Stood there for 30 min waiting on the guy to get my info to fix a leak. In this time frame nothing was done to any other vehicle, in or out of the shop. 3 other guys "working " not sure what they were doing. But definitely not actually working.

Needed one new tire. As soon as I pulled up, they greeted me and took my info. Then straight into the bay. Took only about 30 min! Great service!!

Tires cost $35 each, but when they put them on,our bill ran up to almost $300.00!Ridiculous! However the staff inside were very nice.

The associates were helpful and kind. It's a little hard to find where to walk in and the battery tester they had was broken. I hope corporate can put a little more money into the AutoCare Center.

Terrible with a capital T from start to finish. I needed a simple oil change and it was a disaster. My car is less than a year old and it requires synthetic blend oil which they offe on their services menu, but they insisted that I had to have a high mileage oil change which is more expensive of course. I asked multiple employees there why they required this and no one could give me an answer. I told them to go ahead and they told me it would be 20 to 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I'm sitting there waiting and I look out the window to see one of the employees under my hood turning a wrench. All they were supposed to do was change the oil and the oil filter, nothing more there was absolutely no reason for them to be tinkering with anything else so I called an employee aside to ask what the guy under my hood was doing and he said that their service includes several other things. I wasn't informed of this when I agreed to do the oil change and I didn't want or need any of it so I told him to have the employee stop and finish up with my car. I got in my car and drove about 20 minutes, blowing black smoke the whole way. I know a little bit isn't uncommon after an oil change sometimes but once I stopped and got out of the car I looked under the hood and it looks like they gave everything under my hood and oil bath. There was so much oil even after that period of driving it was dripping down and pooling up on the concrete which I've included pictures of.

My son got his oil changed and a week later issues with the engine. Just pay the extra and go to Valvoline it s not worth the money or headache. Walmart then says they will cover damages if you can first prove they caused the issue.

Worst Walmart Auto Center . Waiting time is about 2 - 2:30 hours. Really slow. The appointment system doesn't work, so it doesn't matter whether you are going there with an appointment or without - you will wait more than a couple hours. After everything they can't even find a hole in a tire and do a patch. Don't waste your time and money there.

I showed up at 10:00 on a Saturday for an oil change. The associate on duty told me there weren't enough employees to do the service until later on in the day. The caveat was, only if the scheduled employees showed up. He also told me this is common at their location. I then drove to the Dalton Wal-Mart, and they did a great job in a timely and professional manner.

Understaffed and poorly set up. Like the rest of Walmart, it s set up to deliver maximum profit to the people at the top not to support their employees providing quality service to the customers.I called and was told I didn t need an appointment to come on down. After waiting for 30 minutes just to talk to someone, the man in front of me was told it would be an hour before they got to his car. The lady behind me left and went to another Walmart location. I contacted Walmart On their website. I never got a response but got a survey five days later asking me how they handled the complaint. I looked at other Walmart locations but the reviews were all filled with the same issues. I remembered I had gone to Mack Smith tire for a plug in my tire A year or so ago and they were very affordable, fast and friendly. I checked and they were almost the same cost as Walmart for two new tires and they were better tires. I was in and out in 30 minutes, The same amount of time I spent waiting in line at Walmart. They even cleaned my wheels and switched the positions of my tires for me. I highly recommend trying them instead of Walmart!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires, decided to call when I got off work at 4:30 and ask if they could fit me in to check it out at 5 (30 minute commute from my job to the auto care center)...they put me on hold for 10 minutes without ever asking what I was calling about. I hung up and called back and was put on hold again this time for 22 minutes. I stayed on the phone just for fun as I walked into the store to see one customer sitting in the lobby and a girl doing nothing at the register. I said are y all really busy? I ve been on hold for the past 30 minutes... the girl apologized and played dumb acting like she never heard the phone ring and it wasn t showing anyone on hold. She told me to pull around to the tire garage and someone would come out and help me get it taken care of. I pulled my car up to the entrance and waited for about 20 minutes as multiple employees passed by me with my window rolled down without even acknowledging my existence- much less asking what I could be helped with. I called Tire Discounters right across the street, they answered the phone immediately and put me on a brief 2 minute hold then promptly assisted me and told me they could get me in right away and get it taken care of. This was a laughable experience with wal mart. Not only my worst experience with an auto company to date, but possibly my worst experience with any company in any capacity, ever. Go elsewhere.

The auto guys were great! I had new tires, wiper blades and an oil change completed in less than 2 hours which I consider great as busy as s they are! Thank you for a great auto experience!

Just thought i'd share this for anyone going here for tire service. I arrived roughly 8:15 to get 4 tired mounted and balanced, easily an hour job. It took 4 and a half hours to get it finished. I could understand if they were busy but there was only 1 car in the bay in front of me and a plenty of people working on oil changes. I tried to talk to the manager of the tire center but that fell through. Very disappointed. Very unlikely ill be returning. Feel free to email for more information.

We arrived at 3:30pm for just a simple oil change and left at 6:30pm! There were 5 others complaining about the same thing. We had also asked about having something checked out with our heat not working.....the 2 men we were talking to had no idea what we were talking about. It was as if they had never worked on a car before. I think the only requirement to work at the walmart auto center is able to change a tire, find the dipstick and breathing. You're better off going to a dealership or a place that actually knows cars and won't take 3 hours for AN OIL CHANGE!!

