I've been using Smart Cars for over 10 years and only feel comfortable getting major work done here. He's fair in pricing and does a great job each time. I've never had issues with the same thing twice. Want a shop that knows what they are doing and that's honest? Come here

I was referred to Smart Cars from my usual repair shop. So happy with the the service I received for my older model Jeep. Doyle was honest about the repairs needed and the cost. Biggest scam! Came in for a busted radiator hose that cost $70 dollars and took no longer than 20 minutes to put on and ended up paying over $300. $200 for labor because the part is difficult to put on . Me being a woman and not knowing much about cars they definitely pulled one on me. They made it seem like I was paying that price because it could be more things wrong . It wasn t until it was too late when he showed me invoice and how much the labor would cost. Take your money elsewhere.*Response to your response*Just using this review to help the next person learn from my mistakes. Although, I do want to state that if I had known that I was paying for your company and all of your employees to make a living for running this business and pay my employees for surviving. I would not have gone with you all. I admit it was my mistake. Me being a 20 year old woman and having little to no knowledge of cars what else could I expect. I just don t believe that charging $300+ for a hose replacement is even close to being fair. Especially after asking other mechanics later on. I definitely do take full responsibility. That being my first situation with my car and desperate to get it fixed. I should have asked how much parts and labor would be. As I said it was my very first situation with my car. It is definitely a learning experience for me. It will NEVER happen again.

Got some work done on my 2006 Buick Rendezvous and I must say....AMAZING job by these fellas! It's been running like a dream ever since. I was worried about getting my emissions done, but when I went to pick up the vehicle it was emissions ready. They took the liberty to test drive it for me in the meantime to make sure their work was solid. I cannot say how much I appreciate their hard work and effort towards this. A BIG thank you to you guys. Please keep up the HONEST hard work. I will never go back to the dealership again! God bless.

These guys are serious about getting your cars repaired right. They are straight shooters. You tell him what your car is doing or not doing, he will tell you what needs to be done to make it right and for how much. He will print the estimate if you ask. My wife had a Camry which was making noise after brake job was done at another shop. Doyle test drove the car and took them apart and showed us the problem. We decided let Doyle redo the brakes. The job was flawless. No more squealing. We love these guys.

Doyle and Chu are wonderful people and great mechanics. They treat women with respect even when you enter their shop without your boyfriend or husband (Ladies we ALL know how VERY important and hard to find this is). Doyle will tell you up front what the charges will be and when you go to pay and pick up your automobile there are no surprise charges. There is a VERY short turn around time to get your car repaired. I dropped mine off at 1100 am and by 1115 am it was already in the garage. I highly recommend this business -- once you come here you have found your mechanic!

Been going here for almost 10 years. Always fair and the quality of work is top notch. All of his employees are knowledgable, and Mr. Park always takes care of any customer his shop serves. Would recommend!
