Been using Peachtree Auto since moving to Ga the best foreign car service I ve have ever had. Jason and Chris are both awesome. Customer service is beyond excellent!!! The business integrity and fairness is beyond reproach. You will never go wrong with Peachtree Imports period.

What can I say? Jason & his team are to the rescue! For years they have served me & the community with fairness, honesty, urgency, & reliability. They stayed after hours and helped diagnose failed emissions when others diagnosed it as thousands of dollars when it was shorted oil from the dealership. They had replaced tires on my corvette, helped me in a crunch before a holiday, serviced my husband's F150 & helped me not to drive my former mini cooper off a cliff - haha. I trust them wholeheartedly & it's peace of mind. They genuinely care about their perception in the community & it clearly shows their main priority is keeping their customers safe. We are thankful for Jason & his team! It s hard to find a reliable & honest automotive shop & I refuse to go elsewhere.

This is car repair Heaven. They do what they say they re gonna do. Your car is ready when they say it s gonna be ready. It costs how much they say it s gonna cost and if it doesn t, you better believe there s a really good reason. They re polite and kind and just good people. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

These guys are great & being a small local business they treat you like family! Very comfortable atmosphere, I use them for everything from my regular scheduled maintenance to more involved repairs above my pay grade.

I have used Peachtree Imports for years, probably 18+. I have found their expertise to be very good. If they feel they can't help you, they will tell you upfront. Over the years. Just want to thank the staff at Peachtree Import Specialist for the work they did on my 2006 BMW 325xi. I had taken it to the dealer and was told I needed a transfer case and the repair was going to be almost $5,000 as I needed a transfer case.I took it to Peachtree Import Specialist ( who was recommended to me by a friend), they had diagnosed my car as needing a clockspring and said that the dealership mis-diagnosed my vehicle. I was skeptical but they had already replaced and fix my vehicle when they called to let me know. These guys are great!Service: Transmission repair

Peachtree Imports Specialists quickly identified and corrected a problem that was caused by another local company. They also went the extra mile by checking the rest of the vehicle for any other potential concerns. I will definitely be returning to this shop in the future. It is so refreshing and wonderful to have a car dealership you can trust. I've been bringing my Mercedes here for over a decade and they are always amazing, so much so that I still have my same car because they repair it so well. I appreciate them all the more after hearing about the nightmare and $7800. scam my husband endured when he brought his jeep to Newnan Peachtree Dodge Chrysler where they charged him $7800 and did not even repair the car, and I see from the google and yelp reviews on Newnan Peachtree Dodge Chrysler that for years people have been having very negative experiences there, so that makes a place like Peachtree Imports all the more rare and wonderful that they exist in a world where other dealerships seem to make a business out of charging customers ridiculous amounts and not even fixing their car. Thank you Jason and team for being such a positive light in the world and especially in our community!

This is an absolutely wonderful shop. Easy going friendly people who are 100% there to help with whatever you need! Recommend to anyone who is having an issue with their vehicle. I have been a customer at Peachtree Imports Specialists for about 10 years, and as long as JASON is affiliated with this company, I will continue to be. I was referred to the repair shop by a friend while looking for a reliable mechanic to replace my day trips from Sharpsburg to Marietta for routine car maintenance. From my first encounter, I found the service to my car to be top notch and did not drain my bank account. Most importantly, I was treated as a person and not a number! One day I had a doctor s appointment and my husband and I decided to drop my car off for service on the way. Jason came to check the car out and noticed I was not in the best spirit and asked if I was okay. I shared with him I was on my way to treatment and apologized that I was not my normal self. He immediately stopped what he was doing, came over and took my hand and my husbands and prayed for a successful outcome for me. That was just one of many acts of kindness that affirmed to me that Jason is not just a mechanic who knows how to fix cars, but much more. He is a humble and caring human being who happens to also be a great mechanic. I am privileged to be his customer, and I thank God for him and all the other beautiful souls who work with him. R. Such a nice staff where you feel like a family member is taking care of your car. Not only do you get friendly interactions, you also get great service. I was getting tired of my normal dealership taking care of my vehicle and overcharging me for things i know don t need to happen. and I don t feel like i ll be taken advantage of here just because i m a woman. (ladies you know what I mean if you ve experienced it, which i m sure most if not all have). 10/10 would forever recommend to ANYONE getting work done on their car!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Wow, words can't explain how disappointed I am with this place. The reviews cannot be from real customers. Waited for vehicle to be finished for 8 days just to tell me it has to go to a dealership. I ve been coming to Peachtree Imports for over 4 years now and there is no other place I d take my BMW to receive service/repairs. Jason and his team are the absolute best. I love the fact that they explain things in detail, are upfront in pricing and give an honest assessment of what repairs needs immediate attention. Not once have I ever felt pressured and truly appreciate their integrity. Their workmanship is second to none- the folks here are passionate in what they do and it truly shows. Jason and his team have earned my trust and as such, I will continue to bring them my business. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service, owner went out of his way to help with an issue as soon as I arrived (after pepboys told me they wouldn't be able to help). He took care of the issue in minutes! Highly recommend Jason and the team at Peachtree Import. I take both of my own vehicles here for regular maintenance and also had a check engine light on one that Jason worked on for a week trying to diagnose and correct properly for me. 10/10.

