please don t take your car to this shop this guys charge you $168 which is fine that s is not the problem too took my car for an oil leak and at first they tell me they couldn t fine the leak but they came up with other problems (they got nothing to do with the oil leak )when I mention the it was fine but why my sprinter was leaking he didn t have and answer for that and at the end they say it was the oil cooler which it was a lie and they were trying to charge me $2,200 for that and that was not even the problem then I decided to take my sprinter to another shop is call (German solutions very honest guy) he find out the problem and fixed for $250 + the diagnostics which it was not bad run from this guys they aren t honest they just trying to get your money base on lies

Great shop for my Sprinter. My Revel had a couple of check engine lights pop up after a routine oil change. The guys stayed well past regular closing time to track it down and clear it. Definitely will take it back there for service.

I was told that Solo MotorSports could get me a. replacement key fob. So I called and Keenan took my information and asked for my credit card for a $416.33 charge for the key fob on 12/01/20. He ordered the fob from Global Imports and about 3 days later it arrived at Soloand I went to pick it up. When I got there, the n�w fob would not work. The guy worked with it for about 30 minutes and said he would have to order another one. I left and drove 10 miles back home. About a week later, Keenan called and my new key fob had arrived. I drive the 10 miles out there again and when I got there, this new key fob would not work either, Keenan asked if I could wait a few minutes while they worked on it. I waited 50 minutes and told him I have to go. He said you can come back later. I said nah, I need a refund. He said I cannot give you a refund. I said you won t give me a refund for a fob I paid for that does not work and I have not left the building with? He said no He said you can go to Global BMW if you want, which was 20 miles away. He was not interested in calling them and gave me their phone number and name of a contact at Global. I called Global and set up an appointment. A few days later I went to Global and they had it fixed in less than hour.Solo and Keenan gave me bad customer service .

If you taking your Sprinter anywhere else; chances are your playing your self and riding the dealership carousel. They literally saved my Sprinter, and my business I has just started. I wish I had found them sooner honestly.

My only complaint is I didn t go to them sooner.Really friendly staff, strait forward and very good at explaining things in terms even a lamen can understand. I was very happy with my service and hope I don t have to go back but am happy to know I now know where to go if I need help.

Great place to have worked performed on my T1N sprinter. Its about 2 hours away from where I live, but definitely worth the drive!
