The good - Really kind people and highly attentive. Readily communicative and constantly providing updates. They don t try to take advantage of you based on your circumstances either. You can tell they really try to work with you and have deep concerns for your safety.Area of improvement - Speed of service could increase. I would ve liked to be in and out a little quicker. It wasn t terrible though. I ve been in much worse situations.Overall - I d recommend them. They re good people.

I bought 2 tires here on a Sunday. The used tires were alittlebit more than expected but definitely worth every penny. Since driving on them, they seemed to give me better traction than my last ones which I bought brand new. This is a small shop that is open 7 days a week Sunday hours are shorter, keep in mind. They were fast, efficient and very courteous.

Always gets me right in, excellent people and service is always honest. Im confused why so many others keep the one across the street full lol never anyone ehre and im in and out before the one across the street gets through with theirs

Easy process! Took about 30 min for me to get a tire. They checked to make sure they had the right tire for my car, it is a tire disposal fee of 5 dollars which was fine, checked replacement for holes, put it on I paid and was on my way!

Professional and expedited service! Mounted and balanced a new set of mud terrain tires I brought from home for me in under 45 minutes. $15 a piece price can't be beat by anyone these days!After far too many times waiting HOURS even with an appointment to have the same service done at Discount Tire or Tires Plus in Peachtree City, I'm done with them!I'll be giving Palmetto tire shop all my tire business from now on.

Do not buy their used tires. All their used tires are defective. By the time you realize this, it's to late, you bought them. NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY. The tires had internally broke and had an extreme amount of uneven tread wear. You have shady business ethics.

Had a flat tube in a lawn mower tire. Took it to these super nice people and they switched out the busted tube with a new one we provided right then and there. Took 10 minutes and $15. Couldn t be happier.

Wonderful service! Employees know all about tires and have exactly what I need every time I go. In and out in 20 mins when the same service at Kauffman takes 4 hrs. Best prices. My go to store anytime I need tires.

I got a flat tire and I had to drive about 4 miles on a flat until I got up to this tire shop close to my house, I had no money on me, I didn't get paid until the next day, cash app does not allow you to use prepaid cards and this man already had my tire off, was checking the new tire for any holes and things of that nature and he said that I could come and pay him the next day and he only charged me $35 for a really good, used tire. I did go pay him because that was so sweet of him, it was a Hispanic man and he just have this lie about him when he smiles. He is truly an angel and he put me back on the road and I was a stranger to him. I would recommend this place to anybody, this man is a wonderful man oh, I've heard other wonderful things about him from the Piggly Wiggly across the street. To me, it sounds like he would literally give anybody the shirt off his back! 100 Stars

Website and door sign says they open at 8:00 Saturday. Got there about 7:30 and waited until 8:15. Nobody showed up, so I went across the street.

Hey guys went today to get a tire and got there very friendly and polite I bought a used tire for 43 dollars which is awesome but drove off with me new used tire and it's going flat as I continue down the road and I'm like lord how is this possible I just got it went and put air in the tire thinking it was just low but still no good I had the put air in tire 30psi to be exact not even 20 sec it was Down to 22 Psi and kept decreasing... tried to go back by but they were closed.. so bright and early I'm going back up and they will be replacing the bad tire they gave me with a new used tire so..

Truck wires caught on fire after repairs...Fire Dept....had to extinguish...,The owner used a new repair man who clearly didn t know how to do repairs ....They might be adequate for tires, minor repairs etc.. But beware they are not able to do any major repairs..They will take your money without recourse..Currently trying to get a refund etc...Refused to Refund Money took truck to Fairburn Tire Co.. Who were able to put new wires etc..

I didn't receive any service here, was there to pick up my friend. She doesn't take her truck nowhere else but here. The mechanics are really knowledgeable and fast.

Please update your phone number and hours! There s no reason why your hours say you re open at 8am and it s 10am and no one is answering the phone. Then because there was no answer after the FORTY times I called, I arrive to your location and you re CLOSED. Very poor customer service.

You get what you pay for, but normally have no trouble with the tires and their service is fast. Cash only, usually $40 for a tire and mount.

I couldn't break the nut on my lawnmower to change the blade and these guys stopped what they were doing to help. Great service!

Fair prices for used tire. Charged me $70 for an alignment. Wait time was about an hour.
