I came to this place to get a second opinion on a brake inspection and a diagnostic. I recently came from another shop where I usually go to get work done on my car but they were trying to charge me an arm and leg. I did some research on Google and noticed this place had 5 stars which is rare for any car shop so I decided to call the shop to see if they could fit me in that day. It was a Saturday and most car shops are fully booked but I spoke with Joey who is the store manager and he said I could bring it in and they could take another look at it.Not only did they quote me a price that was way cheaper than the last shop I came from, but they were honest about what actually needed to be fixed versus charging me for things that didn't need to be fixed like the last place I came from. Joey also made the payment process seamless since I could only use a Goodyear card to pay for the repairs. Even though they are under Goodyear, for now, they are the only shop that's not under them if that makes sense. You can still use your Goodyear card but he would have to process it with one of the other stores. It was no problem for him. Joey was not only professional, but very cool and made sure everything was good with my car before I came back to pick it up.I also found out that they provide other services as well such as car audio, dash cam installations, and they are looking to do more. The set up of the shop was unique too. It doesn't look like your typical car shop. They have a tropical bar-like area made out of bamboo with a seating area inside of it. They also have comfortable seating area too so if you do decide to wait for your car to be fixed, you won't be sitting in uncomfortable chairs. The restroom is clean. They had a whole vibe going on in the back where they fix the cars. I heard the Ne-Yo playlist in the back.I would highly recommend anyone to come here for any of their car needs. They do more than just provide tires as you can see. Oil changes, brake inspections, tires, car audio, great customer service, etc. This will end up being a one-stop car shop in the future and I'm looking forward to see when it all comes together. I may have to make this place my new go to car shop going forward.

I'd give Joey 10 stars! I was in town on business when my Mercedes was stolen & recovered. I was really shook up & didn't want to see the damage. Joey was so empathetic & told me he would do anything to help me. And he did! He worked with the insurance adjuster, coordinated the work with the detail company I hired and of course addressed the rear tire needs. The thief took my lug nut key. I thought we'd have to break the locks. Instead, Joey found the required code & one of his guys made the trip to Mercedes to buy the key. I mean talk about service. Joey is a caring human & I am so grateful I ended up there. Within a day, this was all resolved & I was able to pickup my car. I was so happy to meet Joey & get to thank him in person. Thank you Joey!!!!

This shop is my new go-to for maintenance, tires and installs etc.!! Joey was super helpful, really cool and extremely knowledgeable. Located a nail in my front passenger tire, hit Joey up and had me a professionally patched tire in no time and was back on the road. These guys are A1, seriously. Joey helped me so much with my new tire and rim setup he sold me and he was very patient and caring . Him and his crew worked really hard finding all the measurements to make sure everything fit well, if I can give them more than 5 stars I would. I will be returning for my car needs. Keep up the amazing work !The civic looks 10/10 thanks to these guys

My man joey was able to get this nightmare fixed for me , 10/10 recommend, go check them out , they do a ton of work , ask for JOEY , he s a goat , i appreciate him and his team for helping me out and doing it pretty quickly , they take care of your cars like if it was theirs!!! Thanks so much!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the tire service I received. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Had tires rotated, alignment, dash cams placed, new brake rotors, spark plugs, flushed all fluids. Car drives so smooth now! Full multipoint inspection. Great work. Dash cameras nicely installed with all wires hidden!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I d give them 12. Phenomenal customer service, Joey is a rockstar. I brought my Subaru in to get some new tires, and was talking about a problem that I d had a lot of trouble diagnosing and Joey knew right away what to do. Ended up getting a full set of tires that day and the parts to fix the problem were installed later the same week. Haven t had any issues since, I highly recommend these guys. Definitely returning many times in the future

I own a service business with multiple vehicles. We have followed one of the mangers (Ken)at this store where ever he his. His Knowledge and experience are second to none. I have met the other manage( Joey)and staff at this location and they are also very knowledgeable. I received great customer service! The prices are very affordable I couldn't believe it. They have pre COVID prices. They returned my phone call promptly. They had the best deal in town. They also do a variety of other services other than tires. The environment was so inviting and clean. They even gave us free gifts.
