I've been a long time customer. I came in to have a battery checked. A tiny woman was at the counter asking for a part. This is at 5:59 right now. The worker tried to bump her off to help the man who came after her. I'm going to advanced.

Just left and it was a perfect experience. Jesse (hope I spelled it correct) greeted me as soon as I came in, instantly knew what I wanted, gave me options and opinions. In and out 3 mins.

I've been building a custom fuel delivery system for a few weeks now and have frequented all the local stores i.e. Advanced, Auto Zone, Parts City, Lowes, Home Depot, and Napa... Through this fiasco I had to log on and give praise to the person and store that helped me achieve and obtain the lengthy parts list with absolutely impressive knowledge and overall helpfulness.. That is Pamala at the Fort Oglethorpe store!! This lady was impressive as far as knowledge, speed of being able to operate the computer and getting the part shipped into their inventory.. mind you I'm working on a 94 powerstroke and at most every other store I'm having to help some dude understand what I'm looking for only for him to tell me to look online.. not Pamela she's like you own personal parts guru!!! O'Reilly's needs to get this lady a six figure salary and a corporate training position helping every employee be more like her because she is a breath of fresh air in today's customer serviceless online society.. also I know where I'll be shopping for my parts from now own!! Thank you Pamela and Oreillys for helping me achieve my needs to get my older truck back rolling coal!!

I was told that my alternator was bad so I bought a brand new alternator and new belt $338.00 . When I put the new alternator on my car was still doing the exact same thing it was before the alternator. So it was not my it was my battery cables they was crowded and needed a good cleaning so I did not have the money for the but the guy at O'Reilly's assured me that I needed so I put it on my credit and then they got my old alternator for a core charge a $45 so have I kept my old alternator I could have returned the new alternator and got a refund of $338.00

This was the only place willing to even consider touching a Prius 12 volt starter battery. If you are having trouble getting help changing a Prius C battery ask for Johnny. He was very helpful and put in the effort to replace the difficult to reach battery without upselling me

The most professional auto parts sales people I ve had the opportunity to be rude to. I called mad about a part they sold me missing a vital bracket. The first tier rep kept his cool and transferred me to the manager who handled the situation superbly. That sales team deserves a raise and an award.

Wanted to give a shout out to Dylan at the Fort Oglethorpe store. He tested and replaced our battery on 5-11-23. When we couldn't get it started, he helped troubleshoot our situation. There was one point when I was walking in this store everyday. The staff kinda got to know me, and I them. Everyone is very friendly and patient with their customers. I was replacing a oil pressure switch right out side of the store and accidentally dropped a bolt down in between the engine block and some components that made it impossible to reach my hand in there and retrieve. The staff were kind enough to let me borrow a telescopic magnet, given they followed me and watched me retrieve it. I ve only had big good experiences here This is my default location and I d recommend this place for you to make your default location as well!

Went in for a headlight replacement bulb and Nate was awesome. He asked me how bright I wanted the lights, showed me what my options were and then replaced them for me. He was very nice and did a great job...I can see clearly now!!

Such an amazing place and SUPER HELPFUL STAFF!! Very knowledgable people and they were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable and not so stressed about my vehicle. I totally forgot the 2 gentleman that assisted me today with my Hyundai but without them I probably would have lost my mind... thank you O'Reilly's! Glad I found someone I could trust.

Recently ran to this O'Reilly's to replace a couple of headlight bulbs. First trip in....not too successful, as I ended up with the wrong bulbs. Returned the next day, and was helped by associate Francisco, who was awesome. He determined I had the wrong bulbs, pinpointed the correct ones, and spent a good bit of time helping me install and test them. Most impressive, upon getting home I realized I'd left my old bulbs there without getting a refund, and couldn't find the receipt. Francisco had set up a customer account for me, and called me to say he still had the old bulbs. Plus, he went through the records and found a digital copy of my receipt so I could still get my refund. Great service. I only wish O'Reilly had a customer survey so associates like Francisco could be officially recognized.

Went in to find out why my truck won't start. Nate checked the battery said it was bad sold me a new one. He was not able to change it sent me, sent me to another place who changed it for free. I returned the old battery and he checked to see that they had everything in place. The service is great that's why I come here when I need something. Thanks Nate

Well, I have always enjoyed O'Reilly's prices and customer service has always been a big point here. Though, recently my experience hasn't been so great. I told the man I need a reliable air pressure gage. He told me "these are very reliable." Uhh... I just had my tires rotated that day and I was told all my tires were set to 32 as per factory regulations. I got home, put the new gage to the test. The gage said 40+ on those tires and actually was quite a pain to read. I'm hoping it was just a defective unit. For now I don't blame anyone! Always do your research before you buy anything these days. Apparently even something as simple as a gage

Nice friendly folks. Had my battery and alt tested a couple of times. Initially showed bad diodes in the alt. So replaced it. But with the low battery juice, alt had to overwork to get the battery caught up, thus still showing bad diodes on reman alt. Was going to replace, but the 3rd test showed diodes working fine. So leaving it alone.

A woman going into a part store typically has all the men trying to sell things that she doesn't need. These guys treated me like a human. Found what I needed didn't try to have me buy this and that and let me go on my way. This goes a long way with me. Thank you very much!!!

Very helpful. Had them test my battery and alternator. Turned out it was the battery. Bought one there and they quickly swapped them out. The whole process took around 15 minutes. I definitely recommend them.

On our way home to PA at 5 am we had a wheel bearing go bad on our camper tire. O'Reilly opened first at 7 am. We were there right at 7 and greeted by Keith. He got what we needed with a smile and made a stressful situation calm. Had to back 1x for parts, and he had some delivered with 30 minutes he didnt have in stock. So nice to have a smile and overall willingness to help. We need more Keith's in this world! All employee's were wonderful and nice!!!
