I went in for a front left turn signal bulb. I was helped quickly and efficiently. In fact, the woman at the register even offered to get someone to put the bulb in for me. The service was exceptional.

Mr Calvin Roberson is a wonderful person. I've never had a bad experience at the PTC location but today Mr Calvin went above and beyond. I was having battery troubles (or so I thought). He showed me the meter he used, educated me on checking my alternator, and showed me I had a loose battery cable that was more than likely causing my issue. I purchased a battery post expander (sorry if that is not correct term), and he even installed it for me so my family and I could go enjoy our dinner. Thank you Mr Calvin, and your wonderful PTC crew.

My experience at this AutoZone was excellent. Carolina was very friendly and greeted everyone entering the door. She answered all of my questions and is knowledgeable in parts and services they provide.

Good selection on inventory to pick from. Store is very clean and organized. Anything i asked for they had available. Im very picky about products i use on my car--I left very happy. Customer service counter leave something to be desired for-they are not attentive to customers unless you ask for help and not interactive beyond a "yes-no" inquiry....so room for improvement in that area but overall a good place to shop.

I place an order for a cabin filter. Called in AM to see if parts where available for pickup. After waiting on the phone for 15min, a gentleman picked up and ask how to help and place me back on hold. I waited for 3 hours for a confirmation and nothing. It s now 6:00 pm and manager had to reorder item not to sure why. She said it should be here tomorrow after 12pm.Put let s see what happens tomorrow. Worst attention to store inventory and customers.

Jake S. Is the best. We needed help with my father-in-law's care which had a dead battery. He went above and beyond to put in a new one. Great customer service as well as very personable.

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The young gentleman even came outside and offered assistance without my having to ask. Although we didn't fix the issue, they were great!

Great customer service! Excellent wait time. Attentive employees. Every time I come here I am immediately greeted by an employee whether it be the cashier, parts person, or person out on the floor. If they re with another customer they let you know they ll be with you quickly, and they are. Everyone seems to be quite knowledgeable about the products they sell, everyone is friendly. Being a family of four cars all of which are older we find ourselves here a lot. They always have what we need in stock and I love that they will replace your battery and your headlights for you. If you have any auto parts needs- this is the place and location to go to!

Carolina gave great service while I was in today. I had an online order that was an absolute disaster with next day service taking five days no communication from the online service people and receiving a package that had already been opened. She was able to go online since I didn t have my receipt and very patiently worked through getting a refund for my order. She also made sure that my two rewards accounts were combined. She could not have done a better job and I appreciate her great patient assistance.

Can't say enough about the customer service, Carolina was very helpful. She fixed a couple issues that have been stressing me out lately because I'm not very mechanically inclined and she really helped me out. She went over and beyond what she had to do. She is very knowledgeable and gracious to help. I'll definitely be back when the time comes.

Brought my 2007 Town and Country to borrow their tool to diagnose what was wrong with it. Engine was misfiring and the associate suggested I replace the spark plugs and cables. It was a painful process to get them replaced. The engine is working much better now. I had another issue where they went above and beyond to find a part and ordered it for me but when I found it another place they were very helpful to refund the specialty part I ordered.

I had a problem with my Honda that required dealer intervention.They tested my battery as part of their inspection process They reported that my battery was bad. My battery had been purchased 18 months ago at Autozone. They verified the Honda diagnosis and replaced my battery 15 minutes later. Awesome folk to deal with

I walked about a mile carrying a dead battery from my vehicle. After my purchase of a new battery for my vehicle, I asked if I could get a ride back to my vehicle. Manager said no. There were about 6 or 7 employees in the store.

This location is very clean, organized, and well stocked. I live between two different stores and this is the location I always choose even though it is a bit farther. Carolina and Susan are always there and are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Alan has helped me find a really odd brake line adapter fitting that I didn t think even existed. . Their staff never falls short!

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. Was able to quickly diagnose my check engine light and make recommendations that would help. They did not automatically suggest the most expensive option either. Seemed as they understood we work hard for our money and don't always have money to just throw at a problem. Highly recommend them for your automotive parts needs.

Very professional and friendly staff willing to help and go out of the way to do so. I had an employee that lives in the area car lose power and he pulled into the parking lot there about 10:30 (after closing) he needed an alternator belt to make it 10 more minutes home. Ricardo opened up the door and helped figure out the belt size (took 4 tries since it's a custom belt) and even used his phone light to assist in replacement (which took until about 11:15) We really appreciate that kind of customer service especially after hours, thank you again Ricardo for the help.

I kept having car trouble, and ALL the associates were very helpful. They even gave me a chair to sit down and wait for a mechanic. Grateful for such great customer service.

Very helpful staff! The woman who assisted me installed my wiper blades, added my washer fluid, and wouldn t take a tip. She told me just to come back and tell people. So here I am. Thank you!
