well i looked to see if i was on here, and i wasn't. so i've been using this service for at least 4yrs. he has worked on our mustang, buick and infiniti. done brakes, radiator, ac, top end gaskets, cooling fans, tuneups and headers. very thorough is his main pro, and respectful. con would be hard to get to via phone call. but will reply to texts during biz hrs. totally understandable, especially when you see how busy he is. great help and all around great person. need more like him. he has never added charges without telling me upfront with a range/ warning - if it is still a diagnostic issue. but always reasonable, to me. so since i used to wrench some, 30 yrs ago, just a normal realistic working class guy. in today's world, i'd say fantastic & awesome to get help from.

We completely agree with these other reviews praising Taylors Mobile Mechanic Services! He was prompt, efficient, very competent and friendly. We were traveling through the area pulling a camper when our truck started overheating. He and my husband were able to troubleshoot via text. When he arrived at the campground he went straight to the problem, ordered the necessary part and came back first thing the next morning to install a new clutch fan. His rates are extremely reaonable. We highly recommend him!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Taylor was awesome! Responded quickly and was out to look at the car really fast. I have had so many bad experiences with shops in the past. Taylor was only fast, but also honest. Glad to know I have a trusted mechanic in my corner now.

Taylor was one of the best experiences I ve ever had with a mechanic. He was nothing but professional from start to finish. Called early in the morning and he had it done in the afternoon. Great prices, great service. I highly recommend him.

My car stopped about 5 minutes from my house. Contacted them, they responded and answered all the questions I had. Taylor contacted me around noon the following day and asked if I still needed help and I said yes. He came to me about an hour later and was very professional, ran a diagnostic test and determined it was my alternator. He gave me a price upfront, which was very good. Taylor worked on my car and allowed me to go back home and said he would call when he s almost finished. Taylor called when close to finishing, gave me a run down of what was done and he even checked my fluids and added power steering fluid for me. Also, he fixed a hose that was broke for my radiator with no extra charge. He let the car run for 10 minutes while checking to make sure the work was good and it was. If I could give him 6 stars I would and I ve saved his information for all my needs because he s my go-to guy. Highly recommend him to anyone. You will thank me later after calling him.Service: Electrical

Taylor is a fantastic mobile tech! Many mobile mechanics are far from trustworthy and do not have the knowledge required to complete the job properly! I have used Taylor many times on my personal vehicles as well as customer vehicles. When I get behind at my shop, Taylor is just a phone call away to help get caught up. It s nice having someone I can call that will put the same effort and respect into my customers vehicles as he does with everyone else.To be able to trust that he will complete the task with the same or better standards truly shows his character and his passion for this industry.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I've been using Taylor's services for a couple years now...never dissatisfied! I actually hate when I have to take a vehicle elsewhere, like the dealership for warranty repairs, or tires! He's honest and dependable. Showed up on time, was very polite, informative about my check engine light. Had a P0301 and he performed a compression test on the engine to verify the cylinders integrity and replaced the spark plugs and the ignition coils. My front brakes were squeaking and vibrating when stopping, he replaced the pads and rotors and the noise and vibration are gone! By far cheaper then most shops in town. Convenient and affordable service. He helped replace my brakes and rotors and was happy to answer and clarify questions on the work he did. Communication could ve been better at certain points but I ll attribute it to him being busy

I was stuck without breaks in front of Petsmart. It was late in the afternoon on Good Friday and didn t know what to do.Called Taylor s and he showed up on time, identified the problem with the breaks. Taylor s reached out to me and the communication was great. I ended up doing the job myself but I m leaving 5 stars just on professionalism and communication. If I ever do need mechanic service again this is who I will call.

Very impressed with this guy and his partner. did stuff other mechanics wouldn't for less, and drove from near Helen ga to Kennesaw, ga. honest and strange forward. need more guys like him in the world.

Beware of this business . He called himself fixing the car and 15 minutes later it was broken down on side The road . I called and text him several times and he wouldn t respond to no calls or text

Came to me on a Sunday when everyone else is closed. Replaced my starter and saved me from having to get towed and overpaying at a Pepboys. The only mechanic open near me on a Sunday.

I tried to use this service 2 times 2 times he told me that he would be there 2 times he never showed up. Wasted my time 2 times. I'll never try again. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
