Chris was very professional and highly skilled in replacing my windshield, he was able to recover 2 toll tags from my old windshield so that I didn't have to order new ones. He arrived 1 minute earlier than the time he had said, the vehicle is spotless as he cleaned every surface that he had to touch to do the replacement. I am very pleased, not only would I use Glass America again I would ask for Chris to do the repair work!

I had a big crack in my windshield from rocks falling off a dump truck. I had an house call appointment set up before I got home. A few days later I left my car in the driveway and came home to a new windshield. Couldn t have been more convenient. Unfortunately the windshield they used made my car s HUD blurry but they came back out as soon as they could acquire a windshield from a different manufacturer and they replaced the defective one for free. 10/10 would use them again.Update edit: That second windshield wasn't an OEM windshield so the HUD was still kind of blurry. They came back and installed a THIRD windshield and only charged me the difference between the generic windshield and the OEM windshield (~$100). I literally got 3 windshields and three installs for the price of one. Unbelievable!Service: Body & Trim

Kathy was prompt to return my call & had me a price in no time. Austin then called me to confirm & set up the appointment. Tevin came to install my windshield & was very nice & professional. Finished promptly & explained everything. Great work Glass America - more companies need customer service like you guys.

I made an appointment by calling. My online quote for door glass was half of what I was quoted online. I waffled on the decision, but decided to make the appointment anyways. I was given a service arrival from 8am-5pm. That s pretty inconvenient. So I cleared my day to make sure I d be home. I text the contact I m provided to ask for a heads up. He confirms. 5pm came and went. No contact, no service. No show.