Arrived 2 hours before they closed and was informed I couldn't get two tires installed as they were booked up. I asked what if I took one wheel off and carried it in could I buy one tire and get it installed in that time. Much to my surprise I was turned away and had to go somewhere else to get my work done. I guess next time I should be 4 or 5 hours early to get to work done. But in their defense I had work done there about 6 months ago and it took them 6 and 1/2 hours to put on two tires so I'm sure they're way too busy to be able to work on anyone's car. If I were you looking for servers I would go to somewhere that had professional staff. Sometimes the brst price isn't the best way out you get what you pay for.

Okay I came out of Lowe's and discovered I had a flat tire so I used my tire inflator that takes forever to inflate a completely flat tire. So while I was waiting for my tire to inflate I called Walmart auto to see how long it might take. I was put on hold. It took about 10 minutes to inflate. I went across street to fast food place to grab a snack and a drink that took about 10 minutes as well. The whole time I was still on hold. Drove to Wal-Mart when I went in the Auto center there were two people buying batteries ahead of me why it took so long to ring them up I have no idea but I stood in line for good 10 minutes still on hold. when I finally got to the front of the line and asking about having a flat tire repaired she told me I had to go out and talk to one of the people in the service Bay. That took another 10 minutes. it would have taken much longer if I had not just flat-out yelled at the guys if I could get some service there was literally three people working out there and only one of them was working the other two were chatting. So after I got their attention I was told there were a couple people ahead of me and it will probably take at least an hour and a half. I would have actually left and now my tire is completely flat again can being a holiday there is really nowhere else to go. I told him to go ahead and fix it. Now an hour and a half later my car hasn't even been moved. This place is ridiculous. I can just not see myself ever coming back into Walmart for anything they have terrible service understaffed. My phone went dead while I was writing the review so I was on hold for over an hour and a half before my phone died. The guy then came back to me about 7:30 and said that they couldn't fix it that it was my TPS sensor and it was making my valve stem leak and said it was all one unit and he couldn't fix it I would have to take it to Subaru or something. I guess this idiot totally forgot that I told him when I got there that I had just had a valve stem replaced at a Walmart in Kansas. So long story short the idiot lied to me telling me he couldn't fix it it was all one piece. I went to Costco the next day they fixed it for 10 bucks took them about 15 minutes.

The service gets worse and worse every time. A simple oil change to just get the car dropped off and keys in their hands is now well over 30 minutes, again, not including any of the time spent waiting for your car to get serviced, which has spiraled into a 2-4 hour wait. There is no service with a smile, just a bunch of confused-looking employees stumbling around trying their hardest to ignore waiting customers who just want to drop their car and keys off to attend to other duties while waiting out the 2-4 hour servoce wait.I will never spend another cent with these clowns, an absolute joke of a service center!

Pulled in at 11:00 AM for a tire rotation and balance and an oil change and was told there was only 1 car ahead of us and that it wouldn't take long. At 1:30 our truck is still not finished. I would HIGHLY recommend using a different facility for any automotive needs!

We waited and hour and a half, never got a call that our car was ready. Ended up going to check and it had been ready, no one was there to help or check us out. I physically went behind the counter and got my keys and paperwork and went to the front registers to pay and leave. Then my husband looks and they ruined our air filter by spraying in take cleaner on the foam. And they were supposed to put a new one in to begin with and even charged us for a new one! Never again will I go back!

Wish I had read the reviews prior to coming to auto center in the first place. I came in in hopes of purchasing a new tire, the technician told me I might not need a new tire just a patch being the tread was still good. So, I waited two hours and was called for payment of a patch for 10$. I know great deal right... After four days of my car sitting I run to the store only to see my tire sensor light on; it's been cold so I pass it off as weather deflation and add the correct amount of air. Two days later same thing which is why I brought it in the first place. Once again I return and show receipt of recent service only to be told maybe you have another nail in it. Sounds like to much of a coincidence for a patch that's supposed to last a year for a simple nail. So I'm thinking either they did nothing to actually repair my tire just to have me spend more money when all I wanted was a new tire from jump. Far from a mechanic but I know enough about basic maintenance to take care of my only means of transportation to know a con when I hear one .. .

This was my second visit after car sitting on same tire they "repaired" for four days only to have sensor engaged on traveling. An hour of sitting and the technician never wrote me a ticket. So now I'm at Express Oil Change and 10 minutes later I know the problem, and what they can do to fix it...

The manager at the automotive center here is a con artist. If you are swindled into buying the road hazard warranty on your tires, he will just make up a reason not to honor it. I had to get two new tires in the spring and he said they weren t covered because I needed an alignment. I went and had one done that week. Now it s the fall & I need two new front tires, but those aren t covered either because I need another alignment. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

They did a great job on installing my new four wheeler tires on the old rims!! They will not take the wheels off the four wheeler due to insurance reasons so if you go to get atv tires put on, take the wheels off your atv before you go. I can not remember the two guys names that did the work but they did a great job. Thanks again!!

I arrived at 3:10 for an oil change. I was told I would get a text message when completed, well that never happened and I was also told I couldn t have an oil change because the cap was on too tight. Wasted an hour and 30 minutes just to be told they can t perform the service. Will never be coming back

They have great prices here but they re staffing it absolutely horrible!! I needed wheels put on my tires and that s all I need and they tell me that they aren t able to take in any more people for the day. Even though I called 30 mins in advance and they told me to come even though it was late in the day. I understand keeping people on staff is hard but basically turning people alway 2 hours before you close is ridiculous.
