Quick turn around and great pricing on window tint! Very personable installer, made sure I understood what to expect from the tint after installation. Made my car much more comfortable to drive.

I went wanting Bilstien 6112/5160 combo. Really had my mindset on that setup. Talk w sell rep Alex . Told him what I wanted & try to keep ride height I had on truck. 3inch lift.Long story short. After he suggested EiIbach pro lift. I was bummed because I wanted other setup. Glad I stood w his suggestion. Great ride & great work. All I can say is Let the Shoemaker make the shoes These guys knw what they doing.

I can t say enough good things about Total Off Road and More! After a disappointing experience with another shop that botched the alignment on my Colorado Bison, I was relieved to find Total Off Road. Despite the previous shop blaming other parts and failing to fix the issue, the team at Total Off Road quickly identified the problem and went above and beyond to correct the alignment. Their expertise with products like the Dirt King cam tabs was evident, and the extra care they took made all the difference. The crew at the Norcross location is fantastic, and their dedication to customer satisfaction is top-notch. I ll definitely be returning for any future off-road needs and wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of reliable service.

I have a RHD 2010 JK Jeep, I was having problems getting it aligned correctly, I brought it to 4 Wheel parts Norcross. Those guy s were awesome Alex took very good care of me from beginning to end. They figured out all my problems got the correct parts and finally got my front end aligned properly. Fair prices excellent service, can t ask for more.

The Norcross store has been great to work with. The team there cared a lot more about what I wanted than most I have been to. They cared that I was doing wiring in a specific way and were careful to work in the direction I was trying to build. There were a few parts issues and they needed to overnight replacement parts in. and they stayed late as I had a trip planned and could not delay my pickup date.They act a lot more like a friendly independent shop than a chain, and I appreciate that. Gerald, the counter guy that worked with me, was great, and I appreciate all of the trouble he went to for me.I will be coming back often.

Sharing my experience with pics of installing teraflex 3.5 lift kit and falcon steering stabilizer at this store.1. Rear swaybar screws forgotten to install.2. Roof guard of rear shocks installed at wrong direction and caused bending.3. Two factory OE springs took off from Jeep were missing.4. The Jeep still pulling to left side after computer alignment. When you release the steering wheel, the car will drift to right.Overall, I give a 4 star.I have to schedule to return the store and I hope all these issues can be fixed.

Excellent service from these folks! I spoke with at least 3 different people working here and was given time and tips for some new rockslider steps I bought from them. This saved me time and money for sure. The ordering process with them was smooth and very quick, again...saved me loads of mo ey on shipping and trips. Will be a return customer for sure!

Brought my jeep in because of an aggressive shake after another shop recently installed a lift kit. I talked to Alex and under 30 seconds he walked out and told me exactly what was wrong with my Jeep, it was something with the install of the pitman arm and track bar. Couple days later I brought me jeep to the shop and it was fixed!! Great experience!!

I took a 4 Runner to them that needed a lift kit wheels shocks struts and tires. The guy Gerald put together a great package . The manager Will gave me a great price . I think the other guy was Alex that did some of the install. The 4 runner drives better than when it was new from Toyota. The quality of the install was excellent and the price was also

I was there this morning looking for a 10lb warn winch. walk around the store for around 15 minutes no one even approach me or ask me if I needed any help even though there were three people there. Oh well the prices are a lot more than the prices online, the only reason why I stoped by was to be able to talk to someone with some knowledge about these products.

Awesome customer service! Will at the norcross location personally delivered my new lift kit to my front door after a mixup in shipping. I will never buy off road parts from anyone else regardless of price because of this great experience.

