Sells lumpy tires , and doesn t want to ex-change for a good one . Very rude and unprofessional acts , mess up rims while adding tires

Terrible service and bad attitude. They act as if we are doing them a favor. Waited for 5min then was told they were at lunch to wait 5 more minutes. Nope I will go else where and make sure to use other tire repair in the area.

Do NOT go here for tires!!!!They sell extremely defective and low quality tires that bust or go flat an hour after replacing. They lack proper customer service skills or professionalism.I literally went there yesterday and my tire is no good now. A bunch of con artist here! I had to spend an extra $200 to fix the problems they caused!Stay away from this so called business

Decent prices and fast service but do NOT take a high end car here looking for tire service. Some clown managed to scratch both my rear wheels on my Benz installing my tires. And the wheel balance if not good. But great alternative for your beater car.

Great service, I've been coming here for years.Used tires run a little more expensive than other places, but they last a lot longer. The last set I got lasted two years! Highly recommended.

I went there and the rep was sitting like he was on the beach in vacation ; he did not want to repair my tired because he want to sell me one for $85; I went a cross the street and they were very nice and repair my tire for $28 .. will not recommend!!

When I went to pay they told me 80 $ I paid with my discover cc and they said they didn t accept it but still swiped it then he asked for another card bc it didn t go through so I gave him another card . Then I noticed it said pending on both accounts so I went back and told him . He said it would go back on the first card . It s been a week and there has been no refund and I tried calling here but whoever answered said the guy who took my payment was not there . I basically paid 160 for 2 used tires . Worst place ever . They don t know how to charge. I hope they are not overcharging people on purpose .

This place does NOT even deserve a star. The service on this place is horrible. The worse part is that the bad service comes from the thin Arabic guy that is the one in charge of the place. My son who is just a teenager went there for a tire service and the Arabic guy treated him as a theif just because of the looks. That wrong of people treating someone without respect when you dont know that person. Go somewhere else with more respect for people.

DO NOT GO HERE! They were the only tire shop I used and I went to them a few months ago come to find out one of the guys stripped my lug nut so it had to be broken off. He was going to charge me for having to break that ONE off but I guess he realized that was their mistake.The same guy changed my tire and when I needed another tire replacement a few months later it turned out he stripped 3 other nuts so I needed a new wheel stud. I spent $200+ to fix their mistake of course wanting a refund (I sort of knew I wasn t going to get one) I went and told them he asked how does he know it wasn t someone else s mistake.Too much more to type but go somewhere else or at least don t let the guy with the long hair and beard fix your tires.And apparently John isn t the Owner he s just a manager there and it s absolutely no way to get in contact with the owner .

Outstanding job and one of the lowest tire prices for used condition I seen in awhile. They were respectable and fast. Will repeat and highly recommend.

Fast. Friendly. Super efficient! They are my GO-TO when I need a quick fix. They get you right and make sure you're back on the road in no time. Save yourself the headache and go see the guys at Yamas!

Zero stars. Their customer service is terrible. The "manager" " was rude and not helpful at all. I got my tire plugged five days ago. My tire is flat, again. I went back today and was told that there was another hole right next to where he plugged my tire. And that due to the weather people have been having issues with their tire pressure. He didn't do anything at all about the matter. Thank God I only spent $15, which I was told "whoooa $15"...as if $15 is nothing...when I could have spent another $15 to get a used tire. It's $15 of my money down the drain...especially when I was going to just replace the tire in the first place until I was told by the "manager" that he could plug the tire after I told him that I would go down the street and pay $30 for a used tire instead of $40 at his shop. All of a sudden today I could've gotten a used tire from their shop for $30 . DON'T GO HERE. Pops has his rude child running his shop. There are plenty of other shops around the area that have better customer service.

Horribly rude, actually vile, short haired man was extremely upsetting, I am standing in their car bay writing this. Will never ever come here again, this is the second review of my life and it takes a lot for me to write a review. I have never been cursed at for making small talk neither have I had to pay for services afterwards! I will drive on my rim next time rather than come here. Please take this review seriously. The owner must do something about this. Wish I could have given 0 (zero) stars...

