This Precision Auto is my absolute favorite everything auto place! Alexis is a consummate professional and he always does exactly what he says he s going to do. They have very speedy services coupled with great prices and professional services. I am very thankful that I discovered this place!

I receiv the best service everything I go to the shop. The make sure that I understand everything before they start the work. They explain cost saving repairs to me. I don't go to any other shop in Atlanta but Pression Tune in Norcross on Jimmy Carter.

Took my 2014 KIA optima Hybrid to get some work done. They were fast and efficient. And pretty cheap. They Saved me $3000!! Everyone there was pretty knowledgeable about cars.

Terrible company. They improperly installed my transmission parts and broke other things in my car and rigged the parts to fit. The. When the parts failed they said they were cheap parts. All the parts I got came from ZZZ Performance and they were performance parts. Then they told me to get my parts from autozone which you cannot. They quickly found this out after they kept ordering the wrong part. Then they charged me for its installation without actually installing it. Negligence at every turn. STAY AWAY if you value your car and your money.Service: Transmission

My husband John Immel and I have been customers for the last 5 years! We loved having our cars taken care at here because Pete the owner would make sure the work was done right ! Now that Pete is not in there to oversee it has gone downhill . Took my car in because the check oil light and track off lights would not go off!They said it needed a tune up !So I allowed them to do a tune up and change spark plugs! I don t know whether they tighten the cables or put the wrong spark plugs or whether they put in faulty spark plugs! Now the the check oil light is back on and track off light is coming on intermittently and when I get gas and attempt to crank up it will stall out and shut off before cranking ! This started about a week and a half after they had done this work on my car! I have to have emission done to get my tag and not even sure if my car will pass now! I m very upset because I spent $356 and can t afford to spend anymore on my car just for them to not fix it properly! I also called Precision Tune in Norcross on Wednesday June 14th and the lady who answered the phone stated she would have someone call me back after I explained the car problem! No one called me back !

Worst auto mechanic in the world. Wouldn t recommend anyone to go there for any service. Got a transmission repaired 5k just to have it mess up 5miles later. They won t even fix my issue . They swear they fixed it right bunch of crooks. They would steal your money any chance they get. Do not get work done here. Their quotes and prices are always 3-4 times higher than anything other precision location. I called 4 different Precision Auto Tunes and asked the same exact question. How much is parts and labor to fix an air compressor for my vehicle? 3 of them gave me an estimate of $285 +|-. This location told me $885. They are 1 minute away from me, but I refuse.

Seriously botched oil change. A day after the service, I noticed a bunch of oil leaking on my driveway. Filter was loose. Car needed over two quarts of oil. In one more day I would have needed a new engine. I called the shop. They promised a refund and never called back. Do NOT trust this shop with your car. None of us have time to deal with this nonsense. Go somewhere else.

Pete and Travis are amazing!! I came in for an oil change and there was some trouble getting my drain plug off and they went over and beyond to help me get this done. I was the last customer and I didn't feel rush at all. They took their time to get it perfect. Excellent service I always prefer going to this location as they have excellent staff . They always treat customers as there top priority. They treat very well what ever race you are. There main thing is to satisfy customers. Highly recommend this place

Absolutely unprofessional & uneducated. Customer service does not exist here. Steer far far away. They will try to overcharge you, and then when they are corrected they will proceed to TOSS THE RECEIPT & YOUR KEYS at you. Pathetic service, they do not value their customers. They treated my dad absolutely terrible today. They re lucky all they get is a bad review. Literally, don t waste your time there.Service: Brakes

I've been going to these guys for the past 3 1/2 years. They've always been upfront with me about every issue that I've had and have fixed my car more times than I can count. They do their job and do it well. I had an incident where another mechanic told me my car was shot because he thought my timing belt had messed up the compression. This was the first time in a while that I used another mechanic as I feared the cost and a fried told me they were "cheap and fair". Fearing the worst, I decided to come back to these guys for a 2nd opinion and I am so happy I did. They found several things the other mechanic missed and the issues were in the end fixed. I can't love these guys enough. They definitely do not get the recognition they deserve. Also, if you are dropping your car off, I recommend checking out the butcher's shop/taco joint in the market behind the place. Best authentic tacos in town for under 20 bucks for two.

Sadly I have to give a star to leave a review, because I wouldn't even one star. I went here and got an oil change done and it was pointed out that I did have two nuts missing which I knew about and was gonna get someone else to do it because they were only charge me the part. Well after I left I notice my car shaking and wobbling as I drove down the road. Well the other day I went to take my truck to go get the lug nuts fixed and on the way my tire fell off my car going down 78. I called them up about it and said because of the missing two lug nuts that is why it fell off. When they guy came to fix my tire he said the other bolts where stripped and that the thing the bolts screwed on where completely cracked as well. And when he order my lug nuts two weeks ago he said I would only have to pay for two because the other three were great still. Needless to say a tow charge and another three bolts I need to order and they still won't own up to it. Do not go here. I knew I should of just stuck with my friend fixing my car than go to a place. That I was considering returning to because the service guy was great. But now nope not gonna happen. Just got my breaks changed and these were the last people to look at them and the guy could not get the bolt off for it. Found out it was place in backwards which cost me more money to get fixed. Stay away from them like you would stay away from the plague!!!!