I don't often write reviews, but the above and beyond help I was given by Gerald Moss (and the entire staff) was incredible. I took Gerald my (brand new) 2023 Wrangler Sport to have a few mods made. Gerald listened to what my goals were and to what I wanted - he didn't just say "big tires, big lift, write me a big check". Instead he listened, he thought about it and made a few suggestions to satisfy my wants for my new toy.There were several issues threw the process, errors in Jeep construction, errors in vendor shipments, and (to be honest) probably errors in the install process. None of these issues really mattered because Gerald and (Store Manager) Will snapped into action and fixed them all - to my complete and total satisfaction.In the end, I wound up getting a new front bumper, a new winch, an ARB twin compressor, an AntiRock and front and rear ARB lockers - and yes, I wrote a big check. With all thing considered, I do feel I got a great value for my money, and felt like Gerald (and Will) did everything possible to make this process a very good experience.To the point, I can feel really good about recommending Gerald Moss and 4 Wheel Parts (in Norcross) for whatever your needs are for you new (or older) Jeep

2018 JLUS.These Guys are solid.Sales Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, on the phone, and in person.Helped me straighten out my gear, when one Dealership dropped the ball, again, and the other tried to charge me 4 times as much.Service Manager is a Good Dude, and does honest work.

They did a great job with my order and install. Tires were backordered and they promptly called to suggest a comparable brand. Kept me informed via phone throughout the wait. Staff did an awesome job and the tech stopped everything to help me load up the wheels and tires.I'll definitely use them again.

Ordered a set of wheels on 12-11 from the 4 wheel parts website. Showed items in stock with 3-4 day delivery. Funds were withdrawn at the time of the order. Now over 2 weeks later no tracking info and every time I call customer support I get cut off after holding for hrs. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

Thankful for the great pricing, service and install at my local 4 Wheel Parts Center(Duluth)! I purchased a Bak Flip truck bed cover from them over black Friday weekend. I got a great deal and they installed it for FREE! I figured the free install would be weeks out, instead, as soon as the part arrived(2 days), they called me and scheduled an immediate install(next day)! They estimated one hour and hit the mark. The attention to detail they put in, noting all defects in the trucks appearance before taking possession, was impressive and appreciated! The sales manager, who handled my transaction, Mike, spent the entire install time talking with me, befriending me, and answering the endless questions I had on potential upgrades. He showed me products, and taught me about the difference, advantages and disadvantages. Thanks Mike, you really made this install quite enjoyable and educational.4WP Duluth, GA is a great place.Excellent experience, happy customer. I will definitely return in the future for any and all of my vehicle needs!

Friendly staff, purchased a winch online that said it came with 2 free d rings and a snatch block. I asked about it when I was at the counter and the gentlemen behind the counter said that it s in the box . I knew I should have checked before I left but was pressed on time. Got home and opened up the box, sure enough my gut feeling was right, no d rings or snatch block . Tried callling them the following day to inquire about them and haven t received a call back yet. 4wheel parts is about to lose a loyal customer

This review is subject to change if I ever receive the expected service that is already paid for. Long story short, I was supposed to have a Ranch Hand installed on my truck a week and a half ago. Upon arriving, they tell me they received the wrong installation hardware for the bumper. Called to follow up yesterday and I'm told I'll receive a call as soon as the person handling my ticket is done with their current task. I call again today because I didn't receive a call back. I'm told that they called the vendor yesterday and the new hardware would be received in 3-5 days. So installation is postponed by two and a half weeks from the initial schedule. I perceive that this place works at no sense of urgency to satisfy the customer.*Update* changed to 3 star from 1 star. This place still has a lot to learn when it comes to customer satisfaction. If I say I'm going to have something done for you and I don't, I'll be damn sure to follow up immediately and do everything in my power to rectify a situation by expediting it's completion as it is already past due. This place doesn't have that mentality. It's more of "I'll get to it when I get to it."

I was looking for a specific part to fix my xj jeep. Your website said they had them in stock. I drove 40miles one way to go to this store. I was blown off by 2 salesmen. Then a 3rd guy said the parts I was looking for would fix my jeep, but they would have to order one part and the other they would get from O'REILLY auto parts. Seemed odd to say that. If you are going to advertise parts online you should have them in stock. The guy behind the counter acted like he didn't want help at all. I left there and ordered one part online and stopped by O'REILLY auto parts and got what I needed back in my home town. What a waste of time! I won't be back!
