I manage an auto repair shop. We have had several interactions with Best Auto and the person answering the phone has been incredibly rude every time we called. We recently purchased an engine from them and were charged a refundable $100 core charge. We have tried multiple times to arrange a pick up and have been stood up four times. They are no longer answering the phone so I guess we are stuck with it. Will never do business here again.

Thankfully one of the few junk yards that are open on Saturday. Hard to find parts, lots to choose from but many of the cars are totally wrecked. The staff was super helpful.

So this place has finally screwed with the wrong one. They sold me some garbage parts then just decided to stop returning my calls and refused to correct their mistake in any way. I spoke with my family attorney and he said that after reading all the reviews he would absolutely go forward with a class action lawsuit. He wants to know if enough people would be interested, so please thumbs up this review so he knows he has enough people to get involved and he will start contacting people after he subpoenas all of their records. He is already doing the preemptive work because we are taking them to court regardless. They use deceptive practices to get you in the door then are commenting fraud and theft by conspiracy. You can t sell someone defective items then not refund them. Doesn t matter what signs you hang in your shop or bogus agreement you force people to sign. None of that trumps GA law. My lawyer has also filed complaints with the EPA, the department of labor, and OSHA after the pictures i showed him from the 2 days I was there trying to get them to stop being crooks. We will all own this junk yard in no time if everything works out. When you come by to leave your bad review, like this if you are interested in getting in on the scrap metal pay out

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! these people are nothing but crooks, scam artists, and thieves. They will intentionally sell you the wrong parts then give you the run around on getting the issue taken care of. Make sure to pay with a card so you can dispute it when the parts you get end up being either wrong or damaged beyond repair. Don t believe me? Go read other reviews. This place is a Junk yard full of junk cars, junk people, and junk business practices. The warranty they tell you about to make you feel more comfortable is worth less than the paper it s printed on. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Even if this is the only place in a 200 mile radius that has the part you need, just go elsewhere. They don t have the part either, and if they do it will be full of mud and rust.

If I could give zero stars I would. The way they operate is so unprofessional. Not considerate of people time at all.I went looking for some seats for a Honda odyssey specifically explained I needed the third row right hand side seats. Arrived around 1 something ended up leaving around 4pm from their establishment. I was so over the dame wait I did not pay close attention but just had a quick conversation wit the employee that brought the seats out and just asked if these were for the third row he said yea and loaded them onto my vehicle. When I get home and I review what they gaved me they ended up giving me the middle seats so I called now had to wait till Monday I called and asked if they could please have the seats pulled for me as I had to drive 2.5 hours away to go leave that vehicle that same day. Well I get there and nothing in total waited about 3 hours again. Well I get home clean the seats set them up & now they don t unfold. Had to call them again and see what they could do they told me to bring them back. Whoever I talked to said they were going to check and get back to me. Well never called, I called back on Thursday & he said well I don t got nobody to get them today so come tomorrow. I called Friday morning and he said no come till after 1pm. I get there around 3 something. Waited and it was already 5pm which is the time they close and they tell me that they won t be able to pull it till Saturday. Like what the hell why would you have someone waiting around for over an hour just to tell them that. I finally just gaved up I threw those dame seats out of my truck and told them to just keep it. The lady came out and said if I wanted credit or what I wanted to do I said no it ain t worth dealing with these people no longer. Wasting more on gas making the trips up there back and fourth for nothing and waiting hours. Never again will I return and I encourage people not to waste there time as they are not mindful at all of people s time whatsoever.City needs to be called up there for inspection if y all were to see that yard don t know how they re still able to operate. Also seen a previous review of the restroom not working that was 6 months ago and it still ain t working

These guys are truly wonderful. They brought me water and even shared their lunch with me. Generous pricing and very helpful when I needed help pulling some of my parts. I recommend everyone give these guys your business. I will be back again.

My 84 year old mom s car was missing the visors in her 2004 Ford Explorer. She had been quoted a price of $250 to replace. I asked for a recommendation from a full service gas station where she gets her gas and Best Auto & Used Parts was highly recommended.I did not call ahead of time. I was pleasantly greeted by Royneka when I arrived as she pleasantly serviced two other customers ahead of me. I was offered a seat and water as I waited.Once Royneka asked me what I was looking for, she asked if it mattered that the color matched and I told her no.While I waited for her to search for my parts, Alex engaged me in friendly conversation and again, offered me a seat (I had chosen to stand).Royneka phoned Alex to let me know that they had the visors, but that they were a different color and I said I wanted them. The price they quoted was $50.Once Royneka arrived back, to my surprise, she found the exact color of my mom s car interior. The visors were in perfect shape.Everyone who works there is super friendly, with smiles on their faces! Smiles! I haven t had such an excellent customer experience in years!!!I can not say enough good things about this family owned business. I highly recommend. I plan to tell everyone that I know.

If I could give ZERO stars I would..This is the absolute RUDEST place to go. I called yesterday for a window,.they said they had one and I told them to please pull it that ill be in tomorrow meaning today.. I get there today only to find out they dont accept debit cards.. (first red flag) So I drive another 7 miles to get cash..when i get back. No window! Tells me it'll will take 30 minutes.. An Hour and half later, this fool tells me to move my truck and when I asked to use the restroom was told NO! I Left with no window and they know where they can put it! Worst experience ever. Not friendly at all. Customer service is NONE!! Do not waste your time here!

