The customer service is great, everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate how they point out things that are needed and make recommendations without being pushy or making me pressured into something I didn t even know I needed. It has definitely helped me to trust their recommendations and feel comfortable about additional services. It was also very easy to get approved for credit so I could the new tires I needed but couldn t afford to pay for entirely out of pocket at the time. They do take appointments which I would strongly because they do get pretty busy with walk ins especially towards the end of the day. No complaints at all, a well run business.

They honored the mileage warranties on my wife's tires and got the new set ordered and installed in 2 days. Great service from the staff and techs.

Went to this store couple days ago got a new wheel p purchased got back to my shop and it was wrong wheel I wasn't installing the wheels that day so I wasn't upset so I went back today told Kade what issue was this man jumped right into action I received the correct item I am very happy with this store I go here alot Kade is so professional ant his job here I will be a life time customer and can't wait to get the 17 inch wheels off my truck for these beautiful 19.5 great job team much needed praise

I have purchased 3 full sets of tires from the Fort Oglethorpe location. In my opinion this is the best place to buy tires. The store is very clean, the reps are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are more than fair. 5 stars and I will be back next time I need tires

Very nice people, they bust their tailends for their customers, they are very busy, all of the time, like I-285, in Dunwoody, at rush hour. They have a great selection on tires and are very knowledgeable of their products.

So I went here on a Tuesday evening on 11/28/23. I was told they closed at 6 and it was around 5:30 when I called to let them know I was about 15 minutes out and had something in my tire. I spoke with an assistant manager named Steven who was very professional and said it would be no problem for me to come by even if it was at their closing time. These guys hustled and even stayed a littler after closing to make sure they got me taken care of. Their customer service is unmatched. I will definitely be back.

I had a last minute emergency with a tire blowout on my way to Atlanta from Nashville and needed it done asap to get to Atlanta on time. It was very last minute and was worried I would be stuck on the road. I contacted this discount tire that was the closest and they were so nice. I worked with Jajuan and Jason and they were very helpful and got me back on the road quickly. Super quick service and great customer service. Their warranty is also very much worth it. Highly recommend. I don t go elsewhere for tires.

I went in on a rainy Saturday to inquire about new tires for my 16 year old daughter truck who just got new wheels. Got the tires, had them installed, and within just a few days my daughter called and said something was wrong with 1 of her tires. Well it was the wheel, it was about to fall off as it was missing 3 of the 6 lug nuts. Called Discount Tire and spoke the manager Jason. I told him the truck was not safe to drive, but I only live a few miles away. He was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He assessed the situation, and got a game plan together. I had to have the truck towed to a shop to get fixed what broke, which ruined the wheel. Needles to say, Jason number 1 concern was making sure my 16 year old daughter was safe and ok, and then he made it a point to make it right, and fix what was damaged and replace what wasn t fixable. I highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone and everyone. Professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. The genuine concern and care he showed to ensure my 16 year old daughter was safe, ok, and unharmed, as this could have definitely turned out badly, speaks volumes as the type of person, manager, and representative he is for Discount Tire. Thank you again for outstanding customer service and satisfaction!!!

Great prices..and quick, friendly service..4 tire change in and out less than 30 minutes...They arent ready for NASCAR yet...but beats setting 6 hours in a shop elsewhere to get a tire repaired.. keep up the great work!

Usually don t leave reviews, but extremely happy with the whole team down at discount tire! Had a warped wheel and needed new tires also. Got new tires and wheels. Throughout the process every one I talked to was very friendly, informative, and professional. Will be getting my service from here on!

So grateful to Discount Tire!! We had a blowout on our 5th wheel and they came in clutch with 4 14ply truck tires. We're back on the road and have confidence that we qon't have any blowouts in our future. The staff was amazing!! I forgot to take a pic before we pulled out, but the tires look great and we are very pleased!!

Did a great job Thomas is very knowledgeable and professional in his job. Will help you in every way. He worked with my husband and I getting the tires I wanted to get for our car. We wanted a certain brand and he was able to order them and we were able to get them on sale as well. Very helpful. Thank you Thomas for you help and hard work.

Over the last 2 months i've got tires, wheels, and a lift kit installed on my 22' Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. I couldn't be more happy with the build. JO, Jonathan, Bobby, Chris, all played a big part in this big step. They spent the time with me to make sure the parts I picked out were correct, quality, and right for my lifestyle and needs on and off road. Chris in the shop did a fantastic job on the Skyjacker lift install, perfection. All parts were torqued to spec & installed with care. JO took the time to find me the wheels I was looking for, to complete the "theme" of the build. Bobby made sure everything was going as planned and kept me informed the entire time. Jonathan was the lift & tire man. He got me the correct kit & tires for the job. Overall, excellent experience and they have gained a customer for life.

Absolutely love Discount Tire as a chain. Because of how they administer their incredibly comprehensive tire warranty, they are always my first choice for all of my tire needs. Every location I've visited nationwide has treated me in a manner that was respectful and courteous. I am especially pleased with this particular location in as much as they are always incredibly professional and proficient in the way they handle my tire needs.

I have been using discount tire for several years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys are awesome. Very nice and professional. No hidden charges. I can see why they have a 4.9 rating for 362 people. That's says it all.

Bad situation made better with this place! Had a flat in a bad part of town, and the next morning, I drove on my doughnut tire there. They prorated the price of the new tire and found the lock bolt that I thought I had lost. They were very busy and still took time to speak with me about my car and tires while I was there. Thank you.
