These guys are awesome!!!! I took my plumbing work van up there and the experience was way better than I could have ever imagined. I was in and out with friendly service. They gave me a great price and the work they done was A1 !!! Once again these guys are awesome!!!!!!!!

Owner Richard and his wife were so very helpful with assistance in getting my car towed and repaired when my car died on the expressway. A detailed estimate along with pictures were sent to me for my approval. The parts were ordered and car repaired the following morning. Unfortunately the following week another issue came up (the car is 24yrs old) and I just rolled into my driveway before it died again. Knowing the crazy hours I work and not knowing what to do I again phoned Mr Richard and his wife. They arranged for him to come to my home, order the additional parts and do the repairs at my home. I have never had better service. I will not go anywhere again

Best Auto experience I've ever had!!!! I felt hopeless yesterday... Renew Automotive came to the rescue. I would give them a perfect ten star rating!!! They were able to squeeze me in and had my car ready and running like brand new in 1 day!!! This place is a scam! I had my vehicle towed to them on March 28, 2023 because my vehicle wouldn t crank/start. I just received my vehicle back (Friday) May 5, 2023 and my vehicle will not crank/start. The tow man from 316 towing couldn t even crank my vehicle to let it down off the truck. The mechanic who initially worked on my vehicle (Christian) was fired and/or departed ways with renew automotives due to him messing up people vehicles and not doing his job correctly. That was told to me by (Richard) the new owner/manager. Instead of Richard taking accountability (not for Christian s mistakes) but for the Renew company he just made up excuses basically. If you knew newer model vehicles drain the juice out the battery (if the vehicle was not being driven) why not contact me and say hey we think you need a new battery . Why knowingly give me back my vehicle KNOWING it has a battery problem that could ve been fixed while you were servicing it??? Richard knew I was telling the truth and felt that I was personally attacking/blaming him. His response was he let my vehicle sit up there for (38 days and did not charge me for storage) when at the time Christian was supposedly the owner/manager and if he wanted to charge me he could have. I spent $1039.89 to have my vehicle serviced and instead of fully repairing my vehicle, they partially repaired and now I have to go through my bank for a refund. I also have to get my vehicle serviced else where. He admitted he had to jump start my vehicle (meaning it would not crank on it s on without a secondary tool) the day it was picked up by the towing company. The fact NO ONE told me anything about a battery problem until after my vehicle is now 300 miles away is ridiculous! Richard for some reason can t seem to understand that s not the correct way to do business.

Best Automotive repair experience in my 30 year driving history. Super friendly including the mechanics, Karly the office manager is fantastic, she is really friendly and communicated quickly with me. they were definitely honest. I thought I broke my A/C condenser but they filled it with coolant and billed me accordingly :) I was in and out in about 70 minutes. The waiting room is nice with a Keurig, TV, nice couch, snacks and a fridge. I can't say enough good things.Service: Air conditioning

I highly recommend Renew to anyone. The staff was impeccable and the waiting area was immaculate. So clean and friendly. I am so excited to have such an easy way of getting my car done. Makes it so much less stressful. I normally dread the whole car process because of my lack of car knowledge. But this was such a smooth easy oil change. They truly know their business. Fast service compared to other repair shops around. Got my jeep back in less than a week. Others were going to be two to three weeks. They won't do anything not quoted without asking. I would recommend them to all I know.

They did an big & awesome job for me. They swapped out engines on my expedition. Exceptional quality, knowledge and thorough. Now I ve asked them to do more. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Renew! From the moment I walked into this facility they were courteous, transparent and professional. They had my part ready for me before I had my car towed to them and had it ready in no time. I ll definitely be back. Thanks Karly for the great customer service and the technician who replaced my starter who took the time out of his day to call me when it was done and let me know things he did to help me out and what I need to work on next. I'm a car guy and a very picky one at that. I normally do all of my own maintenance and repairs myself but am short on time at the moment. I trusted a dealership to make a repair and they let me down. Renew took care of the issue at a very fair price and even used the same parts I would have ordered! They are always very welcoming every time I come here, super polite and they always do a good job! I was having issues with my A/C and they took the time to carefully figure out what the issue was and got it fixed. I am very satisfied with the performance of my A/C now. I highly recommend!

I have used Renew Automotive for quite a few things. Front brakes/rotors changed, tires, oil changes, spark plugs, safety devices installed on my track car. The technicians at this shop have the highest level of knowledge, whereby I use them for my daily driver, my truck and work on my track car. Went in for leaking cv axel seal in the transmission, Eric went above and beyond and found that my car had a service bulletin from the factory requiring an updated part causing the issues. Took my daughters car for a tune-up before going to college. And then my car for an oil change. They did a great job, sent pictures and didn't give me a long list of things that needed to be done like others always do! Renew is a great new auto repair shop in Oakwood near the Kings Hawaiian plant.I like that they work by appointment -my car was in and out exactly as I expected. I appreciated them showing me the old parts, as well.

Although the store is not as big as I expected it, but I liked their fast service the guy also helped me detect a leak in my car which I never noticed and told me he will help give an estimate of how much it will cost to repair overall I recommend everyone to go to them and do your mechanical repair at their shop.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