I can't recommend this shop enough, this was my first time going there and Jason went above and beyond to take care of me. I had a cat-back exhaust installed on my Alfa Romeo Giulia, and he made sure it was done right. To add to that, he got the install done on the same day within hours of drop off! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Couldn t be happier with this shop! Jason & Chris are incredibly nice, professional, and honest. They are genuine straight-shooters and, unlike so many auto repair shops, they are not at all condescending. They treated both me and my 98 Volvo with total respect. Thrilled to have found such a great place. 10 out of 5 stars.

Peachtree Imports Specialists are EXCEPTIONAL! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have been taking my car here since I was 16 and they have been so helpful, nice, and proactive every single visit. Whether it is a service or other repairs, I have always received courteous and fast service. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Peachtree City Imports. They are honest and always do a great job working on all of our family cars. They also provide top-notch customer service. Jason and his team recently helped my daughter with a quick repair right before she was leaving for spring break. Everyone here was so helpful. As a young lady who has entered a car repair place where she has been talked down to and tried to have been monetarily taken advantage of, I can t speak highly enough of the workers here. Not only were they kind, they were knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me a fair price and were able to fit me into their schedule for an immediate need to fix my vehicle.

I am a long time customer who continues to be impressed by the great people, amazing service, fair prices, and extreme honesty. From the top down, Peachtree Import Specialists is the leader in a field of highly competitive repair shops.A couple of days ago I had a drive belt slip off my alternator stranding me on the side of the road. It took my tow company about four hours to get the car over the shop. Immediately upon arrival, Jason and his team of experts worked me into their already demanding schedule. In the end, they replaced the belt and pulley acknowledging the possibility that they have have been responsible for it during a recent oil change a few days prior. Never in all my life have I had a repair shop display such integrity and customer commitment. Whether the shop was at fault matters little, in this transaction I was so thoroughly impressed by their sincere level of concern for their customer base that they now have a customer for life.Great people, expert service, rich in integrity - what more would you want in a service technician?Thank you Peachtree Import Specialists for setting the standard for all to emulate. You truly are an amazing company and someone with whom I will continue to do business with for years to come.

The professionalism and quality work the team does at Peachtree Imports is impeccable. Jason and the team go above and beyond car repair to guarantee the job is done and in a timely manner. I wouldn t trust my car with any other mechanic shop. The prices are affordable and the team is in constant contact with you if there are any findings other than the complaint. If your car needs repair and you re not sure which shop to choose, this shop is it!!

The guys that I interacted with were absolutely amazing!! Everyone was kind, easy to talk to, and happily answered my many questions. They had my car serviced on the same day I brought it in. They are extremely willing to work with their customers on pricing. By going to Peachtree Imports instead of a dealership I saved a little more than $300!!! Whenever my car needs anything else done I will, more likely than not, be taking it to them again. Honestly, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I just have to take a moment to share how incredibly pleased I am with the entire staff of Peachtree Imports, but especially Jason. I am a single mom and have had some very bad experiences with mechanics and shops in the past. But I have to say, Jason gave me options to fix my car, and even helped me to understand each one. I did NOT feel like I was vulnerable in the least.Great service, prompt responses, excellent prices! I thank you all so much.

I've worked with Peachtree Imports for over 10 years on several cars and they've never let me down. Reasonable rates, good quality equipment, sound advice, and solid experience with the German marques. They even have some experience with exotics. And if they're unable to help with a particular issue for some reason, they'll tell you up front. Highly recommended.
