Sean and Andre did am excellent job inspecting, diagnosing, and addressing the issue with my tires amd brakes. The store is clean and well run. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend this Mavis location.

This is what is missing in the world today, custom service. This location is managed by a gentleman by the name of Mike who clearly takes his job seriously. He was upfront and honest about price and time, two of things that matter most to me as a customer. The final thing, the quality of the work, was also great. It was only a routine thing, but the pride that Mike's technician took in his work and ensuring my vehicle was as clear as if not cleaner than when I brought it in shows how well this location is ran. Very impressive and I will be be back for all my services routine and otherwise that can be handled here.

Woke up Sunday morning with a flat tire and Mike and Dre took care of me with professionalism and courtesy! So thankful I don t have to wait to deal with this on a Monday! While I was waiting for my tire to be fixed, I observed Mike help a frustrated customer who had been sent away from another location. Mike took care of the customer and made sure he got the tire he needed at the price he was quoted. He definitely earned a repeat customer from me today!!

Had an exceptional experience visiting Mavis Tires and Brakes. I highly suggest coming here for a quick and painless oil change, cabin filter replacement, windshield wipers and tire pressure correction. The gentleman checking me in; Mike was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He provided me with outstanding service and got me an incredible deal on my visit today. I will be back again without a doubt.

Spoke with Shawn again today. He was SUPER SWEET and understanding (as always) as this was the 2nd time they've taken such AMAZING care of me!! When they put my tires on, my truck IMMEDIATELY rode better, but their words of advise about my vehicle were priceless! Now they've put on my spare, and "spared" me the trouble of making an extra trip!!!!! Thanks Shawn and Mike, you're kindness is MUCH APPRECIATED!!!! Shawn, you are quite the gentleman!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Sean and Tyrese were phenomenal! I had driven around to a few tire places. They had the best prices and customer service by far. I will be recommending them to my friends and family. They did a great job with my tires and alignment too!

This store scratched my wheels when I took my vehicle in for a tire change. Against my better judgment, I agreed to let the shop paint my wheels. They insisted this could be accomplished in one day (I m assuming so they wouldn t be on the hook for a rental car for me). As I picked up the vehicle, it was obvious the paint job on my wheels was not professional to say the least, and looked atrocious. This initial response from the manager was essentially well you wanted them done in one day . Hilarious as the one day fix was their solution. We agreed to settlement which compensated me slightly, but still was not worth the damaged value of the wheels, paint, and my time.I also received my vehicle with the lug nuts not torqued to the correct value and a valve cap missing.Embarrassment of a store. Totally unprofessional shop.

I went into Mavis and met Shawn the tech. Very courteous and knowledgeable I went for a sensor replacement and my sister went for and alignment. But she end up purchasing tires as well. I like how he took time to explain what was best for our car needs.

Mike gave me the best experience while I was getting my tires and brakes. Great staff all around. Dre and Ashton got me in and out in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this Mavis.

Went to Mavis at Crosstown to get a new battery for our 1999 Volvo S70. Sean was super friendly and accomodating. He went out of his way to make it an enjoyable and professional transaction. Definitely a 5 star experience! We ll be back for brakes and tires!

I brought my Kia in and the staff was phenomenal. I spoke with a gentleman Sean and he assured that my car would be serviced and told me what to expect. As a woman, I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of and the prices that were quoted were correct. I definitely will be back. 5 stars for customer service. He even checked on me while I waited.

My cousin and I visited this Mavis location shopping around for tire deals. We had never been to this particular location and was met with kindness, professionalism and expertise from Sean and Tyrese. My cousin received a great deal and was able to get 4 new tires on the same day within an hour. And the tires are driving great! Much appreciation to the businesses, like Mavis Crosstown, that is still offering top notch customer service and genuine care. Thanks again to you Sean and Tyrese!

I drive in last Monday to have the air pressure in my tires checked. Felt guilty for interrupting their work for 'free service'. A gentleman named Mike came over to me immediately. I apologized for stopping his productivity. Well, he was the nicest, polite & reassuring that I was no trouble & to feel comfortable stopping in about any automotive questions. I was so glad that I did stop in. I will go back. Thank you Mike!

