This company has done excellent work. My tires on my flatbed trailer need to be changed. My company called them, and they pulled me right in when I arrived. They were very professional and kind. The manager, Jay, and his team have made my experience good. I recommend this company for future business. See the attached photos of before and after with the new tires they put on.

This is what you get when you buy from them. Their recaps are terrible. They have now went up to $105 for a casing plus $260 for the tire. $365 for a recap! If you do business with them and haven t went lately please ask before they gouge you.Also, if you have casing to get recapped make sure they know where they are because they can t find anything or let anyone know anything either.GO ELSEWHERE!!

I have to say these workers are very professional and passionate about their work. I catch a flat on my semi, drove over and they had the tire off a patched in no time. Drive up to end of building and turn left drive to back. Big enough for a semi and trailer.

I had something in my tire causing it to not hold pressure. I called here as soon as they opened and they got me in right away. Alex and the crew were very friendly and helpful and had me on my way quickly. Best part.. they were less than two miles from my home, making it extremely convenient as I couldn t have gone far with the condition of my tire at the time.Thank you for helping me out so quickly!

My wait was about a minute in a half, at the T.A. I would have waited 2 to 3 hours.My mud flap bar was bent took care of that. I asked them to bring it out farther away from the tire and they did once I pulled out some.I asked them to fill up a gallon of water for me, they actually took the gallon and said we will take care of this for you.Payment was fast too. And two people worked on getting me fixed and on the road. Within 25 min I was rolling again!!!!

I recently returned from vacation, and the air pressure on one tire had dropped to 24 psi. I googled tire stores near me and found your business. Little did I realize, however, that you only serviced trucks. Upon hearing my plight, you guys graciously took my car in and fixed it anyway. I had picked up a nail, but the tire was able to be plugged. When I asked how much I owed, I was told to leave the repairman a nice tip, no other charge! I m thankful for the professionalism of these men who helped me get my car back on the road in such a courteous and professional manner. Thank you very much!

Mr. Whitehead you need to know what an asset your employee, Alex Camacho, is to your Pendergrass location. I was so lucky to cross paths with him today while I was stranded at a gas station. It just so happened that Alex was there at the same time getting gas and noticed I was looking at one of my tires that was quickly leaking air. He came over and asked if he could help fix my tire. Of course I was relieved he came to my rescue. He ended up pulling out part of a screw driver that I ran over driving down the road and immediately plugged the hole. I was so grateful for him helping me and much to my surprise he wouldn't accept any money from me. Alex did tell me that the plug was just a temporary fix and that I would need to get the tire patched.I then proceeded to drive to his work to get the tire patched. I was able to meet a nice lady at the front who then introduced me to Richard Trusty the store manager. I told them about Alex's act of kindness and what a wonderful representation he is of their company.My tire was patched and I was quickly on my way. Once again they wouldn't accept any money from me.Jim Whitehead's Best One Tire and Service went over and beyond the call of duty. Alex Camacho you have a heart of gold and you are my hero!

I was in and out within 40 minutes. I thought there was a slow leak on one of the trailer tire. When the tech ( Kaileb ) checked he found no issues. The honest lady at the front desk ( Karen ) instructed the tech to air up the low tire and check the others as well. I wasn't even charged. Thanks for your kindness.

Took my class c RV in to have tire valve extenders installed. I had initially requested the RV dealer (NIRVC) who we had purchased from to put on the extenders. What a nightmare! They just didn't seem to know how to properly install extenders and we had to return 4 times because of air leaks. That's when I took the RV to Jim Whitehead's to get the job done correctly. They ordered the best type of extenders that fit my wheels and installed them right. No leaks! Richard Trusty, the store manager, is the nicest guy you'll ever work with, as are all the guys who work there. They are friendly, courteous, fast and efficient. Price was extremely reasonable too! I am so glad I found this great place to get the job done right!

Great business. They saved our family of four when we had a blow out on our way back home (10hr drive). We relied on other reviews to choose this shop and we were lucky we did. Special thanks to Karen in the office who was genuinely kind to our family and Luis who worked so hard to get us back on the road. Great people, quality product and honest pricing. My tire pressure alert popped on in the middle of my 8 hour road trip, so I googled close-by tire shops and I stopped here. This was the best auto shop ever!! They were so kind and thorough, and they ensured that my car was good to go for the rest of my trip. I can't rate any higher than 5 stars but I would if I could!

Worst experience ever!I found this place while waiting across the street for picking up a load and I decided to let them remove a small nail I had in my outside tire- drive axle for few months.There was necessary a patch because the air was leaking. They removed the tire without removing the rim from the truck and applied the patch. After the tire was mounted back was still leaking air.So I spent three hours for just a small patch in outside tire and paid $86 for a 30 minutes job that would cost around $40 at any Love s or Pilot that has a tire shop.I just applied the 3 never rule:Never argue/ Never complain/ Never come back. Stay away!

My wife s car had a tire blow out. I was in my way to the shop when her spare tire blew out out on 129. Luis came out and help me install another tire I had in the trunk. Super appreciative of this team and this business. Thank you so much!!

Took my 06 Pete 379 in for a alignment last week and couldn t be happier with the results. The guys really took their time and did a awesome job. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Avoid this place. I ask my driver to stop at their shp to change a trailer tire, he had a spare, the mud flap was also changed. So, to change a tire and install a mudflap they charged $156.00. It is outrageous. Run to another place.
