Overall, I believe it was quality work. However, some of the damage from the deer hitting my vehicle was not fixed when it was returned to me. I had to bring it to their attention that the fender had not been repaired at all. So it had to go back for another two days. But when I brought the lack of repair to the GM s attention, he did what he could to make it right and make me happy, which is why I gave them four stars instead of three. See picture of crooked fender not repaired as included in estimate.

Excellent work and done in a timely manner. The prior relationship with The General insurance allowed the inspection, estimate and work to be completed with one step. I just dropped it off and 2 weeks later, it was finished. No second estimate, wait for parts etc. in fact the completion time kept moving up until it was actually completed a week earlier than expected! Great work and my Ram truck was completely detailed when I came to pick it up!

Well the insurance company ended up totaling my car, so I can t comment on the actual work but, everyone at the Clover Reach location in Peachtree City, GA was kind and customer-focused, from the Receptionist to Payton, my Service Advisor and everyone else. Great communication and a willingness to answer my questions and help. They were also able to get my car in quickly which I really appreciated.

Fantastic customer service here! No problem with communication. Excellent professional work and advice.See...was hit by a deer causing considerable cosmetic damage to front bumper, and some damage to hood and quarter panel. Insurance company said the car was a total loss due to high cost of parts. (The car is 23 years old, so I was not surprised.) The car was dented but fully functional and safe to drive. So I canceled the insurance claim. I love this car. Was not going to total it out.Here is where it gets good. Chandler understood my situation, advised me on what he would personally do for me - like reattach the bumper to the quarter panel and check to make sure the hood functioned properly (latching) - done as a courtesy.When I came to pick up the car, I saw they had also managed to fix the dent in the bumper. The car looked better than expected by far. Thanks so much, Chandler!

Highly recommend Caliber Collision in Peachtree City!I recently hit a deer in my car and had body work that needed to be repaired. From start to finish I was blown away. I dropped off my car on a Tuesday (the week of Thanksgiving) and had it back, good as new, in about a week and a half! I had heard horror stories of other body shops taking months to repair cars so I was prepared to be waiting a while. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast this was! I received multiple updates throughout the process and felt very well taken care of. I had absolutely zero issues with insurance and all was handled on both ends professionally. My car was returned looking great and was even detailed inside and out! 100% HIGHLY Recommend this body shop for anyone in need!

Upon walking into this Caliber Collision in Peachtree City, Amber greeted me with a genuine smile. Her positive energy was welcoming. I explained my situation, and she immediately got the manager involved to assist me. Less than 30 seconds later, Dustin greeted me with a handshake and walked outside to evaluate my two issues. He assessed and resolved my situations in less than five minutes. Thank you, Amber and Dustin, for your expedient and professional care.

Chandler is the absolute best. He was great from start to finish. Very polite and communication is beyond phenomenal. He kept me abreast of every detail about my car. Our brand new car was hit by a deer after one week, and we felt like crying. And after this shop finished their work...we felt like crying again, it was so amazing. We could not tell any difference at all, it was literally like new. The paint was matched to factory, you can't tell what they did and what was original. They also kept us continously updated by text message so we knew the status at every step. There are a lot more steps to repair than we knew and also there are part shortages so this was very helpful in knowing what to expect. I have now driven it for some days and all the features and sensors are working fine, they had to replace the whole frontend and hundreds of parts. Very highly recommend both the quality and the level of service.

Took my truck by here last week after getting into a minor fender bender. My truck had some scratches and stuff on the rear bumper. Peyton took care of me and took it back not less than 5 minutes later it looked brand new again. Didn t even charge me for it too!

Caliber collision fixed my car within a week and a half. They also fixed my front end that had gotten knocked out of place for free, and they cleaned out the inside of my car as well. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend caliber collision..

I would highly recommend! Our daughter s older car handles broke and needed to be replaced. Hard to do on an older car. I found replacement handles and Caliber was not only willing but able to replace them, free of charge! I was blown away by how kind they were! They got me in quick and did it in less than a day! Very grateful!

Seven years ago, when this shop was known as Abra, I had a jammed rear door fixed here. It wasn't till I got a dog last year that I discovereed the door would not open when the window was open -- a problem I figured was due to the door fix seven years prior. I took the car into Caliber and produced the lifetime warranty issued by Abra. Justin, the manager at Caliber, agreed that it was still warranted. He ordered the part which arrived Monday. I made an appointment and within 90 minutes, the car door/window problem was fixed -- all costs absorbed by Caliber. All without argument. Without hassle. they did an initial bad job matching the paint and had to redo it. it was much better. Unfortunately during the repair bad wiring of my rear camera system caused damage and refused to take responsibility.