I ve been going to this location for years getting used tires and never had a problem. My last experience was the worst the manager Mo or Muhab whatever his name is is very rude and disrespectful. They sold me a bad tire blamed me for the reason it was leaking air and then was trying to over charge me for a tire replacement. I usually pay $35 and he was charging me now and his excuse is oh because everything goes up in prices in life that s ridiculous. Asked to speak to the owner he said owner never comes to the location. And gave me a false address of another location he claimed the owner is usually at. BAD BUSINESS VERY BERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE

They're cheap and get the job done fine, which was what I was looking for, but they raised the price from my initial quote without telling me until the job was already done and I was at the counter paying. I begrudgingly paid since the work was already done, but I don't like being taken advantage of like this. Do your upsell or whatever, because I get it--you're trying to do your job. But don't forgo the upsell and wait to tell me about an upcharge until my card is halfway into the chip reader. That's just not right.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!Would NOT recommend. They ended up causing my car problems it initially didn t have and made me spend more money out of my pocket to fix it elsewhere. They have no idea what their doing! Do not trust them with your vehicle. Not happy with their services at all.

Their customer service is always good. When I come (which is often during the year) they are friendly, always working hard and it s a lot of guys that work there. Fair prices on used tires.

The best tire repair ever, prompt, polite very respectful they don't try to rip.you off. I have bought an entire set of tires for previous owned vehicles very good quality on nearly new and new tires. I Love this place

never get used tires here!!!!! I have A LOT of experience getting used tires at numerous places, They sold me a tire with a plug in it and when I was supposed to be checking it out, they made sure the plug was on the bottom so I couldn't see it.....and of course, wouldn't exchange as any used tire place BUT they ripped me off on purpose. never going here again! I recommend discount tire. They only sell reputable, safe used tires. I am not getting paid to say this! I have been to many different locations and they have actually given me two free tires just because I couldn't afford any and mine were THAT bad. And they sold me almost brand new used tires 2 for 60. I paid 2 for 50 at RJ and I'm going back there to have them put my bald tire back on and give them their POS plugged tire back for no money. YAY LOL

FEMALES BEWARE. They give women higher prices . I asked a man a price I literally watched this man come up with a number off top. I ask another associate it's a cheaper price. Smh for 10$ you loose a customer and a good tip goofy

I stopped by there I had an emergency and was desperately needing help and they was able to take care of my tire so I can safely get back home. I recommend them highly

ok so most people who leave a review are mad about their service so heres how it went for me. I pulled up they asked me to pull into the workarea and told them i needed to mount and balance my tires, they took off the lug nuts and began to take off the tire, while doing that they did scratch them well actually they dented them with the little bar they use on the tires. After that they at least used a hammer weight on the side of the tire facing the rotor. and some stick on weights on the other (hidden). when they put it back on my car i asked if they torqued it to 80lbs as thats what my car needed. the guy said "we dont have a torque wrench so i guessed". after i left he forgot one of my valve stem caps and i had to go back and get it.pros : i got to watch the whole thing from any angle i wantedCons: Scratched/dented rimsunprofessional toolsalso it cost $20 for each tire (i brought my own)when you go here make sure you make it clear what you wantand dont want, i had to make sure they had the spacers on when they put my wheels back on and also one of the jack handles was almost touching my car about to scrape it so i moved it back down, look out for stuff like that.

After driving 3 hours from NC I punctured my front tire right in front of this place as I drove by. I turn back around and the piece of metal in my tire was from there shop(they told me). I really didn't care about that. Driving back to NC that night I hear that same tire the whole way home. Had to get it replaced :-/ Popped my tire and gave me a tire that wasn't good :-/

Please do not visit. Worst place ever. They did not put on the tires I picked out and placed very old and damaged tires on my car. This is very sad and very bad for business.