I ve been going to precision tune auto care for at least 10 years throughout multiple states. The one I usually go to was closed so I tried this location. The women at the front desk tried to say that an oil change for my car would cost over $100. I told her, that in the 7 years I owned my car I ve never paid that much. She told me that it s because I have a European car. If she would ve even taken the time to type the year of my car in the computer she would know that on my oil cap it states my car takes Castrol synthetic 5w-30. Even worse I have the paper work for previous oil changes in my car that show what oil they use. JUST TERRIBLE, trying to SCAM people during a pandemic!

I had my transmission changed here and when the job was done there were parts missing and the shop wanted to charge us extra money to replace them.After all that there was a loud rattling noise that wasn t there when I got it after the repair and the guy wanted to charge us $130 to fix it.Come to find out it was a missing bolt that another mechanic discoverd. I wouldn t trust these crooks to change my oil I wish I could give them negative-5 stars

They replaced the 4 wheels and told us we needed an alignment. The car was fine before they did it and afterwards they messed it up. They told us to come back the next day so we can fix it. We went back and then they told us the same thing. We asked for a receipt and they refused to give us claiming the printer was broken. It's been 4 days and yet they continue to refuse to give us a wheel alignment print out. Now they claim there is no guarantee that they can give us a proper alignment. Either the mechanics lack competence at their job or this place purposely scams customers. One of the reviews posted is from "Arash Panjwani" so happens to have the same last name as the owners/managers, Anita and her husband (they're switching names). Quick Google Search reveals Arash and Anita are related making it a bogus review. I'm not surprised, they want to push negative reviews to bottom making it obscured to unsuspecting customers. I wonder how many other bogus reviews there are and how many of these reviews are of people who believed the honesty of the owners here. A ridiculous number of other reviews talking about something breaking after visiting the shop. I'm not surprised. Something breaks so you go back to them to pay extra. If you go to the shop, consider yourself warned.

Went in for a simple oil change and fluid top off. Oil filter was loose so the car leaked oil and had to redo the oil change, and none of the fluids were topped off. Tried to call for a refund and got no response.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

DO.....NOT......GO....HERE!!!!! A $20 oil change turned into a $93 problem that almost cost me my car!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST, MONEY-HUNGRY CROOKS THAT WILL BLEED YOU DRY IF YOU'D ALLOW THEM TO!!!!!!!! They upsold me on the oil, so instead, I paid $45 for it because they claimed that they didn't have the generic version. Three days later, my car starts smoking... this NEVER happened before. So I popped the hood, and there was no coolant. I took the car back to them because I thought they forgot to top off my fluids. The guy assured me he didn't omit this step in my service, and that there was a definite leak and that he needed to preform a coolant leak pressure test to see where the leak was coming from. And from there, he could give me quotes and repair options. I agreed, because there was an obvious leak. Coolant is something you worry about twice a year, not twice a DAY! So I agreed to the test because he gave me his word, that the test will find the source of the leak, and they could fix it! After an additional $48 and a 30 minute wait, he told me there was no leak, and that all of the coolent he put in seeped down into the radiator because it was really empty. So he topped me off and sent me on my way...... didn't need to pay him damn near $50 for that, but fine. Three days later, my car starts SMOKING AGAIN about 5 miles into my commute. I popped the hood and there was about an inch of coolant left. upon a closer inspection, I saw the coolant DRIPPING OUT OF THE RESIVIOR WITH MY OWN EYES!!!!!!!!!! So he charged me $48 FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This almost blew my engine, which is a $4000 problem! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, or the devil himself! In the end, I bought a new resivior from my dealership, and found an HONEST mechanic that knew what he was doing to install it for me. I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH, DO.....NOT...... GO...... HERE!!!!!

Worst service ever! Don't ever go here ever in four entire life! Went here over year ago and as I'm waiting for a simple oil change I literally see three people coming in complaining g about their car problems after it was serviced here. Then as my car comes out they come and tell me something else is broken in the cat I do t have money for and three days later my engine goes out. After that I never came back to the mirrors location always fearing they do something to mess up people's cars so they can come back and pay more money. Had no problems since I been going to the other location in stone mountain til today I only stopped here bc they were the only one open for a couple oil change...and this is a different car guys...remember the engine went out on the other so I leave after the oil change and here my car is smoking I had to come back and hope that my engine ain't done for...literally my worst nightmare....don't ever go here ever ever ever. Tell all your friends never to come here!

Wow where do I start? They are so unprofessional if there was an option for no stars I would choose that! after sending my car there to get my AC fixed for which I provided them with the part and the issue to fix, they then fixed it but broke my headlight as well as my AC relay switch. So I don't find this out until I get off work at 10pm and my car won't start, after paying for a tow truck and a new battery I call them to ask them what they did to my car they tell me that I could have broken the parts myself! How?! When they were the only people that looked at my car that week? And who decided they want to break $7 worth of parts and not replace them?! Long story short now I've spent way too much money trying to figure out the issue when if they had been honest from the start it wouldn't have cost me a thing, I hope you guys get exposed for the crooks you are and that your business fails! Dishonesty is not ok!!!!

Avoid this place if you like your car and your wallet. Took my car in and the owner started up selling me on things I had already done at the dealer. They will rob you blind if you let them. I am surprised that the BBB and OSHA allow them to operate.The place is a mess, below standards for a normal operating shop and they have no clue what they are doing.Avoid and keep driving to the next one.

Went just as they were closing, but they took my car in for an engine flush and an oil change. Super friendly staff. I had a lot of oil leakage that I had got fixed, but the residual oil was still smelling. No more burning oil smell in the car.
