Linda is amazing, she helped me with my car tires, and battery. She is such a nice lady. I appreciate what she did, I got her a thank you gift from edible arrangements when I worked there

First time going here to get an oil change but was denied because my car is lowered. I've taken my car to the gainesville Walmart auto center and they've never had issues with my ride hight.

Ordered 4 tires online for $277.00, had them put on, balanced, rotated and tire warrenty and an oil change for an $125. I was pleased with the work and the tires.

From the guys at the register to the guys who did the work on my car, I got super service with respect for even my stupidest questions lol! I bought 4 new tires and got helpful advice from the mechanic who assisted me. He didn't try to upsell me anything and he listened to what I needed rather than doing what his company probably trained him to do as far as selling. I didn't feel like I was being sold something, but that I was getting valuable advice for a needed repair. I will certainly go back for all my auto needs and I'd recommend these guys to anyone!

They were outstanding. I went in at 4:45 to to have my battery tested. They tested it, showed me it was bad, replaced it, and I was on my way home at 5:30. Cynthia was outstanding through the whole process.Service: BatteryService: Battery

The mechanic who s hair looks like it has knots needs to learn customer service. White guy with glasses. I come to get a patch on my flat tire and I was understanding of the fact that there was two cars in front of mine. He tells me it would be an hour. After an hour I get up only to see him walking around completely disregarding the fact that my car is right there needing service done. After I wait the entire hour I go up to the register I ask how much longer and they tell me 30 more minutes. I am very patient and understanding but the fact that I got up only to see him walking around not doing anything to my car is annoying. And no he was not working on another car. Just walking around. Please think twice about getting service done here.Service: Tires

Randy offered to repair my flat tire for only $15 when I came in prepared to purchase a new tire. He cared more about me than making the company a little extra cash. That's rare these days and it's much appreciated

Got there at 7am when the shop first opens, then waited till 7:30 before anyone showed up. After getting the work order for a new tire inside, we waited another 20 min before we decided to go somewhere else. Side note, we were the only customers there at the time. Completely inexcusable!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Every time I come here I have poor service and attitude. Came in to purchase a tire for my lawn mower and was told they couldn t help me because it was too close to closing. Guess it takes a good bit of time to change out a tire that small. Will not be back! I have tried to give this service center my business multiple times because it s convenient, but they have proven my business does not matter. I will stop inconveniencing you with my business Walmart. Going to be in the market for a new set tires for my truck within the next week or two. Guess I ll go pay a little more at a tire dealer since they appreciate my business.Last time I was here, it took them 5 hours to do an oil change and put two new tires on my wife s vehicle (which they did not do correctly and had to wait for them to fix). Store manager was kind enough to give me a $25 gift card for my troubles, but my time and business is worth more than that in my book.Guess I ll just have to pay a little more to get the service I expect. I recommend everyone else do the same, or at least pick a different Walmart for you Automotive needs.

Affordable as one would expect from Walmart. They dont offer a wide range of services, but thats okay.An additional positive is I had an issue with the balancing that was performed on my vehicle and needed to bring it back, and they got my vehicle corrected quickly, plus without charge.Overall, the customer service is extremely poor, and employee disposition is terrible. I watched a technician get angry due to an issue on an iPad they use, and throw it across the shop, then he began to yell at his coworkers. 2 weeks later, another employee was arguing with a coworker loudly. Frustrations happen, but this seems to be routine here.

Unbelievable that I got my oil changed for less than I can do it myself for. $28 got me a full 7.5 qt oil change (during this administration!!!) Guy was very professional that did the initial intake and service. Lil ol man at the desk was a little crabby, but at his age he should be golfing. All in all I had a fantastic experience. Oil was at the proper level, filter was changed to new one and they reset my maintenance reminder. A+

I had had a Very Flat Flat. I Arrived Literally 5 Min. Til closing. They Helped me Anyway !! RANDY From Oakwood dragged a Jack to me. Because my set was incomplete due to a Recent Accident / Body work In that area. The Tire I needed was 3 Days Out. They Got it in less that 12 Hrs. On in < 13. If I could ever Emulate this Group, I w Go back into Bus for Myself !! Pricing was Also a Tad Below Average of Any Known Source. I Have Nothing But EXTREAM PRAISE For Randy & The Entire Crew. Even not Accepting a Tip. WOW & THANK YOU ALL !!!!

If you order multiple tires online to have them installed, you should really consider calling the store to make sure ALL of the tires came in before your appointment. Had to wait several days for 1 of the 4 to get there. The store is no help in tracking the tire or communicating with walmart.com either.Now the actual employee who put the tires on was as friendly, helpful and professional as he could be.

Couldn t even plug a hole in a tire, which I bought from them one month before hand! After it went flat, and they plugged it, supposedly, I found my tire completely flat again today. So I bought a new tire which was bad, they did a repair on it, which was bad and now I m stuck. Don t do anything here.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Supposedly they changed my oil..... But they didn't! Definitely go somewhere else for a oil change do not come here!

