Although I normally prefer to do all my own repairs the A/C system of my Accord required special tools and training I do not possess. Friendly staff with skills did proper troubleshooting and fixed the problems for a fair price. As a professional industrial technician myself I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the shop and grounds. This shows (to me) proper management and pride! Highly recommended service shop!

Amazing staff, turn time and attention to detail. While replacing my alternator, they replaced my $40.00 drive belt which saved me three hours of labor. This honesty and commitment to service is so rare today. Thanks to all at Allied. Would give six stars if possible.

I have been taking my car here for over a decade. They have always taken such good care of me and my car. Never over charge and always prepare me for upcoming expenses and repairs. They have taken the time and energy to educate me on my car and explained it so clearly. But what really showed me that they were the best was when I took in my fianc s car. It had been in and out of other shops for a year despite being a significantly newer car then mine. They told me that a part had been recalled and they could fix it for $ or I could take it to the dealer and have it replaced for free. I picked the later and that was a big mistake. After the part was replaced the maintenance light came back on again. I took it back to Allies Autoworks. Once again they offered to fix a mistake that the dealership had made during the installation of the part or I could take it back to the dealer and they should fix it for free. I did the later again (guess I am a slow learner). Yet another mistake was made by the dealership. So, I had Allied Autoworks fix it and brought the receipt to the dealer for reimbursement. Never had another issue with the car after Allied Autoworks worked on it. They really know and care. They get the job done right. For the past 4 years I have lived north of Atlanta and still won t take my car to anyone else despite the hour + drive. I know they have grown so much and are busier now then ever before because they do such a wonderful job! I can t recommend them enough. I d give them 10 out of 5 stars if it was possible.

As a woman I know little to nothing about mechanics. My husband was working with a company located at Peachtree City when he had trouble with his vehicle. Walked over to Allied Autoworks and met and talked with the owner. That was10 years ago. We live so far from the shop now but pay to get our vehicles delivered to them if at all possible. "Trustworthy", "Professional" and "Reliable" are just a few names for Allied AutoWorks.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

Allied Auto Works was recommended by one of my friends a number of years ago and I just had my truck serviced this morning. Nice accommodations, the price was right, and the service was done within the time promised. I will come again

I came to Allied Autoworks for a second opinion when the Volkswagen dealership quoted a $1500 repair. After they assessed my car they quoted a repair cost of about $200 and found where the dealership did not install my spark plug correctly. I forever be greatful to Allied AutoWorks and will only bring my Atlas here for repairs. Thank you all for your great service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Someone recommended them and I am very pleased with their service. Most auto repairs are expensive but these guys were honest and I am very happy with the outcome. The price was better than expected and they do quality work. They fixed all 17 repairable items that I asked them to and cleaned my truck when they were finished. Also, they called me periodically throughout the repair process and kept me informed of the progress. I will definitely be using Allied auto works again. You do need to call and make an appointment ahead of time because, like all GOOD mechanics, they are booked out a little while. I believe they specialize in foreign autos but mine was a Ram 2500 so they will repair American made vehicles also.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Auto A/C replacement, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Was time to replace the water pump, belt, and idler in our Civic. I planned to take care of this myself but the car started to have A/C issues and I couldn't determine what was going on. I took the parts I already had to them and was informed the same day what the faulty A/C cause was. They did all the work and car is performing well, all expectations were met plus they had great, fair, honest pricing. I will be back again since we tend to keep our cars until it doesn't make sense to repair them.

Great honest shop. I have been looking for a great shop for my beloved Toyota GT86 and this shop is familiar with my car and was very fairly priced. They also have a lot of experience with cars that have been modded which really put me st ease since my car is not stock.

I think this is going to be my new auto repair shop.A friend of mine told me about this place a few months ago & I kind of just brushed it off and thought "Maybe I'll try them one day". Well that day came sooner than I thought. I went to my normal shop on a Wednesday and they were booked out for a week & a half almost 2 weeks. I decided to try Allied and they were also booked up but they were able to pencil me in on the schedule for Monday. This worked out great for me because I was going to be off that next week taking care of stuff around the house anyway. So I took my wife's car in for and Oil change, Timing Belt replacement, Check the A/C system, & Spark Plug.I dropped the car off @ 7:30am and they started contacting me by 9am letting me know what else they found and what the cost was going to be. Over the next 48 hrs I received numerous phone calls and text messages keeping me informed of the progress & what they found along with what is was going to cost. (I was very impressed with this)When it was all said and done I ended up getting 2 new tires installed along with all the other things mentioned above & it was still within the cost I had estimated before I dropped the car off. They called me Tuesday evening and said they were done & the car it was ready to be picked up. I could not believe they got all that done in 2 days & stayed under my budget. Thanks Guys. All in All...I was very impressed with their quality of service & the cost savings. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

They claim that they are the best in the area for fixing Hondas, but a simple problem with a catalytic converter they diagnosed it wrong! they said the O2 sensor is bad and replaced it. The problem persisted, and I confronted them that they replaced the wrong part when I showed them the ratteling catalytic converter and told them that the reason is not the O2 sensor. Instead of saying we are sorry for the misdiagnosis, they blamed me of braking the catalytic converter. If I am going to take my car in to an expert, I would think they would find the source of the problem and not just swap parts and hope it work! I can do this by myself!

In the midst of moving and having one car down in our garage that we were working on, my daughter's Miata started having issues. With no time to take care of it ourselves we brought it to these guys. They came recommended on Facebook and I understand why-- these guys were simply awesome! I cannot say enough good things about their attention to detail their customer service and constant communication with what was going on with our car. They did phenomenal work in the Mazda runs almost like new again.

