Gave spot on advice that allowed me to ask my mechanic more questions, enabling me to get more information about what his price and repair included. Talking to The Car Repair expert definitely gave me the peace of mind that I was dealing with an honest mechanic and not getting ripped off. I will always be sure to call him to make sure I m getting a good deal! Definitely worth knowing that I m not handing hundreds over to a dishonest mechanic! Thank you!

Car Repair Expert gives me peace of mind, knowing I have a reliable source to remind me not just when my car needs regular maintenance, but also to advise me when I need a repair. My questions have been thoroughly researched and answered promptly. They already saved me from unnecessarily spending over $1000 on a recommended repair to correct a front end vibration, when all I needed to do was get my tires balanced. I highly recommend them!

I bought a used Buick Enclave that came with no warranty. It soon developed some problems with the power steering. I took it into the local GM dealership for it to be evaluated and get an estimate on the repair. I was shocked at the amount it was going to cost to get it repaired and the amount of additional things they claimed it needed with the repair. I became quite skeptical so I decided to turn to Car Repair Expert for advice. They educated me on my vehicle, possible repair scenarios, and gave me a direction on what to ask for at my local mechanic and helped me become more proactive with the direction on what to have fixed. I was able to get things fixed that were needed at our local mechanic instead of additional items that weren t necessary. Overall, I saved hundreds of dollars in the repair, and have a peace of mind knowing we somewhere to turn to when the unknown happens to our vehicles without just trusting anyone to tell us what needs to be fixed. I feel like those at Care Repair Expert have my best interest in their mind, instead of some repair guy trying to make more on commission based on un-needed repairs.

I sent him pictures of my brake pads the mechanics showed me. A car repair expert advised me exactly how long I had left on them. It s very reassuring I have a third party ready and willing to help.