If you re looking to buy new tires , need a quick oil change or just need something checked on this is the place for you! I have been by this location a few times and they ve always had good service and a clean store.

Mike was absolutely awesome! He would not allow us to leave until he'd gotten everything correct. We greatly appreciated his professionalism and diligence because who wants to be stranded on the side of the road? This is the Mavis for us!

I had blew out a new tire on my car, so i called around on short notice to see who had my particular tire. Mavis in Peachtree City had it. I called booked an appt and was in and out in about 30 mins. Tyler and Paul at the desk were great and Cowboy my installer had my car in and out in no time. I highly recommend Mavis in Peachtree city.

The new store manager is so helpful and really care. The only thing is I wish they had more help. Literally I ever only see him and Mike there. They basically running the store by themselves. Mavis do better give them help! Also they are the only two who actually seem to want to help me or my husband when we do go up there.

I placed an order online for tires and was able to schedule the service for the next day. Thats the only positive. I waited for them to put the tires on, took a good amount of time for all 4 tires. I was told it was done and paid. As I am waiting for them to bring my car out, they stop me and tell me that they put the tires on backwards (inside was on the outside) of all but 1 tire and I would have to wait for them to fix the issue. I left and brought it back about 10 minutes later. I was told they would give me an oil change for the hassle. I called around 455pm to see the status and to get it after work and was told oh yea they are finishing up right now. I arrived around 520 and my car was still on the lift. They advised they had to go get the items to do the oil change on the car. I get into the car, and it was obvious they drove it to get the oil/filter, because it had about 10 miles less in gas then when I dropped it off, the driver seat was also moved all the way back and leaning all the way back. I drove it home (downtown Newnan) and the wheels are wobbling. I called today and will take it back because they obviously didn't balance the tires. If they do not balance the tires correctly after this, I will be calling corporate because this place is a mess. I would not recommend this place.

Phenomenal customer service. I pulled up this morning in a desperate situation with my tire, flat needing air. Shawn was extremely helpful. He was very kind and professional. He aired up. All of my tires would not allow me to tip him and will be calling me with a quote for new tires, that was probably the easiest experience that I have gone through in the last few months. I would highly recommend Shawn at Mavis tires.

Mr. Mike (assistant manager) & his team was VERY helpful in assisting me with getting my brakes & tires taken care of today. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly. Will definitely return to this location for any more of my car maintenance needs.

Terrible experience...I was needing a patch for my brand new tire...which I just bought 3 months ago. Called on the phone to see if they could help with my tire needing to be patched...the guy on the phone said sure bring it on in that he could patch it for me. However, when my husband got there it was a completely different story...The technician came back about 45 minutes later claiming there was No Way he could patch the tire etc said we needed to buy a new tire Needless to say my husband said Absolutely not that he would go elsewhere! We took our car Litz Tire & Automotive in Sharpsburg GA...And they patched it with NO problem at all and we're $15 dollars cheaper as well. Do not take your vehicle to Mavis! Unless you like getting scammed and paying more. Terrible place

I couldn t find a workable air hose anywhere in PTC. I saw this establishment didn t look too busy at the time and was a bit apprehensive about stopping. But Sean saw me driving and could see I needed some help. He waived me over and I told him I just needed some air, he pulled out the hose and had me on the way in less than 5 mins. It s not often this day and age you can get that level of concern without having to pay. I even tried to put a $10 in his hand but he wouldn t accept. Next time I need a service I ll be headed back. Thanks again Sean!

Sean B. made sure I was taken care of! I was given a realistic estimated time frame for the work, and honest suggestions, along with visuals to substantiate all of his recommendations. I pulled up to learn how to find my tire pressure number for my car and get air. Sean was very kind and ready to help by showing where to find my PSI # for my car tires pressure and went ahead on putting air in all my tires. It s something so simple but I wasn t feeling my best that day so that helped a lot. This was my second time being serviced at this location, where everyone is kind and knowledgeable.