My car totally lost power on the road. I was lucky the car behind me wasn't pushing and I managed to get home ok.I went online to search for a reputable auto shop and I found Allied Auto Works. Planned my trip next morning. Luckily, the car didn't give me any problems. It was about a quarter before 8, but Kris was already at the desk. He asked if I have an appointment. I explained my problem. He told me that they are backed up March 31. I explained my problem. He was very patient and explained it could be fuel filter issue. And he direct me to his competitor next door. Most other shops I've been to would simply stop answering questions if I don't have an appointment. Not Kris. Not only did he answered all my questions but also direct me to a nearby shop who could help me.It's so nice to see such good ethics and willing to help.

Great customer service, excellent communication and very reasonable with pricing! My Kia Niro had a knocking sound in the back and it ended up being a series of loose bolts that they identified and fixed (general Kia problem!) You don't get the feeling they want to sell you things that you don't need! I highly recommend this repair shop, and will use them again in the future - thank you guys!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Feel so fortunate to have come across this place (based on other positive reviews) for an auto repair (thermostat +) that I wanted to happen with short notice. Keaton not only made the repair but changed the oil after seeing that one was needed in the near future. He also did a thorough inspection letting us know what items should be tended to at some point. Keaton is a skilled mechanic as well as a genuinely great guy.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I can t say enough great things about this shop! The owner Kris is hands down the best mechanic I ve ever dealt with. Allied s entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all honest, while being affordable at the same time. I ve been taking my cars here for the past few years now and I have never had a bad experience. If you want the best of the best look no further than Allied AutoWorks!Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

Been living in GA for 17 years and Kris and crew are the BEST!! Very honest, very professional and always feel like you are their only customer...but you know you're not!! Most importantly, they value your time as much as they value their own time. Can make appointments and they stick to it and always give a lot of information. Pricing is fair...I take all my vehicles there and he's on the complete opposite side of county. Why am I writing this, I should probably keep them a secret LOL!

By far the best auto repair shop in Peachtree City/Newnan Area. They took great care of me, fit me into their busy schedule, and did not overcharge me like most of the other shops around here do. Would 10/10 recommend anyone in need of auto work to see them first.

We've been with Kris from the beginning, when he opened his shop in Peachtree City. We were looking for a mechanic who was HONEST mainly, as we have had some issues with other mechanics in this area. This shop is GREAT! You may have a problem that can "wait", and Kris will tell you that. My son's car is a bit rough to start, but Kris told him he could wait on it...and he has been driving it for over a year now - no problem! Kris takes care of your car, and MORE! It has been a relief and a pleasure to have Allied Auto keeping us safe and moving on the road! They specialize in Asian cars. Very polite and respectful and fair pricing. Just the BEST!!

I have used Allied AutoWorks for 2 Hondas (Accord/Civic) and couldn't be more pleased with the courtesy/cost/results. They did extensive work on the Civic.Their pricing is very fair and reasonable. They keep their appointment times. They diagnose the issue and then describe the intended repair work in detail. They deliver the finished auto as promised or better. They use new Honda parts.I've lived in this area for 20 years and have never had better service. They are honest and reliable with excellent work ethics.

I Spent quality time in the waiting area today of the new shop. I truly enjoy how you can view your vehicle repair through windows that permit you to peer into the mechanic world. It allows for some transparency of a credence good. As everyone else has mentioned, Kris has a genuine unwavering charisma about him. I would recommend to anyone who has an import automobile.

Dropped my car off for an estimate after reading reviews on here and Yelp. They ended up giving me a quote and recommending that I don t spend the money to get the minor repair done. They didn t even charge to look at the car. Very nice and refreshing to find an honest mechanical. Will be back for future needs!

I moved here in 2014 and my neighbor referred Allied. Kris has been the only mechanic I have used since then. He's always done an excellent job and is completely trustworthy. I recently moved to Decatur and I am continuing to use Allied. When you find a great mechanic, it's worth it to stick with them.

I recently brought my newly purchased 2013 Nissan Murano to Steven and Chris for a new car inspection to make sure I didn't buy a lemon. I called them a few times prior to bringing my car in and every time I spoke with Steven, he was always kind and professional. When I arrived, I was really impressed by the space, it was very tidy and comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised at the small size of the shop. Due to the limited space, Chris or Steven will always be the people working on my car, therefore, they aren't hiring a bunch of people with a pulse to service the cars that they pack into the shop. You really get the sense that this shop is their "pride and joy" and delivering quality services and excellent customer service is of utmost importance. They thoroughly inspected my car and gave it a clean bill of health. Additionally, they pulled up the maintenance records on the car which was unexpected and gave me a copy. The notified me of some things I will have to handle in the future and didn't once pressure me to do any of those things today (other places for sure would have wanted that revenue right away). Once I started discussing with my friends my great experience, I learned that a lot of them already use Allied and LOVE them. Keep up the great work guys!!

Best Mechanics In Town!Kris (the Owner) and company have never failed to address all my car issues both in a speedy manor yet also with affordable repair and servicing solutions that never lack in their attention to detail.I recently had an issue with my car which involved a faulty part that needed to be replaced. Turns out that the 1-year warranty for the part was still in effect, and since Allied had installed the part initially themselves, they got me a brand new one and installed it absolutely for FREE!It payes to have a go-to mechanic that you can trust, and I can think of no other local company better suited for this task than Allied AutoWorks in Peachtree City. =D
