Super nice people. Needed an engine air filter fast and I was in and out in 2 minutes so pretty much the most you can ask for in a car parts store

Stores are clean and service is on point. My online orders were easy to pick up and everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful. Quality of parts is not on point. One blower motor had a crack in the fan, one was the wrong part completely, and one had the spade connector fall completely off. I'm writing this review for all of the three stores in the area I went to this weekend.

I know that locating a headlight bulb might not be a big deal to some, or a large sale over the course of a day, but the service I received today was TOP NOTCH! I had what I needed paid for within minutes. Thank you for an overall great experience!

Severely over priced on wheel bearings. Got everything I needed at orielys for less than $30. Inside and outside wheel bearing. Advanced wanted $50 for one side and didn't have other.

Best chain to buy auto parts from! Lower prices overall, more parts in stock. Great online app. Typically 25% off most orders. Great in store customer service. Very knowledgeable parts staff! You can't go wrong buying auto parts, or getting answers about your car problems at Advance!

Advanced Auto Parts on Battlefield Parkway in Fort Oglethorpe had what I needed and I even bought other items that I could use. The gentleman that helped me was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the item I needed. He told me that he personally used the seat cushions I was looking for and knew a lot about each one of them. I bought all three. HOWEVER, not ALL the employees wore masks. The gentleman that helped me did have a mask. "Shawn N.", the cashier did NOT have a mask on. That was extremely worrisome to me. At that point, I wanted out of the store faster than I could run. I do NOT understand that in today's world, why employees do not wear masks. For that very reason, I will NOT go back to that store!!! I'm not ready to die, because some employee that should have a mask, did NOT. Especially a large corporation as Advanced Auto Parts

Needed some new battery terminals late on a Sunday. Ordered online and chose to do curbside when I arrived. I had a sleeping two year old in the backseat. I didn't want to wake her up and get her out in the cold. I get there and call the number as instructed. The lady tells me she doesn't know why it's offered that I have to come inside to sign for the order. I wake up my baby and walk in just to be handed a paper receipt to sign. You're telling me you couldn't walk that 15 feet so I didn't have to disturb my little darlings nap? I will not be back for any reason to any location.

I can't evenDudes behind the counter will carry on for 20+ minutes telling stories and wasting time, while thats going on, a line is wrapping around the store. I know loneliness is a hot commodity right now, but folks who own alarm clocks got stuff to do. I was finally helped by a guy ready to leave, about 5 minutes before he had to bounce. I'm glad he did.I always go to o'reillys for this reason. Seems like Advance is dragging their bottoms since the 2000's, it wasn't this bad then but it has gotten worse. Only reason why I came in was that the waste oil hadn't been dumped at either location, so I have about 3 gallons of oil sitting in my garage.Anyways, no excuses. You had 5 operators on staff and 1 register open. Just go home. If you arent going to do anything, just leave. That I can respect. I'm not some 1 percenter, if things are that bad, do me a kindness and lock the doors so I don't waste my time.I don't mean to be harsh but its been like this every time I have come in. What a strange place.

We had a broken wiper arm 100 miles from home, yes it was raining.Employee took is to Rain x, there were several to choose from and one was even on sale.Just like the Advance down the street from where I live.Clean, easy to park, helpful, no long wait.Pleasant experience overall.

My company uses will used this company to buy all of our parts for all of our vehicles I ve never went to buy something and be lied to by an employee , according to mr. Travis or Trevor who also claimed to be a manager to by the way claimed that at the moment there not price matching and yes according to mr. Travis or Trevor and according to him they stopped doing when I asked to get a part price matched so I could buy it from them because we always use them lol then when I tell this man I was just told the day before by another employee other wise he then says yeah it s stopped today wow unbelievable, I asked to speak to a manager and then he claimed to be one and when I explained I was just there and that I knew other wise he then says he didn t have to / rude to be a manager first off the whole point all the way around is treat your customers with respect because with out us there no you and to keep sales at your door not run them down the street mr. Travis or Trevor I made sure to take photos even as proof of it cheaper :

Well staffed, help is quickly at your service. If need be on minor things they will go to your vehicle to replace/test different parts on vehicle. Friendly and curtious staff.

I love this place. I go here all the time. The people here at the Fort O store are always helpful and nice. They also have a ton of parts for my 1989 ford ranger. Top notch part store.

Great friendly customer service behind register! If someone's not behind the register though don't ask them for help, chances are they will continue what they are doing after acknowledging your asking them for help but not help you at all.

So went here after I had problems with my car starting, they came to my car and did the test. Told me I needed a new alternator. They had the part online for $155. Decided to try and buy it at the store and was told it would be $440 plus a core charge.I didnt have that kind of money on me so I went to O'Rileys. They did the same test and told me my battery was bad. $140 later I was driving off and my car was good as new.

personally I find the staff at this location very hit or miss as far as knowledge goes. I had an employee try to help me figure out how to change the windshield wiper once (sounds easy, but this car has a fancy 'cover' that has to be removed). When he couldn't get it off he started forcing it - I protested but he kept pulling until he broke the expensive cover. Then he said he was 'just trying to help' and got an attitude. In all fairness most of the staff do try, but I usually only come here when the AutoZone down the road doesn't have what I need.

Horrible!!!! Bought and engine from them and they took my core charge, when they got the old engine, they told me it was given to the shop to give to me, went to the shop and they had not received anything, called them back and they said they put it on my credit card, called the credit card company and they said there was nothing showing for that amount or from advanced, so I called them back and was told they didn't charge me a code. I had to call the national office and tell them what was going on. They did give me the money back but was very rude about it. Which tells me either someone was trying to keep my money or they didn't know what they where doing....save yourself the heartache and go to autozone where they know what you need and for a better price!

Went to get an oil change here. I got home and was about to put the new oil in my vehicle and I noticed the seal was broken. The entire jug was filled with used oil and the manager would not take back the used oil. he said there was no return on it so it couldnt be true that he sold me used oil. Well I will never go back to advance auto again. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Good store. When we were there they had only one lady attending so we had to wait for about 15min. They got what we were looking for so that's great.
