Simple oil change, tire rotation, spin balance. I had to move the appointment not once but twice. Kelly was very friendly and accommodating. They also finished a complete evaluation of additional recommended work that I declined. not because I questioned the recommendation but because I am just evaluating what is next for this vehicle and how much I want to put into it. There was 'zero' pressure from Kelly to do the work, even though the $$$ to them would have been substantial. Friendly, professional, fantastic communication and tools for you to see exactly what is going on with your vehicle.

Man, I hate to give 5 stars because I don't want EVERYONE bringing their car here but this is by far the best mechanic I've brought a car to since I started driving 35 years ago. They provide an accurate estimate, timely/quality service, and charge a fair price. Plus Kelly is just a cool dude that sponsors autocross on the side, pretty awesome!

Fair price and excellent communication. They kept me informed of all the items that needed attention on my vehicle. Kelly delivered results as promised and within the time frame promised. I am satisfied with the results and would trust to service my vehicle at Kelly's Automotive Repair again in the future.

Great customer service. The work needed to repair my BMW was explained in detail. After the repair work was done, I had to bring my car back to the shop due to a replaced part having a defect. The part was replaced in a timely manner, no additional cost to me. So far my car is running well and my problem is resolved. I also like the fact that this shop takes pictures of your car when you bring it in for service. This tells me that they want to insure your car comes back to you the way it was delivered to them.

I have been to Kelly Automotive a few times in the past year, and have had excellent experiences each time. The last time I brought in my 911 for service. The staff was fantastic; they were friendly and promptly completed the service. However, when I had a family emergency and couldn t pick up the car on time, they were kind enough to store my car inside at no charge. They went above and beyond at providing excellent customer service, and taking care of my car and me. I highly recommend them, they have proven a great indie mechanic. It is wonderful to have a reliable shop south of Atlanta, especially for European cars.

Kelly diagnosed a blown head gasket and cylinder head issues on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, which is never great news to hear. As a part of the diagnostic services, he researched the issue with the particular engine my Jeep has and recommended I contact Jeep to see if I qualified for an extended warranty engine replacement based on a similar issue with 2011-2013 model years. He could have easily just informed me that my engine needed to be replaced and completed the services himself. Instead, he found an issue that Jeep confirmed when I contacted the corporate office, and while it does not apply to my Jeep's VIN, they are offering me a "good will" repair case number after I have the Jeep dealership confirm the issue. Not only did Kelly likely save me thousands out of my own pocket, but he has earned a customer for life. As a woman, I rarely feel as helpless as when I have to call around different mechanics with major car problems. From the first phone call I made to them asking if his shop could take a look at the Jeep, Kelly treated me as a competent human being. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I needed to communicate to Jeep's headquarters, which Jeep dealership to work with in the area, and even referred me to a local tow shop who towed my vehicle on the same day. If for any reason Jeep fails to come through on this warranty repair, the only place I trust to complete the needed work will be Kelly's. I appreciate y'all!!Service: Engine repair

Kelly s replaced both a speed and distance sensor in my Porsche. There are not many shops qualified to do this repair across the country. Their pricing is fair and the level of customer service is excellent. Will definitely be back!

Kelly s was easy to work with and took extra care of my collector vehicle. It is hard to find parts and they kept me up to speed on the search. I would recommend them to people in the Fayette coweta area if you need auto work

I recently had my BMW 750XDRIVE turbocharged lines repair, which the dealership costs was very expensive. But Kelly Automotive costs was very affordable and they did a awesome job, I will be coming back to Kelly.

Very thorough and professional, you can view the progress on your vehicle at anytime based off the link that they send, they are very communicative, best of all there is no pushy service advisors forcing any repairs on you.

The good folks at Kelly's have once again proven their worth as the best auto repair shop I've ever dealt with. My wife's 750 was having major transmission issues. After a thorough diagnosis and discussion of possible repair options with the owner, Kelly, the approach taken not only resolved the issue but saved us over $500 in the process. Outstanding service. This was my 2nd time using Kelly's to service my Z4. Had a pretty big job recently (the infamous N20 timing chain replacement & other maintenance repairs). Had the job done in less than a week. There's no telling how long it would have taken at a dealership. Always followed up on my vehicle status. Can't say enough about their customer service. I had been dealing with a water leak for some time and fans randomly going just as fast as possible. I replaced the temp sensor and then the issue occurred again.Kelly and his crew was able to thoroughly inspect and identify my issue and cause of the fans going supper fast. I recently visited Kelly automotive Repair and was absolutely blown away by the quality of service they provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.Not only was the staff friendly, but they were also incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. They were able to quickly diagnose the issues with my vehicle, and promptly got to work addressing them.Throughout the entire process, the staff kept me informed and updated on the progress of the repairs, ensuring that I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. While taking my wife's car to Kelly's for the first time, I was very pleased to lean that Kelly is a master BMW tech, he races BMWs, and has an M5 daily driver. I immediately ditched the BMW dealership and now rely solely on Kelly and crew to care for my M2. Kelly and his head tech are extremely knowledgeable and the prices are fair. We have a Mercedes Benz GLE 350, BMW X2 as well as my fleet trucks for EarlyBird Termite and Pest Control. I am confident when I bring my vehicles to Kelly they are going to be taken care of properly and I do not have to worry about them suggesting unnecessary work for the sake of making money.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my Cadillac CTS serviced at Kelly's Automotive Repair, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Kelly and his crew are fantastic. Years of experience working for top level automotive companies has made Kelly a true subject matter expert on cars, parts, and repairs ranging from your daily driver Toyota, to your high-end muscle/luxury "Sunday car."I wouldn't trust my Sascha to another garage.

The service here is amazing! Definitely has to be one of if not the best shop in the area. Kelly is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of work here is excellent. I will certainly use Kelly's automotive repair as my go to shop from now on and you should too.
