Knowledge, integrity, and fair prices. These are the reasons Paul, Brian and the other gentlemen at Rockwell have been going strong for decades. I couldn't ask for more. Early on I went to chains but so happy to have been referred to Rockwell. There's sometimes a wait because good work gets noticed but it's worth it.

I cannot say enough about how honest and ethical this company is. Paul is very knowledgeable about the business of cars and always willing to help even when they are running busy. Just had my car serviced and am extremely satisfied with the work done in my car.

Great team of experienced mechanics and service writers. They are not joe shmoe's mechanics shop, they are the fix it the right way the first-time shop. Super professional and Christian-oriented group. "Thank you Paul for fixing what I don't want to or can't quickly fix in the drive way, your mechanics work surpass my extremely strenuous expectations and prerequisites for every job you have ever done for James and I. HONEST mechanic. Fair pricing. Always pleasant and polite. If you look up typical prices for repairs online, Rockwell is never rock bottom, but they are always within the bottom third. I find their repairs reliable and they guarantee their work. They will also look at your car and give you an estimate with a low ($35) or no shop fee, even if you don't get the work done (no shop fee ever for estimates if you do get work done). I've had nothing but good experiences.Service: Engine repair

The staff is friendly and caring. They perform top notch repairs for reasonable prices. I ve had several repairs as well as car maintenance items completed here and they have done excellent work. Probably the most honest and reasonably priced mechanic around. My wife and I have used them for years and have never been disappointed. They've been in the same place for almost 40 years! That's only possible if you have their kind of quality and service. Call ahead for an appointment because I don't think my 5 star rating about this place is a well kept secret and they are always busy! To the owner, Paul, sorry if this generates even more business for you than you can take but it's your fault for doing a great job![ I'm not related to anyone that works there and I like to give only honest reviews, so to anyone reading this review needing a dependable mechanic, your welcome].

I have been coming here for 7plus years I was referred here from a transmission repair shop years ago. Paul and his crew are great I have to get another one over there now for some repairs. This place is best in Atlanta Paul believes in helping people he is honest and always go above and beyond and get the job done asap. Thanks to the whole crew!

I give Rockwell Automotive the highest recommendation possible. I have taken all my cars here for over 25 years. Paul and his mechanics are reliable, efficient, and courteous. Paul is trustworthy and goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. And his prices are very fair and parts and repairs are reliable. I have never had a problem here. I come back even after moving out of Tucker.

I recently took my car over here based on the reviews from the people and I am truly glad I did. I can say Paul was always honest with me throughout the process diagnosing the problem. They even took me home and picked me up when my car was ready. FYI, I only live five minutes away from the shop. Thank you once again and I highly recommend their service. Lastly, thank you to the other review writers for the recommendation.

I have used Rockwell Automotive for the past 25 years for all of my vehicular needs and repairs. I have referred many of my friends to Rockwell because they are great,,,, very professional, competitive pricing, very knowledgeable, quality oriented and very friendly. I have always trusted them with my life and safety in the use of my vehicles. I highly recommend them and assure you that you will always be treated with respect and great service. One call, that's all,,,, give them a chance, you will be glad you did.

If you are looking for a respectable, friendly, trustworthy and reasonably priced auto shop, then you've come to the perfect place and will leave with a smile on your face. Paul & the whole Rockwell Family take pride in their work but most importantly their word. Any issues with my vehicle and I will be on my way to Rockwell Auto Clinic. Very courteous, hard working staff that will get to the bottom of the issue and get the job done correctly. I vouch for Paul & the crew if you are debating on taking your vehicle to the shop. Happened across these guys through a friend's recommendation. They are awesome and take care of customers! Dealer estimate for repair was 4 times what Paul fixed my truck for. We drive 30 minutes to have them service vechicles. It is worth the drive for the quality service and putting customer first.

We have been doing business with Paul Rockwell for 30 years and he has saved us so much money on repairs to our vehicles. He teases us that we "marry our cars", but he keeps our vehicles running smoothly for much longer than most people's cars. Honest, affordable, quality work is what you will get from Rockwell.

Paul Rockwell owns, operates and is present for his customers everyday his business is open. His service and prices have been consistently fabulous for the more than a decade I've taken my vehicles there. M-F, 8-5, a 24 hour drop box for your keys.

I have finally found a repair shop that I trust, does great work and is fairly priced. They are very knowledgeable and I'm impressed with how quick and efficiently they were able to handle several repairs my vehicle needed. Excellent customer service and communication. Repaired my car in the one afternoon. Price was very reasonable. The owner was very knowledgeable about autos. Got the run around at couple different places in Norcross with a much higher estimate than what Rockwell charged. I found a new mechanic.

Paul and his crew are the best around. Not only do I take both my vehicles there, our company takes all the company vehicles there and the rest of the employee's vehicles. Honest, fair pricing, and customer service is top notch.

If you're looking for fair, honest, and extremely competent auto work, this is your place to go. There are no hard sales or pressure tactics. They tell you forthrightly what needs to be done and they do it. What I've also enjoyed is that if you need a service they don't provide (i.e. body work) they will give you a solid referral.

The manager Paul was very honest and helpful in determining what was wrong with my vehicle and even showed the part that was replaced to show why the repair was necessary. Highly recommend!

Very professional. This place is a well oiled machine. They do what they say they are going to do and more. I had two different friends refer me to them when I was looking for a shop to maintain my car and two work vans. Very happy with them.

I had front struts put on less than 6 months ago they became falulty & when I called, they told me parts & labor were covered under warrantee. When they started the work they called to tell me the strut plate was not covered undered the warantee & I now need Allinment. My bill was $276 dollars more than the cost of the original strut. When you are told it all would be covered under the warantee. This was quite a shock! I m a senior on a fixed income & I was so disappointed.
