The service as excellent, they took very good care of us and got the pop up ready in a few hours. So we didn t need to come back from Florida to Georgia again. Andrew as a great help with the entire process and very knowledgeable.He also has followed up to make sure all went well.Great customer service.

I m a first time RV buyer and walked into camping world one day after work wanting to look around and hoping to get a better understanding of what I m looking for in an RV. I got to work with Scott and he is absolutely amazing! He made the entire RV shopping experience for me easy. He took the time to sit me down and ask me about what I m wanting and what I need. It wasn t long and we were out there looking at RVs!Scott is very knowledgeable. After I expressed my dislikes about the first RV we looked at, he had the perfect RV in mind for us to look at next. I ended up falling in love with this second one but we still took the time to explore several other options.We went back to office and talked about prices. The one I wanted is a little over budget for me so he looked up the same model online to see if there were any used ones for sell at another location. The prices were still a bit high for me so Scott offered to keep an eye out for the model I liked or something similar.He knows I m shopping with the goal of having an RV by the summertime and he s confident he ll find me one within my budget by then! I ended up going home very happy with my shopping experience and excited to see what Scott finds for me! He wasn t pushy at all, which I m very grateful for.

Jay was AMAZING! He took his time to make sure I found the right 5th wheel for my needs. If he did not know the answer to my questions he was honest and found the information. He never pressured me with making a decision and has supported me through the entire process from looking to buying to hitch installation and delivery. I would give 10 stars if that was possible.

Jay did a great job taking us around to all the models. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us on the sale. We were confident he was giving us a great deal. After researching the price he gave us we found it to be well below the rest of the market. Ask for Jay when you come in and he will take care of you.

Having never owned a camper before I researched dealerships on the internet. I always seemed to return to Camping World. I saw several models I liked so I made an appointment. On arrival I was greeted at the door by the sales manager and he introduced me to Audrey my sales person. However the camper l was interested was already sold. Audrey showed me other models with similar floor plans and I found the camper that was perfect for me. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Alex one of the sales managers got me into the payment plan I wanted and had me approved in 5 minutes. They were also very understanding about my removal date. My camper orientation was great and I was given a $250 gift card which helped with the accessories I needed. I just wanted to say to the entire staff, Thank You

From walking in and telling them what I was looking for to signing the documents and bringing my camper home it was a seamless experience, Andrew was always available to answer any questions I had and help me choose the camper best suited to what I was looking for! That man could sell a jar of dirt point is he is a great salesman. Everything from beginning to end was a great experience!

Scott did a great job and was very personable and professional. I would recommend everyone to go there. Everyone else there was awesome. I drove 12 hours to pick up the camper and they got everything done very prompt so i could start my 12 hour drive home! I really appriciated it!

We had a camper floor plan in mind when we visited. The staff didn t pressure us to consider a different model or upgrade. Very informative on all our questions and very helpful on what we needed as beginners. Great experience.

Super happy with the customer centric approach as we searched for a new RV. Jay was phenomenal and spent as much time as we needed to gather the info we required. He also has great follow up crossing all the t s and dotting all the i s. Haven t purchase yet, but these guys are on the top of our list.

The door didn't latch when we arrived for pickup and my wife and I mentioned this to various people. We arrive home and found that the door was not latched!!! The only way to make sure the door isn't going to open is to throw the dead bolt...You had one job to do...Camper was in great shape other than that.

Andrew at camping world is a wonderful person to work with! He answered every question we had, and we had a lot! He made buying our first camper an awesome experience! It made it so much easier to feel comfortable doing something we have never done before with Andrew helping every step of the way!

The sales experience with Andrew was 5 stars, rundown and delivery with Dylan and Steven also exceptional experiences, but the finance/ paperwork/ logistics side of things could probably use some edification. All is well that ends well amd in would recommend this dealer to others. I'm excited to use the camper and feel the advice and information i got from Andrew honestly helped me make the right decision for my needs.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE out of every camping world i have gone to its been nothing but pushy. Scott understood our timeline our questions and concerns, offered great advise and is still sending listings as he finds them to suit our family. No push to check credit or finance just pure understanding. Loved it and when my inheritance hits i will be calling scott back to seal a deal.

My wife and I spend a great deal of time looking at RVs at the Oakwood GA location. Jim Anderson was our sales rep and he was very patient, accommodating, got answers to all our questions and stayed in touch after our purchase to insure understanding/satisfaction. Highly recommend the Oakwood sales team.

We had previously owned 2 campers during the years our children were growing up, was a great experience to give them. Following our retirement, we decided to pursue camping again for our grandchildren. Our CW experience started with Matt Fralish, our salesman. He was such a respectful, patient, and kind young man, incredibly knowledgeable. Once we made our purchase, Dyelon was an amazing instructor for our orientation. Answered all questions, and at our insistence, even sat down, visited, and watched TV for a few minutes.Overall, a great 5-star experience with CW and these 2 young men.

I haven t felt compelled to leave a review, good or bad in a very long time. Here is my story .I received a phone call from one of the sales agents at the Oakwood facility. This was a few days after visiting and touring a few fifth wheels that I was interested in. At the end of the conversation, I was happy to hear the sales agent tell me that they could work out the price that I was asking. This was the price that I said would get me back there to take a second look at the 5th wheel. i quickly cleared my schedule, grabbed my wife & baby and drove the distance to give the rig a second look. After we arrived, I spent the next couple hrs of my time giving the rig a detailed inspection. It passed my inspection, and I was ready & excited to consider this to be our new camper. To my surprise and dismay, the price that got me off of the phone, out of my house and to Camping World Oakwood was not the price that they were offering. I m really scratching my head as to why someone or someplace would do that to a potential customer. This location has lost my trust and my business. I will never get the time back that I took to make a deal here.

Huge shout to Boris Flores. We were first time buyers so he walked us through all the steps. He was very mindful of the RV's, the 2nd one he showed us was our keeper. He also kept his word with our bonuses of being a Camping World customer. He even stood out in the rain and took our picture on take home day. They offered us a very good price for extra coverage on the RV that included camping with GoodSam!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Camping World! Our salesman, Ross, is the best! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and not the least bit pushy! He went above and beyond to find us just what we were looking for and we can t wait to go camping! And the parts manager was kind enough to put together all of the basic starter kit that we could possibly need and Dillon gave us a great walk through and taught us all about our new unit!

Devin is awesome! He is very polite, knowledgeable and caring. He took his time showing us all we wanted to see and didn't apply extra pressure. He took the time to listen and really understand our needs and wants so we could get the best bang for our buck. The entire staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The facilities are very clean and nice. Highly recommend going here and make sure to ask for Devin!

We had an issue with some service work that was completed with our camper. When the manager reviewed the situation they were able to work something out that was fair for both of us. Appreciate the responsiveness and service provided.

We just bought our first camper and had the best experience! We worked with Scott and he was incredibly helpful. He understood our goals and didn t push any campers outside of our price range. Our future campers will be bought here working with Scott!
