We have used these guys since 2017. They were highly recommended. We have had the same 2 cars the entire time, and they have kept us going. They are honest. The prices are fair and realistic. They do everything they can to get your car back on the road.

Always fairly priced, does work I can trust, I know I m not going to be told about unneeded repairs. If there is a safety concern or something that seriously needs attention, I am informed and given options when available. I ve been a customer for over 10 years and this is because of my trust and the professionalism of this business. I try to support local business when I can but I better be able to trust them . At a moments notice I had my 2006 Dodge Durango towed to Craig Automotive after my primary mechanic was unavailable. Happy with the honest communication, guidance and fair cost. Looks like I have a new primary mechanic!

I thought this establishment was extremely professional, very organized, and extremely knowledgeable! A woman before me mentioned she'd never been there and he pulled her up, told her she was there 20 years before, her car and what the problem was. My first impression was good! Throughout the day I received texts letting me know to call them (so I could call on my own time). When I spoke to him, he knew exactly what was going on and generally what happens with that type of issue on my car. The problem ended up being a little over $800 and he even suggested I hold off due to the expense and that my car didn't actually need it done immediately. They're there for the people and not out to make money off you! I would definitely refer someone there and I'm definitely going back if I ever need to!Service: Exhaust

I will always use Craig Automotive for any repair I need. I live in the Atlanta and after trying out several shops here, Craig Auto is still worth the drive. It does not matter what you need done, Glenn and his team will be honest about the issue, be clear on what is being done to the vehicle, and also call and ask you permission if they believe something else needs attention. They do great work and have incredible turn around time. I consider myself a car enthusiast and cannot imagine taking one of my cars anywhere else. Thanks Glenn and others!!

Had a terrible experience with Graig Automotive. My engine light went on and I brought my car there. Got a phone call from Glenn, the owner, telling me the issues were a cracked air intake hose (his quote - $477) and a leaking cooler thermostat hose ($365). He said the second issue was more important as my vehicle was low on cooler and the leaking hose had to be replaced.His estimate seemed unreasonably high to me, so I called to another repair company. Their quote for the cooler hose replacement was about 3 times less. I returned to Glenn to take my car to the other repair shop. He handed me a bill for $91 for the diagnostics, because I was not leaving my car with him for repair. Hey, if you give me a reasonable estimate you'll get my business. After I gave him my credit card and said Go ahead, charge me, it s easy to loose a reputation" he told me to never come back to his shop again!To add insult to injury, it took me a minute to look under the hood and see that my vehicle s cooler level was full and there were not any leaks.I am a real customer and I hate leaving bad reviews.

I have used Glenn's services several times this year. My reasons for returning are due to the professional approach he uses to solve the problems I have had with my car. I feel I have gotten excellent quality, and service at reasonable cost. He has called me to discuss the problem, and the cost before going ahead with the solution.As others have indicated, I will continue to use his services, and tell my family and friends what he has to offer.

Have been a customer for many years and with many cars. They always do great work and are excellent to deal with. No extra repair surprises, and they diagnose down to the component level instead of just replacing big and expensive systems. You simply can't do better than Glenn and his team at Craig Automotive. Highly recommended for any auto problem and all regular maintenance. Go there!

Friendly, knowedgable, diligent, and very ethical. Never had a bad experience with them.Update: Bought a new car, and was happy with the dealer's service and (surprisingly, for a dealership) prices. Even so, I switched back to Craig Automotive, even though the dealership actually is closer. If they don't have an oil drum with the manufacturer's recommend weight/type of oil, Craig's will buy and use bottles of it, rather than using "something close" that they buy by the barrel. Not even all dealerships go to that trouble/expense. Straight talk, straight dealing, and thoroughly decent.

The workmanship is first rate, timely and fairly priced. No unwanted or unneeded repairs are suggested. Safety issues are clearly reviewed and long term needs are discussed. My family has been using Craig Automotive for 15 years plus... every experience has been wonderful. They are honest, quick and their work has always been spot on. My wife and I are now at Ft Benning and we make the drive to Craig's because we can trust his evaluations. I wouldn't use another shop. Best customer service and autowork anywhere south of Atlanta for sure! Glenn is honest and upfront and goes above and beyond!

I have been using Craig Automotive for all of my automotive repairs since 2001. Glenn and his staff have always treated me fairly, with competitive pricing and excellent craftsmanship. The highest compliment that I can give a company is to recommend my friends to them and I have done that on multiple occasions.

I've been a customer since the late 90's with my car and my 1993 Toyota Truck. Glenn has provided an expertise, professionalism, and level of integrity that I've not had before .... and I'm 80. The number of different jobs through the years have been varied but always done well and Glenn has stood by his work and the work of those in the shop. It's good to be able to say I've always gotten what I needed in a timely manner from Glenn and his staff, but it's even more important to me to be able to say that Craig Automotive has earned my trust over the years. On several occasions they directed me away from a path (one which I had requested) that would have cost me quite a bit more. This is one of the key reasons that I'm now a regular there.

Once again Craig Automotive delivered excellent service in a timely fashion. The initial analysis was spot on and my 2008 Ford Explorer is purring like a kitten again. I imagined the repair would be something much worse than coils and plugs. Honest and reliable service that can't be beat.

Simply the most competent and fair mechanics I've ever worked with. Even tough problems are dealt with professionally and in a courteous manner. I have trusted them with numerous vehicles over the past 20 years. Will be moving soon and I will be making the longer drive to bring my car to them. Recommend to ANYONE who is in need of any automotive work.

I brought my car in for maintenance, and Glenn recommended that I didn't need a more thorough and expensive procedure, just the basic transmission fluid change. This illustrates the honesty and integrity of Craig Automotive. I will bring all my vehicles to Craig in the future!

This shop at least got my repair done properly, I will give them that. However, it took them a week to replace air conditioner compressor, and owner, Glenn, is pretty terrible at customer service. After I asked to start up the car to ensure that repair was complete, Glenn, the owner, threw my keys across the counter at me, and started to accuse me of distrusting him and 'harassing' him.I was a real customer, but will take my business elsewhere.

I have a 2008 Honda Civic which had it's A/C go out. The first mechanic I took it to, which I had previous dealt with, was priced high. I called a couple other mechanics and got Glen from Craig Automotive. They were not the cheapest, but were several hundred less than my first quote and because of Glen's personality, I gave Craig's Automotive the business. They did a great job and the car was ready on the date I was given. I think the A/C is now colder than when I bought the car. I will be giving my automotive business to Craig Automotive going forward

I just moved to town and the check engine light came on the day before I was going to register my car and naturally it was emissions related. Instead of telling me I need a new catalytic converter for my old car $$$$, they tried many workarounds to get it to pass the emission test and then took it and had it tested and ready for me the same day! Great customer service!
