Super fast, very nice, and importantly professional. Brian Lets you know what's wrong and helps you find the solution that works best for you All the way around. They surprisingly do just about anything you could have done. Make sure to call ahead of time and they'll let you know best date and time. Most of the time you are in and out (for brakes and tires) Other things may take a bit. But I enjoy coming out here. They seem honest and that's all anyone could ask for when it comes to their varz my

These people are criminals. I went in on a Monday at 7:45 because over the weekend I noticed a knocking sound on my front driver side. I had just put brand new brakes and rotors on the front of my car 5 days before. The same brake pads and rotors I ve been using for years. They tell me a caliper bolt has broken off but stated that just replacing the bolt would not fix the problem. Frank decided since I was a woman I was incompetent and said I clearly had the wrong brakes and rotors on my car and that they would not fix anything unless I allowed them to put brand new rotors and brakes on my car on BOTH sides even though the issue wasn t on the passenger side. Unfortunately for him, I m not someone who can be intimidated by a man who talks over me and treats me as if I m incompetent. A $15 pin and bolt kit from O Reileys and 30 minutes later my car was fixed. Do not go here and definitely do not send your wife, daughter, girlfriend here alone and do not give Frank the time of day. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I would rather someone not even look at my car if they don't want to than to look at it & then pretend to and proceed to exaggerate the problem. So when I arrived i was let know fast that they were busy and not even sure they would get to it bc it could be a lengthy process. My car is running lean and dies ever so often when sitting still. He acted as if I was a huge inconvenience to him bc they were pressed for time, even though the mechanic is the one that said to bring it in. So then I was told my car needs a crankshaft senor and that was a mijor 4 hr job. But my car does not have any of the signs that that is the issue. It has a vacuum issue with one of the hoses. I just had it put on a machine elsewhere. Which is what they claimed to have done to diagnose it. Idk why men think women are idiots. Always get a second opinion folks.

These guys are phenomenal. We ve taken all of our cars here for years, and we always get great service. From the store manager Frank, to the front desk guys Brian and Michael, to all their technicians, these guys define the words friendly and knowledgeable.Their technician Steve deserves a special shout out. We had a 2007 Toyota Sequoia with an air conditioning unit that ran hot if the car wasn t moving. It was beastly uncomfortable during the summer months. The local Toyota dealership said it was an inherent flaw in the system and couldn t be fixed. Steve didn t give up and he worked tirelessly to find a solution that kept us nice and cool for years afterward. Such a blessing!!This store is in Fort Oglethorpe, but If you live in Chattanooga, their 3886 Hixson Pike store (Highland Tire) is great too, headed by their amazing store manager Jeremy.Kudos to the owner Tim and to his entire organization. Highly recommended.

I get it companies have to make a profit to stay in business and employees need to make a living wage. That being said Sentry is going way too far in making profit by ripping off customers.. ..went in with an overheating problem wit!h the car. They changed the thermostat and overflow tank and did a antifreeze flush...788.90 total!!! Looked up the actual price for parts vs what Sentry charged me nearly 10x the mark up in price and don't even get me started on labor costs.. ..I will never be back no matter how polite they were!

Our daughter went to sentry station tire and auto to have one lug bolt and nut replaced. She was charged $250.00 for labor which took less than 30 minutes. Please do not send a teenager or young adult there because this is disgusting. Pics attached of invoice.

So seldom do you go and get your truck worked on and not have to worry if the guy telling you what needs to be worked on is being honest or not. If you need honesty for a car repair go and see Frank Holcomb. He will tell you exactly what is wrong and do it in less time and lower cost than anyone around. From air conditioning to brakes to tires this is the place you want to go to get your car worked on.

Poor service!!Rude staff!!After waiting a 15-20 minute to even be acknowledged by an employee. I had coupon for a free tire rotation that I had purchased from the LFO highschool booster club. Once I showed him my coupon he told me without even looking at a computer or schedule book that I would have to schedule an appointment for 6 days later @ 1pm. Then he went on to assist "paying customers". I always have thought thier prices were high!! But you could at least be kind and provide good service. Especially when you make a commitment to you local children's athletic departments.

I've been bringing my car here for awhile for various repairs & oil changes & have been very happy with the service I've received, but not today.They had to order parts from GM( which I had to pay in advance for); then forgot to call me when they came in. When I called they told me to bring in on Sat morning so I did. When I got here about 8:30 I was told it was going to take 2 hours to do the work. What I wasn't told was that I'd have to wait 2 hours before they even started on it. Not happy with them at all today!!!

We were passing through town from a few states away and had a tire losing air for no seeable reason. They quickly took it back, found the leak in a very odd place, and fixed it. Tire has held air since. It s like new. We couldn t have been happier with the service!!! Thank you thank you!

I highly recommend Sentry Station. Frank Holcombe and the staff are friendly, professional, and provide great service. Mr. Holcombe went above and beyond, making some tweaks on my vehicle that I wasn t expecting but needed done. Thank you Sentry Station!!

My husband and I have now taken our vehicles there a few times and we have decided we won't go anywhere else. Each time we have been there, they have been extremely helpful and done what they could do to make sure we could drive away safely, without trying to talk us into spending a ton of money that wasn't necessary. Thank you to all the guys, but even more so to Brian and Michael for all your advice and everything you guys did to help us!

Had my husband's vehicle towed here the last friday of September from another shop it sat at for 3 weeks without being touched we had it back the following Tuesday with at least a 750.00 savings from what we were lied to by the other shop and were told the repairs would be.. I highly recommend Sentry we thought the pricing was a little high for the repairs but overall for the quick service and cleanliness of the shop as well as truthfulness from the staff we will be using Sentry for future auto repair needs highly recommend Sentry if you want quality work done in a timely manner..

Neglected to fix the headlight we request ed they fix then tried to talk my fiance into purchasing a new car battery when the battery still in the vehicle was already maintaining a steady charge. I do not feel that they were honest and I would not recommend you take your vehicle there and we will not be back.

Took car there for an issue left after spending almost $600 and still have the issue. Charged $100 for an oil change. Overcharged and a waste of time and money.

We used to have all of our vehicles serviced here for oil changes, new tires, and repairs. They have gone downhill the past few years. Chance after chance, they let me down the past two years with not double checking what they wrote down and ordered wrong parts, bad tires they claimed were new, botched oil changes, leaving wrenches under my hood that fall out down the road to give me a heart attack, and botched sensor replacements.5 years ago, I would have referred them to anybody. Now, please heed the warning and use them as a final option.

My family and I won't go anywhere else. These guys always go above and beyond every single time.I had a flat tire yesterday and Brian came out to where I was parked with an air tank. He put air in the tire and followed behind me until i got to their store. Thanks guys for all you do.

I think they are a rip off!! The prices they have given my elderly friend when ever she goes there have been outrageous. My husband has been able to fix her car for a quarter of what they wanted to charge her every time.

Received 4 new tires, an alignment, and unfortunately had to replace both drive axles on my Lexus. Including CV Joints and bearings. My vehicle drives like it is brand new now.

Excellent customer service! I had tires replaced & front brakes/rotors replaced. In & out in two hours!