If I could give them a negative I would. We purchased a transmission from them & paid cash for it, after taking several weeks to deliver it. Then less than a week later my customer comes back with transmission issues again. The purchase was made in September & less than a week later I called & let them know the transmission was bad. Alex assured me he would have me a replacement the following week. Nothing this went on from the first week of October until today. I am still waiting on a replacement or refund. It has gotten to the point that they say I can bring the old transmission to them on Tuesday next week & I can get my old one & my refund. We will see. But when something only has a 30 day warranty & you ignore the customer until that 30 days is up, that doesn't relieve you of your responsibility. So use caution if you must buy from them. The only person that was helpful was their IT person.

This place has to be one of the worst salvage yards I ve ever ever walked into. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BADDD ATTITUDES, after a 1hour 30 min drive to them after they assured me my parts were ready, that rudely said they don t have it and didn t blink an eye with either an alternative or an apology.. I wish I could give negative stars.. this place need to be shut down. Even the guy that answers the phone seems like he s a few sandwiches short of a full picnic basket if you get my drift. Horrible experience will never go back

I purchased a engine for my 2009 Toyota Matrix and after installing it started ratting, I notified Alex about it and he said he would credit the amount back to my credit card. But never did. I'm still trying to get him to credit it but he wont answer my calls.

RIP OFF!!!!!! Beware!!!!!!! Selling bad parts!!!! Purchased a transmission for $1,350. They give you a 30 day warranty on the parts. However if it takes time to get a transmission replaced and programmed. How will you know the part does not work!!!! Spoke with the owner as soon as the dealership told me it s bad transmission and he refused to replace! When I originally called they lied about how many miles was on the transmission. Such a bad experience!!!

First visit: I am having a transmission pulled, so initial visit is a deposit, second visit part will be ready to leave the yard. So far, so good. The rep that answers the phone is easy to speak to and pleasant. The lady that handle admin, invoicing was sweet as well. There is a wait time, but I think that you have to understand this is a place where they put the part for you. It is to be expected, so keep that in mind when you go. None of us customers complained about waiting. I think we all were just happy to find inexpensive parts close enough to Atlanta with great service.Second visit: TBC

I am the owner of a proffesional transmission rebuilding facility. I contacted Alex to purchase a transmission to use for parts and was quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the price and was told to complete a credit card authorization. I had to call the cashier 3 times to get her to finally send me the paperwork. I called, and called, and called, for 4 weeks trying to get them to ship the transmission. I normally would not have waited so long but I thought that due to the current circumstances in the country I should have patience. They started ignoring my calls and then I came to the conclusion that one of two things had happened. One, Alex decided that his price was too reasonable. Instead of just saying so, he decided to act like a coward and lead me to believe he was shipping the transmission when really he had no intention. Or two, the comapny and its employees are too inept to actually perform the functions of their business. Either way, I would recommend avoiding this junk yard!

Possibly the worst experience I've had with a small junkyard, which aren't known for great customer service anyway. To beginwith the man that answered the main business line answered with "hello". I had to clarify that I was even calling the right place, then he mumbled for the next minute or two as I tried to explain what I needed and then I suddenly got transferred to someone else who actually helped me a little bit. It didn't matter though, because after I had sent a driver 2 hours to pick up a part that was supposed to be pulled the previous day it was still in the car. Not sure how they expect to stay in business like that

These guys were definitely not friendly and we re not interested in helping anybody out. I did however find the parts that I needed after I walked around the yard to locate the vehicle that I needed. Once I bought the parts I was told that they only excepted cash which should probably be stated online. When I asked for a receipt the lady looked at me funny. In the middle of writing the receipt she stopped to talk to someone that worked there. They were definitely in no hurry to take care of anybody. No wonder they don t have a better overall rating. Very unorganized and dangerous yard. One of the worsts I ve ever been to.

If you are still considering this place, after all the reviews, just beware. They tried to raise the price twice, while I was there waiting to check out. 5 minutes to get part, 30-40 to get someone to check me out. They couldn't make a decision without talking to the woman (she wasn't bad). Then they could only take cash, so...If this is the only place that has the part you need, cover your butt. Only talk to the woman in charge and take cash. And make sure of the price they give you.Good luck!

They only getting a two star.They said they will deliver a part the next day.But, they didn't.We call them out on it and they moved up the delivery date to days more(crazy). I wasn't going to let that happen to my guy.I reached out to the manager and spoke to her.She actually got the part out her delivery time she set for her self.She actually deliver the part herself.The part came dirty.But, she got it done.I was happy, because he was happy.

I needed multiple parts for a 14 Impala. I waited for a short while but that was nothing. It s a business and I just popped up, they had what I needed and they were polite. They did a good job. I even price checked and I paid the lowest price in the area. Legit good people!!!

Internet Buyers BEWARE.... Online descriptions were inaccurate. Alex (Owner / Proprietor at best auto & used part) was quick to send wire transfer instructions to make non-refundable payment (because they do not accept credit card payment or any other payment that would protect the buyer). However, he never sent the pictures showing the item in good condition that he promised.I actually drove over 300 miles to visit in person. Upon arrival I discovered that the part I was looking at was not "undamaged" or "insurance quality" as described online... Please see pics....If I had sent money as requested I would have been stuck with a trunk lid / deck lid that needed hundreds of dollars of work.Please also notice that most of the this company's "positive" reviews are from individuals that have only 1 review ever. This seems suspicious considering that many of the 1 star reviews are from likely legit reviewers that have multiple reviews over several years...

Great experience and short wait time. I went to 3 different shops before finally going here and none of them assisted me the way Alex And Royneka did. They were very patient and understanding with me, I don t know much about cars so they helped me to make the right choice without feeling cheated. I didn t have to wait long and it was an overall great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good buy for a good price! If I could give them 10 stars I would.
