This idiot was extremely rude towards my kids who were behaving inside the van. Kept on stating its not a place for kids. I explained i picked them up from school. 'Still its not a place for kids'. Asked me to move away or he will cancel and I had him cancel amd never going back to this place. 15 years i had been going here. What an IDIOT

I recently had a emission test done, and I'm very impressed with the quality of the service. The staff was professional and efficient, and the testing process was thorough and accurate. I'm glad to give it a 5-star review!

It would be super helpful if you actually open on time. I came here at 8:00, and here it is...*drumroll*. 8:30, and still closed. I'm headed back to my regular location, and I'll gladly wait until he opens at 9:00. Never again.

Real friendly guy, although they seem to frequently close early, or maybe their hours aren't updated on Google. Service was great, just took me a few tries to get it.

Followed directions to their location on a Thursday at 1:00pm and they were closed! Visible signage reading: Hours Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 7:00PM.I guess their business is to work whenever they feel during those hours and they weren t feeling like working when I arrived.

Could the guy be any more Rude. You ask him a question he answers Maybe. I asked did it pass ? He said I don't know Until I get paid. So I paid him n asked him If it goes to the registration service automatically he said Maybe, I don't know thats what the paper for. I was just speechless so I took the paper n left.

No wait, super quick, and just $17. There's a nice waiting room with free coffee and snacks and drinks for purchase. Also a wide variety of car fresheners and various vehicle fodder. The staff is friendly, too. I get my car detailed at this location as well and am always satisfied with their work.

Wonderful experience! Rarely ever leave reviews but this place gets the job done, and the employee was extremely friendly! I ve definitely visited emission places where the service seemed to take forever, but I was in and out in much less time than I thought! Even had time to go across the street to grab some lunch and a bottle of water after! Will be back

I m new in town and recently bought a car and sadly it didn t pass but the guy Alan was very helpful and teach me what to do to fix my car and can do the test again within 30 days for free!

Attendant looked extremely annoyed and mad while driving up. He was rude in the manner he first approached and was very unprofessional and started cursing for no given reason, told me to get the hell out of his shop! I dont even know why they would hire anyone like this, he obviously has never had any customer service experience. Would NOT recommend this location to anyone and will NEVER be back! Save yourself the time and go down the road to the location by Bank of America, sweetest older gentleman there.

The guy is so rude, I left without even testing. Drive 30 seconds down the road for $13.99 and the guy was so nice! I wouldn t test here if it were $1.

Fast service. Friendly staff. In and out in 15 minutes. Very close to Indian trail tag office. It was almost 7pm and they were open still. Very satisfy. Will recommend.

Not recomended, the guy were using headphones while working and I was asking questions then when turn at me he realized that I was talking to him then he said in real bad attitude "what?" Then he removed his headphones to hear what I was asking then with the same bad attitude he said: oh no not now is too late we are closing".They close at 7 pm and I was there by 6:40So I got uncomfortable then I said thank you and left.That's not the attitude of an atendant plus you should not wear headphones while working on this kind of job. I'll never go back to this place and make sure none of my friends as well.

The guy there was AWESOME! Shame on me for not getting his name but I guess that's how fast he was! He was professional and friendly! I would definitely go back!
