I ve gotten multiple lawnmowers repaired here and Tom has always been extremely reasonably priced and seems to always get things working right. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable, friendly. Family owned many years. They don't want to just sell you something. They want to fix your problem. if they can't, they will tell you the truth. It is so refreshing these days when honesty and integrity seem like things of the past. That's where I want to spend my money.

We brought our lawn mower in after trying to fix something ourselves. We aren t great with these types of repairs. About an hour after we dropped it off, Tom called us and told us that it was something very small that just needed an adjustment. He didn t even charge us for it. He could have charged us whatever he wanted and lied about what was wrong with it and we wouldn t have known at all, but he didn t. He was honest and told us it was an easy fix. When our lawn mower inevitably needs a repair or tune-up down the road, we will definitely be back! Could not recommend this place more.

Been 2x.... Great Shop. Had to have mower repaired. Yes, they are busy, but it was fixed and ran perfectly after picking it up!Went back when weedeater was "boggy" on throttle response. Tom yanked the screen that was blocked up off the muffler and it works like its brand-new now!

This was my first time doing business with Tom's Lawn Mower. From my phone call until picking up my pressure washer after the repairs. This business has the very best customer service you could ask for. They gave me a rate to fix my pressure washer. Once I showed up they actually came out to my vehicle and took it out for me. They told me they would call when it's ready. They called, in just a couple of days which was earlier than expected. Then once I came to pick it up, they put it in the vehicle for me. Now, taking it out and putting it in the vehicle I never asked for. They just did it quickly with a smile and kindness. After all of that they charged me less than the original quote. This is the place to get your repairs with respect and knowing that they appreciate your business. The only issue was that during this pandemic they were not wearing mask, nor were the customers I came across. "So, if the wearing of mask is an issue maybe you can request that they put on a mask for you". Yes, I will return to this shop for all of my repairs and request they wear a mask in advance of going in. All of the people I came across including the customers were so kind. This is a shop you'll be happy with and they said, if there's any issues come back and they'll stand by their work!

Exemplary. Replaced the blade, spark plug, air filter, and oil in less than 20 minutes while I waited and charged significantly less than other repair shops. Very professional and very much appreciated, I ll definitely go back. Very much a throwback to a time where customer service used to be priority.

I took my older model cub cadet to them and they did an excellent job. They did a little more than I asked for, which was needed, and did it for less than I expected to spend and quicker than anticipated. Very friendly, professional people. I will definitely return the next time I need something.

I was really impressed with Javin and the guys at the shop. I researched a lot of places and these guys had excellent reviews. I can see why. I dropped off my riding mower first thing in the morning for maintenance and it was completed hours later. Top notch service. Very friendly. I will bring all my equipment to these guys. Small family owned lawn mower repair shop. They do a better job than a lot of other lawn mower places I've been to. They won't try to show you services you don't need or equipment you don't need very honest people.

EXCELLENT QUALITY SERVICE & PRICES!!! This is the ONLY lawnmower repair shop that can properly repair Craftsman lawn tractors!!!My tire on My whellbarrow was punctured. Unable to find a proper replacent tire, I took it to Tom's and within 10 minutes, He replaced the punctured tire tube with a new tube and the total price was $16.00!!!A new "universal" replacement tire/wheel assembly at LOWE'S is $29.00.

I paid $160 to have my lawnmower fixed it was in the shop for a week I get it back it still sounds just like it did I have to jump it off with jumper cables and the carburetor still sounds gummed up not very satisfied at all

quoted a price of 2700 to replace a 26hp kohles motor that i was able to do myself for 40 dollars ..WAYYYYY over priced check these scammers later
