They had my vehicle way too long (about 2 months the first time) for such a minor collision. Got my vehicle back and it had 2 issues.. The 4 wheel drive was grinding on the side of the collision and the remote start didn't work. They promised they would make it right (which deserves 5 stars) but,they only fixed one problem and told me the remote start was because of a faulty ignition switch. This is of course out of the scope of what the insurance would cover. Also if the switch was faulty why did it work before the collision. I find that they left a sensor switch off under the hood that should be secured to the very fender they repaired (which is within the scope of the claim). I had to fix this issue... in the end the remote start works. But they blamed their negligence on a faulty ignition switch. They were given multiple opportunities to make it right and after 2-1/2 months (both times they had the vehicle included) they had plenty of time to check and double check the little things that make this right. They did great on most things but the details matter. That is why I only gave 3 stars. I would use them again but, I would check their work to make sure they do what they are supposed to.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

They were incredibly quick and through. In fact they came in almost a week earlier than anticipated! They kept me updated the entire time and were very kind during the entire process. Aaron made sure I was aware of the process and Trevor and Jesse were very detailed oriented with my never ending questions about the repairs. Thank you Jeff and Marty! My car looks brand new again. Great body repair. Worked seamlessly with insurance and got my car back to me in a decent time frame. Wonderful communication with me from very friendly staff. Had a small hiccup with a sensor repair, but it was swiftly taken care of once it was brought to their attention. Over all, very pleased with the repairs.

It took 3 months for my repair to be finished (obtaining parts was the problem,so I was told). Aside from that, they left my car dirty, the windshield wiper fluid reservoir no longer holds liquid, they did not give back my wheel lock, and didn't put back inside passenger glove compartment cover. As upsetting as an accident is, the final job was just under par.

The lady who answers the phones is really nice and professional but this place is extremely difficult to schedule appointments at. They don t do them on Fridays and it was always a long wait to get in. Ended up going to Dixie Collision and didn t even have to make an appointment and got right in.

Absolutely the best customer service! I have had the unfortunate luck have needing repairs from the tornados a few years ago, to a deer, and most recently a car pulling out in front of me. I ve used one in Rock Springs that did and absolute horrible job to my car and then other big one in Chattanooga who didn t fix it right, advanced & Aaron took great care of me this time, giving me a life time warranty and also fixing issues that previous body shops did for a reasonable price. My car was clean on the inside and out! 110% recommend this shop to everyone I know! Absolutely great work and the best customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I lucked out when I picked these guys to fix my car! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very talented! My car honestly looks better than before it got hit!Hopefully I won t be involved in another accident any time soon but at least now I know who to call!

Advanced Collision did major repairs on my truck recently and they did an excellent job. Aaron made sure everything was repaired like new. I have never had an easier experience at a shop. I am thoroughly impressed with this company! A sweet neighbor accidentally backed into our car and Advanced Collision Inc made everything so easy! They handled everything with the insurance company and even helped out with the rental car. All I had to do was drop off the rental and pick up my car! You can t see that there was ever any damage to our car. They kept me up-to-date with text messages and phone calls. Our car was in and out in less than a week. They even gave our car a bath before we picked it up! We have a dog that sheds A LOT so there was dog hair everywhere and they vacuumed everything, wiped it down and even washed the outside! Talk about top-notch service! I would highly recommend them! The staff is very kind and helpful as well!

I had my first wreck ever and hit a deer. I was heart broken because my car is means a lot to me. I had my car towed to Advanced Collision in Fort Oglethorpe right away. Jeff and Marty dealt with my insurance company for me. I literally cried from excitement when I saw my car! It looks better than when I bought it!! I'm very thankful for the folks at this shop. I was very impressed by the attention to detail and workmanship by Zack and Corey. I will definitely continue future business with you and I will refer you to friends and family. As I was driving with my family my tire blew out. I pulled off the road and discovered I had a spare but no way to take off my tire. Thankfully I happened to be in front of Advanced Collision and stopped to ask if they could help me put my spare on. They were kind enough to try to air up the tire first before seeing that the sidewall was ripped. So they went ahead and put the spare on for me. And wouldn t take any money. If I ever have an accident they would be the first place I go to!

The guys there are awesome and so polite. They made sure they kept up with us on all the repairs are car needed to have done. Jeff and the guys there do great work and we will be recommending to anyone needing any repairs done to their vehicles. Thanks guys!!!!

They fixed the bed side on my Dodge truck. Until then, the truck had never been damaged. It's an older truck (2005) but they treated it as if it were brand new. I am very particular when it comes to repair work (I'm a shop foreman doing mechanical repairs) and I've done my fair share of body work too. Let me say, they fix things right. They didn't slap Bondo on my truck and call it good, they pulled the dents and straightened everything as much as possible to minimize filler. This is very apparent when you look on the inside of the panel, as theres no evidence of damage there either. Jeff was awesome at keeping me informed and caught up, and even though the insurance company was difficult to deal with, he did his job and got the repair completed to a very satisfactory level. They care about their customers there, and they do work right. I can honestly say it's the only body shop I've ever been to that I didn't have quality issues, and it's the only one I'll ever use in the future. Thanks for the awesome work guys!

Helped fix the bumper on my teenager's car. Manager fixed it himself and was very nice. The bumper was pulled loose from pulling too far over a curb. Didn't want something this small of their record. Couldn't have asked for a nicer person to help with this. Thank you!

It pains me do say this, because I WANT to like these guys & I'm a huge advocate for supporting local businesses, but I just can no longer recommend this shop. We've done business with them on 4 separate occasions now. Our first time (back in 2011) everything was perfect, the other three times - not so much, and it's the SAME issues every time that Advanced Collision seems to have. It really comes down to sloppy work, rushing things out the door, and a lack of attention to detail. The body work itself has always been great, but outside of that things start to fall apart: Except for the first visit, we have always been required to bring the vehicle back (multiple times) to have things that were overlooked corrected. Without writing a book, issues we've had *on more than one vehicle* are: Doors no longer locking after car was serviced (happened on two cars, both worked fine when we left the vehicle with them), Wind noise (on one particular vehicle, after multiple unsuccessful visits to correct said noise I ended up tearing the door apart myself and finding were they had incorrectly re-assembled part of the door), various trim pieces lost during service (one part they have still not gotten me a replacement after a year of asking, even though they keep promising to track it down), greasy hand prints on headliners, and over spray. Again, all these issues listed have happen on *at least* two separate jobs, most three. I'll be taking future business elsewhere & advise you to skip this shop. -Dave

Very poor management and communication was almost non-existent unless we reached out to them. They had my car for over 2 months, and we still had to clip pieces in the right way on the final return. Cannot recommend.

Very helpful, In fact I was mislead to the wrong auto body shop by a county official & upon arrival the gentleman working at his desk immediately jumped up to assist me as well as point me in the right direction. Just goes to show that it's true, not all heroes wear capes ! Thank you
