JA Motors customer service is exceptional with high ethical standards that reflects in providing quality services to the customers. This is one of the best recommendations that I have received in dealing with different aspects of automotive care. I was extremely impressed with the results and integrity that were presented to all customers.Furthermore, Mr. Daniel is a class act with honorable leadership in his diagnostic skillful assessment of the problem. In addition, they take the time out of their busy schedule to follow up with customers to get their feedback.This is an important aspect of any business to strategically evaluate their performances. This company is an excellent place to do business.Finally, a customer will never know that Mr. Juan is the owner of JA Motors because he is effectively doing the work in his company. He is very professional with a contagious infectious personality and ensuring that customers needs are achieved. Thanks for a job well done!

I ve been taking my cars to Juan for a long time, maybe 10+ years. He is extremely trustworthy and always stands behind his work.I used to do most of the work on my cars myself, so I do have some knowledge of automotive repair. Without a doubt, all the work his shop has done for me has been excellent.I highly recommend JA Motors in Peachtree City.

JA Motors goes above and beyond in the services they provide their customers. They are able to quickly diagnose and fix any car issues I experience. Whenever I call to get my car on the schedule, they are able to get it in very quickly which I appreciate as a single woman who depends heavily on her car. Their customer service is always superb. The mechanics and the front office staff are always professional, easy to work with and just down right nice!!!

The staff, mechanics, and technicians at JA Motors are genuine people. Unfortunately, that s rare. They took very good care of my 2014 Fiat 500L. It drives much better than it did when I brought it in. They were quick and efficient. The price point was reasonable as well!

I did not have a good initial experience with JA Motors. They claim same-day service but I don't see how they can follow through with this as they are completely disorganized and can't keep appointments. So what happened? I brought my truck in first thing for my 9:30 appointment. They said they'd do a comprehensive check of my vehicle and I told them it's an older truck and I'm not looking to make it brand new. I had 3 very specific things I needed them to look at which I couldn't do myself. Easy! Unfortunately the entire day passed and I hadn't heard from them. It turns out they never got around to looking at my truck until the very end of the day. So no work could be done and no parts could be ordered. The receptionist then tells me I need to come in the next day to take a test drive with a tech and mentions items on the truck that I might want to address. Again I reiterated that it's an older truck and there will be things wrong with it. I am not looking to make it new. The receptionist asked me what time I could be there for the test drive the following day. I showed up on time, but no tech was available. Apparently he forgot and wouldn't be available for another 30 minutes. If you don't mind being treated like this, then JA Motors is your shop.Follow-up: Chris (the owner) personally reached out to me and asked to give them another chance so they could make things right. I brought my truck in for an issue it was having and they had it fixed the next day. Apparently they made some changes to the front office staff, so I had no issues with communication or appointments being kept. I'm happy with the quality of the work and I'm glad everything was sorted out.

I brought my car here years ago when JA Motors was first getting established and thought that did a great job and were very honest.. if you take your car here now, make sure to over communicate or you could be surprised when you pick up your car. Also, they use a texting platform to communicate the price for repairs and scope of work. THEY DON'T EVEN CALL YOU! You have to approve the work that you want done via text. I received a text that asked me to approve a $150 diagnostic fee.. So I called and asked if that fee would be credited to my final bill and the receptionist said "yes". Later on, I received a text with the items that needed to be fixed and when I thought I was paying $389 (from the text description) for brakes, the final bill was $578. They did not credit the $150 because that was for other diagnosis, not for the breaks..UPDATE: Manager called, listened to my complaint and we compromised on a fair outcome. Great recovery! Thank you!

Sucked, really sucked. Never had a leak in my radiator. You were the Only people in proximity to my engine when you changed the good water pump for $741. Now all of a sudden I have a crack and leak and you want to charge me $1400 for a new radiator? You actually get 0 stars.

Took my car in for EVAP code. They took care of the problem and had the car back to me as quick as possible. I appreciated the way they handled the problem along with the way they spoke to me. I recommend JA Motors to help you get what you need

Chris was a saint! I called frantic to get my car fixed and back on the road asap! Car was delivered yesterday at 3pm and I picked it up today after receiving a call at 1:30 saying it was ready. So not even 24 hours and I was back on the road. The communication with them was very proficient. I highly recommend them if you are in the peachtree city area. I ll definitely be back for future needs!

The team here was great, and such great customer service! I had a headlight I ve been trying to get installed for a couple weeks now with no success or other shops trying to charge me $350+ just to replace headlight. The team was able to help me on the spot and was incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend. They will have my business again!

Had an oil change done and it was completed within an hour, something you won t get in many places. Notified of small leak but didn t push for the repair. Will go back and would recommend.

Pure scam artists. Wife took her vehicle in for a loud noise. One week and 1400 dollars later it's not fixed. They are either too incompetent to properly diagnose where noise comes from, or intentionally scammed her. We were told they were 100% certain they had found the issue so we approved the work. They also seem to try to press customers to have extra work done. They tried to get us to let them change brake pads, rotors, and calipers. Also tried to sell us on exhaust manifold, coolant flush, catalytic converter, etc. Bottom line, they scam customers. Do not take your vehicle here. Our vehicle was not a complicated diagnosis to make, and yet they failed miserably. Complete waste of time and money.UPDATE:Found the issue. My wife was the one who actually figured it out. Took me all of 30 seconds to confirm it. Broken trans flywheel / flex plate. All I had to do was open a plastic cover on the transmission to visually look at the flywheel and see the cracks. Definitely not a pulley, alternator, or ac compressor like they said with "100% certainty." When we brought it in, we said we believed it was the transmission. They could have diagnosed it within 1 minute and fixed the issue but instead they were just guessing where the loud knocking noise was coming from. Also, they forgot to clip the wheel speed sensor harness in place after their brake job. Ended up rubbing against the inside of our tire so now I get to change that too for $100.

Fast and efficient. Never give you anything you don't want. Explains everything in detail. If they don't think ot eill fix your problem they won't recommend it. Great group
