I live 1.5hr away and will drive to this shop for all my major work for my Mk7 Golf R. Tyler and Jarrod were fantastic to work with throughout the process. They were communicative, knowledgeable, and conservative. I've had other shops overcharge, push for unnecessary services, but not these guys. They were very honest and trustworthy with everything. I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone especially if you track your car or want to do upgrades the right way. Paul, the manager, is also fantastic and a wealth of knowledge. You can tell these guys love what they do and truly care about their customers.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

Great service and facility. I brought my 2022 Audi in and the parts that I provided created some challenges with the install. They devised a plan to overcome the challenges and walked me through options every step of the way. Not only did the install come out perfectly, even though the issue with my parts caused them to have to spend 6 times the quoted labor hours on my job, they only charged me what was quoted! Unbelievable customer service and quality of work! They'll have my business, going forward.

The service was excellent and they are very professional and courteous. Paul gave me a tour of the shop and I was very impressed with what I saw. They were able to take care of my vehicle while I waited and provided a thorough summary of what was done.I ll be returning for additional upgrade and service work in the future.

GMP installed an aftermarket exhaust on my Audi A6. They were super informative and explained the pros vs cons of the different types of exhaust for my car. Initially had some installment delays due to fitment issues not on GMP s side but the manufacturers side, they explained in detail the parts needed and kept me informed throughout the process. The owner personally contacted me and advised me of the progress being made to ensure perfect fitment. Highly recommended this shop to all wanting quality workmanship done on their Audi. Will definitely be going back for additional modifications needed on my car.

I'll admit I was a little overwhelmed the first time I stopped by GMP to see about getting my son's car worked on. It's obviously a professional shop and far cleaner, more organized, and much more impressive than any mechanic shop I'd ever been in.My son's car is a 98 Audi A4. It has its dents and dings as well as some issues under the hood. It's definitely nothing fancy but it's a six cylinder with a manual transmission so he loves that car. I kind of assumed they wouldn't be too interested in working on a $2500 car with as many issues as it had when I saw the numerous high end vehicles around, but I was completely wrong. Paul and his staff were awesome! They were great about explaining all of the issues that needed to be addressed, and why they needed to be addressed. They performed the work quickly and at a very reasonable price. They honestly made me feel like my son's car was just as important to them as the $1000,000+ cars that were also in the garage. I can't recommend this place enough!

Technicians were professional and knowledgeable. Brought my Subaru with Tien coil-overs for alignment and camber adjustment and not only are they familiar with that suspension they also identified problems from the last adjustment made by another shop. They explained the problem by taking the time to show me and ended up addressing the imbalance and getting the suspension properly configured. While their focus is German cars, I definitely recommend giving them a call if you need your suspension tuned.

The team here is absolutely incredible and really go the extra mile to keep you happy. They listen and talk through the concerns with the vehicles and really work with you on the best way to get any repairs needed done. They are super professional and seem to really understand and love what they do.

Resolved a significant valve train noise on my RS3 two other shops failed to resolve. Sure glad I didn t let it go any longer. Chris, the audi tech, did a great job and Paul managed my patience and expectations with frustrations with time to get parts. Supply chain issues with German auto parts, makes running a business like this a real challenge. Very satisfied customer.

The management at GMP is one of the best I have delt with. They also have no issue explaining what the problem your vehicle has several different way so you can understand.Entry and work area is the cleanest I have ever seen very professional.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I work with Caliber Collision in Newnan and they are amazing to do work with as an outside sublet vendor but also just amazing people in general! For any person needs on your vehicle, if they can do it let them !

Honest and they really know their cars. Very professional and saved us a great deal of money. On one repair they even advised us to go directly to the dealership and it would be less expensive because of the specific tooling required.

I m really close to the South Atlanta team and appreciate them taking care of my VW Atlas this week. After about 2hrs driving the AC would stop blowing cold air. They took a look to figure it out and ordered the replacement part in a short time. They installed it the next day and the AC blew cold the whole 5hr drive home. Thank you!!

The team here is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Whether you have a track car you need taken care of (or if you want to rent one), a modified daily, or a regular oil change, this is a shop that is definitely worth the trip.If you have a euro vehicle, this is 1 of 3 shops I'd consider for work (Southside Autowerks in Newnan and Eurofed in Kennesaw are the other two). Stop by and either Paul or Chad will take good care of your vehicle.
