We started with tires here because of their free alignment with four new tires. Their courtesy, professionalism, and expertise led us to having our oil changes and brakes done here and pretty much everything else. You also get free rotation and balancing for the lifetime of your new tires. Great place, great service, great people, we won t go anywhere else.

Went to the Fort Oglethorpe location this morning to have 2 tires replaced the blonde lady working was not very friendly didn t not offer multiple options, truly did not seem interested in assisting customers. I left and drove down the street currently sitting at a competitor down the street having my tires replaced. My family has always used your location for our tire needs in the past probably will not going forward.

Be sure to check the manufacturing date on each tire before installation. Out of a set, one was manufactured in 2022. That tire was well over a year old. The blonde lady, I think her name was "Jo" was very snarky whith my decision to cancel. If using Tire Discounters is a must then go to the one up the road which use to be North Georgia Tire. They're very friendly and helpful. As for myself, I'll get my tires and alignment elsewhere.

Wide selection of tires in stock. The mechanic worked me on and stayed late to do my brake job. Thanks to them we were still able to make our trip the next day.

Extremely frustrated. Had a tire alignment done on my car and upon arriving home, I discovered three oil/grease marks on my headliner. I am unable to remove these marks with all purpose cleaner or dawn. Mechanics need to be more diligent on cleanliness before entering a vehicle. I don't recommend location.

Great service! I bought a set of new tires and rims from my neighbor and needed them put on my Jeep. Other places wanted to do additional work with the tires but Jonathan listened to me and did exactly what I asked! They earned my business by listening to me and they ll keep it because of the reliable work they did! Thank you Tire Discounters!

I have been doing business with them for years. These guys make it happen and will go above what most will do to earn your business. Also big shout out to Jo Bell Parker and Jonathan Gentry at the Fort O store. Go see them!

I was working in Ringgold and tried to miss a car and hit the curb and mess up tired. I stopped in to see if they would just look to see if I would make it back to Chatsworth where. The guy was very rude, I just ask for someone to look at my tire.

If I could give the scam of a business zero stars I would. Took my car in for a simple tire rotation, oil change, and belt change. They broke the oil control valve and are refusing responsibility. After taking my car to a real mechanic he said they absolutely broke it when changing the belt. I have pictures to prove it and showed them to the store manager. Then the manager said he would refund me the money for the part and labor but it's been two weeks and still nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

A few weeks ago I had a damaged tire that needed to be replaced immediately. Tire Discounters had my tire in stock and at a good price too. Despite being busy the staff worked me in and replaced the tire in no time!In fact, their customer service was so good I took the car back today and replaced the other tires as well. Same great price and the experience couldn t have been better. They finished the job in under 3 hours! Great Job!

This business has at least two front office employees whose faces are familiar over multiple visits here with various vehicles over multiple years: A knowledgeable tall pleasant young gentleman who is I believe a Jeeper himself from past conversations and a shorter stature quiet spoken young lady . They have always been helpful and informative with each visit as have other employees we've interacted with.We have bought reliable new tires here and had them installed or repaired or replaced or rotated depending on mileage and usage and warranties purchased or by manufacturer.We have had brakes and rotors done here and front ends aligned.I have zero complaints for service or products as yet for approximately 5-7 years or more with at least three or four vehicles we have left in their care at various times and for various issues over the years.The service is timely and of high quality, they are of high demand and reliable, and their prices are comparable and honest.You may have to wait a bit or schedule a service /repair time when busy, but they have a small comfortable waiting area in the lobby and there are stores and restaurants nearby in walking distance in which to also pass reasonable wait times as well. When they estimate repair or installation times, in my own personal experience, they've been on target with their time estimates, which also speaks to their reliability when you have other demands on your own time as well.They are a best choice for the vehicle services and products they offer.

Terrible service. Took a truck in to have the front end fixed. They did alignment and new tie rods. Walked out to the parking lot to realize it was not right. They told me to go drive it and let them know if it changes. 3 trips later and both tires are worn completely off in two months. They admitted they missed the fact it needs upper control arms but will not replace the tires. This place is a joke

Got up this morning with my baby dawgs, headed to the Post Office, then onto the dog park afterwards, but I had a flat that needed tending. My amazing husband helped me air it up and made sure it was safe enough to get me to our tire repair shop, Tire Discounters. Months ago, I am so thankful that I got the insurance on our new set of tires. It didn t cost us anything for the repair but a little bit of time and some added expense up front for the insurance.I always recommend Tire Discounters any chance that I get like now. Don t gamble with your new set of tires, get the insurance; trust me, you will thank me that you did.

So much good things to say about tire discounters. From the quality of the tires and speedy service to the wonderful customer service from Jo. Jo is an absolute delight and tire discounters is lucky to have her!! If only we could clone Jo and have her outstanding customer service in every business in the country! The world would be a much better place! If you have any tire needs. Do yourself a favor and visit tire discounters!

The last time I had my oil changed at another tire shop they told me my brakes were shot and needed replaced. I did the brake pad replacement myself and the brakes pads were more than halfway there.Everyone knows that some shops use an oil change to sell other services.I had my oil changed at Tire Discounters in Fort O and they were honest with me. They didn't try to upsell me using scare tactics to make more money. Being new to the area I really appreciate that.I will continue doing business with them in the future.

I made an appointment for 1pm when I get there they said it was for 9:30. After that she tells me that they don t do appointments on Saturday. So which is it? Idk I wasn t waiting the four hours I was told it would take to do an alignment.

Awesome service from Jo! I only run high end, custom wheels on my vehicles, so I can't go to just any tire shop. I drive over an hour one way to give my business to Jo because I know that she will treat my wheels with care. If you have big expense wheels like 22s I highly recommend going to see Jo. She'll get you taken care of!