I was very thankful to these folks for getting me to where I needed to be after a road hazzard. I had run over a very unique object in the road that had caused damage to a fairly new tire on my vehicle. This location i found to be much better than several.others in the area. Upon arrival, a friendly woman greeted me outside with a smile. She asked of my needs and expectations, answered my questions and quickly gave me prices for the repair. Due to reopening after the covid, the wait was a little while. The service was superb and I look forward to coming back to this location vs any other for my needs in automotive repair. I was thoroughly impressed and thanks for the positive experience.

Just had an excellent experience here. Came in for an oil change, was in and out in 30 minutes. They checked everything under the hood as well as the tires and threw in washer fluid to boot. To my surprise, they even vacuumed the inside of the car (it was a mess!). Will definitely return.

Don't waste your time coming here. I went on a Saturday morning and they were extremely busy, so I was told to come back Sunday at 9:00. I came back the next day and after 15 minutes I flagged down an employee. There were several employees walking around ignoring me and helping other customers that came after me. All I needed was a patch on my tire. I was told it would take an hour 1/2 so I Ieft. The employees looked shocked that i wasn't going to wait. Went to a better shop and had the work done in less time with great service.

Got 4 new tires put on my truck yesterday. Instead of 215/70/r16 they had to use 215/65/r16. I also had to go with a more expensive brand than I wanted. Still, the total price was almost $200.00 less than what Pritchett Tire of Baldwin was going to charge for the exact same 60k mile good year tire! They said 550.00 out the door, but they did it at Wal-Mart for about 360.00 total. Huge price difference! Total time was 1 hour. Disappointing service. Reset my battery and said I left the lights on. All the warnings came on the display so had to go back. Additional 30 minute wait. Was told all warnings were on when they got in it, a lie. Was told to take it to a mechanic. 2 stars for actually doing the oil change correctly. I hope.

I have never been taken care of better when it comes to auto service! The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and thorough. As long as they work here then I will always come back for tires and oil! A big thank you to the staff!

I should of known better to go here for an Oil Change but I was a few hundred miles past due. Was told 30 to 45 minutes, 1 hour and 15 minutes later I was handed the wrong keys. Paperwork said headlights "checked" but I have one light out which I knew about. Paperwork said battery good but AutZone test said Bad Battery. Paperwork said tire pressure on ALL 4 tires was 36 PSI which seemed odd all 4 would be exactly the same but when I checked then they were at 42, 41, 40, and 40. I only needed the Oil Change and didn't care about any of these "checks" but if they didn't do what promised...how do I know they actually changed my oil, filter, and used the correct oil!?!? Will Not Return!PRO:. Good Price but at What Price!?!!

Paid for an oil service, tire rotation and balance but they failed to do the job completely. I had to waste my time and gas to come back to this place just to get them to actually do the rotation and balance. Been getting the stink eye the whole time. I do NOT recommend that anyone uses this place for anything. Go to an actual tire shop instead of a super center such as good Ole Walmart.

Will never buy tires from here again. Tires were fine, getting them rotated afterward, nearly impossible. Every time I went, they said they were short handed and it would be a 2 hour wait. After a painful year, I had to pay someone else to do it. Sad, since I prepaid them to do it.

took care here. 12/26/22. was due for oil change on March 27, 2022. On March 17 car broke down, and after $4100.00 had to put rebuilt transmission as Walmart did not do oil change, and if they did, possibly put only one quart per our CERTIFIED Mechanic.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Came here for an oil change and was told the expected time for it to be finish. They were on time on being done. The staff is 8/10. The only reason I say that is because when they call out your name to pay at the counter, you can t hear them. Any good customer service place they would personally come and get you themselves and walk you to the counter explaining all the services that has been done to your car. Other than that I give this place a 9/10.

Was at Wal Mart by 7:40 waited patiently for the 8am open up time... Then was rudely asked what I wanted. Told her politely I needed an oil change... Girl then smacks her lips and say you make an appointment? Told her I did not she the. Says ugh well I have a 9-10&11what one you want? I said 9 please and she said yeah. Wow is all I am saying

Horrible service. Horrible experience. Waited nearly 2 hours and when I went up to the counter to ask how much longer it would be, I was told it would be another 45 minutes. They were not busy during this time. There was only 1 service tech who I actually saw working. One of the techs was hanging out with his girlfriend, another playing a game on his phone, another smoking and talking on the phone and others talking or walking around aimlessly, using profanity and being rude while my son was sitting with me. When I told them I was leaving and didn't want them to put the tires on any longer (I had been there for 1 hour, 45 minutes and they still had yet to start on my car even though they had no other vehicles there for tire services) I was treated rudely and never even received an apolgy from the customer service manager, the girl at counter or the tech. Will never return to this location. Absolutely ridiculous.
