff to do. Wait until 8:45 or later.
