When compared to other Pep Boys, this location under Brian's management will give you fast service with reasonable prices and high quality results.Fortunately, Brian doesn't make you feel like you are being taken advantage of (some Pep Boys reps are more interested in their quotas or their sales).Visit this location and get your repairs done. You'll see the difference.

I make an appointment at 2pm yesterday for an oil change, I arrived to the store at 1:45pm and the guy who was at the front told me that he send on break 15 minutes before I arrive (1:30pm) on break for 1 hour, at 3pm, I ask him if they are gonna start doing the oil change or not yet, his answered me that he already told me that I have to wait cause the guy is on his break, I wait for one hour and a half and they never starts, they were standing there without do anything and when I asked how long I need to keep waiting, they just told me that I have to keep waiting in the most rude way. If I can put -10 stars I will.

Saul at Pep Boys really came through for me!! He helped replace my flat tire when it was close to closing time and I appreciated it. Fast service with a smile!

Got stranded downtown from a radiator leak that caused bad overheating. When they were fixing the radiator they found an oil leak from a bad valve cover gasket and fixed both issues in a day, at a good price. Happy with the service!

After leaving a service center due to being dissatisfied with the service I had received, I chose Pep Boys since I had used them years ago when I lived in this area. The tech at the desk was adamant about addressing my concern not just what I was told by the previous shop, in addition to offering a full diagnostic test that revealed needs that would need to be addressed soon. Car troubles can be stressful and costly but the staff took care of me and I will choose them for my future car needs.

In and out on a Saturday. Guys working were awesome and helpful even learned things about my vehicle I never knew. (Not more things to fix either) All around great 3/16/2024 3:00pm

Came in for my 5:30 wheel alignment appointment and turns out I needed two new tires as well. Brian did a great job at the front informing me of what the problems were regarding the tires and the alignment and made me feel like I was in good hands. Andy did the work on my car and he also did a great job at informing me on how to maintain my car to keep it running good. Got there a little earlier than my appointment and they worked on my car instantly, left Pep Boys by 6. They worked quickly and efficiently, I will definitely be back for any other maintenance I need done. Thank you again Brian and Andy!!!

The service provided was extremely bad. I had my car's alignment done by them, but their work was very poor quality. They refused to acknowledge their mistakes and the bad work, opting instead to dishonestly misrepresent the situation. It was an absolutely terrible experience, and if it were possible, I would rate them with a negative ten.

Great experience getting an oil change here. They found a small issue, kept me fully informed, and fixed it in no time. I ll gladly come back next time I need my car serviced. 10/10 recommend!

Waiting area isn't the best. Came in early (first customer) and took me 2 hours to complete service. No vending machines. Price online wasn't the price I paid in store. Got want I need done at least.Edit: Discovered a missing rim over after get my tires changed. That's $40 down the drain.

I had an appointment for an oil change. They got me in quickly and told me my air filter needed to be changed and my rear tires on the next oil change would need to be replaced. There were photos, in a text update, to show my tire tread using a tire depth gauge, all in my report. Great service! Love coming here and knowing I m well taken care of! Thanks guys!

Andrew was terrible. I believe that is his name who works at the front desk.I had tires shipped there and he refused to do any of my maintenance work stating my boys don t make any money off of that (my lifetime wheel alignment with the new tires I just bought)!He didn t realize I needed a brake fluid flush and a few other things. I didn t even want service there anymore I just asked him to put my tires on and let me go I ll go to another location. Then he messed up the system where he couldn t charge me properly there is nothing I can do about that. He stated this is why we don t take these we didn t even make money off of this.Is that my problem? I m a customer I can t do anything about you making money.He surely was trying to run up a bill though he told me the system stated my tires are run flat and it will be $20 extra per tire. I told him just charge me I m ready to leave.I sat for four hours just to have tires slapped on and not properly balanced.This is definitely not up to pep boys standards he really made me think twice about having my car serviced with them. Maybe I should stick to the dealership.If corporate sees this please pay your employees more. He was a very agitated individual.Young gentleman who put on my tires was great.Customers have no way of knowing what kind of money you make off of others.

Andrew was exceptional! He went above and beyond to help me. He was very helpful and provided every detailed of what my car needed. He was very knowledgeable He was also very patience with me because I don t know a thing about car. I truly am satisfied with his customer service. I would recommend Andrew to all my friends and family!

Andrew took amazing care of me; walked me through everything, checked in for every step of the way; broke down costs and explained next steps and when follow ups would be necessary. Overcharged, tried to sell me on tires I didn't need. Mechanic couldn't figure out how to bolt a wheel back on. Paid for the 120 point inspection and they failed to find that the high beams were burnt out. Never going to Pep Boys again.

Came in because I suspected I had a nail in my tire. Andrew was able to locate the nail quickly as well as my warranty information so that I was able to get my tire replaced quickly. Andrew's service was also top notch! Very friendly and helpful and made sure to explain everything so I knew what was going on.

We have a fleet account with Pep Boys and have been doing business with them for over twenty years. However that will end today. Andrew at the Jimmy Carter Blvd location had one of our employees wait for over 30 minutes just to check a vehicle in, that just needed a simple oil change, and then wants to get sarcastic with have a nice day comment. Congratulations Andrew you just cost Pep Boys an account that does over $10K a year for over 20 years. I m sure that you really don t care.

They quoted me $1300 for front brakes (rotors and pads) for a VW Atlas. The VW dealership charged $728 for the exact same job today. Same OEM parts. Same labor rate. When I told Pepboys about my quote, suddenly, they could do it for $850. They were nice people though. Ill give them that.

So I came here to get service on my car. There was no one in there when I came in. The clerk was on the phone. So I stood there, as he was on the phone. There was no acknowledgement or anything. He continued with his conversation. After standing there 10 minutes (I'm pretty patient). He still continues with his conversation. So I walked out. If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrible.

I had my car serviced at the Pep Boys on Jimmy Carter Blvd in Tucker GA. I was facing an emergency situation after damaging my car from running over depri on the hwy. The service was excellent. Andrew did a great job managing the front desk as he proficiently juggled several customers in the shop and on the phone. He was courteous and professional in spite of the obvious pressure he was under. Rebar was the mechanic who quickly identified my car problem. He clearly explained the issue and the repair needed. If you want great customer service, you won't be disappointed by going to this Pep Boys location.

Driving along Jimmy Carter Blvd. an indicator on the pickup truck showed that it was overheating. Even though it was 90 degrees out, we turned off the air conditioner. That didn t help. Every instrument lit up. As luck would have it there was a Pep Boys ahead on the right. Although it was near closing time, Andrew calmly talked us through our options and took a quick look under the hood. It was obvious that the serpentine belt had broken. All the mechanics were gone for the day and the shop was closed on Sunday. Andrew assured us that the truck was in good hands and he d call us Monday once the diagnostic was complete. True to his word, he gave us the news that the water pump was also shot. It took some doing to get the parts. They didn t have them in stock and supply chain made it difficult. But they came through and we re back on the road, good as new. It seems God knew we needed Pep Boys and Andrew and put them in our path.

Andrew is the best ! He will help you all the way from price and what parts you need to change and why . He answered all my questions and was able to give me almost 30% discount on my labor and parts I need to my service consider ( 2 rear shocks and 4 tires ) on aJeep Cherokee 2019. Thanks Andrew you are the man and very well representative for your store and you manager too that you didn t forget his name too thanks Mr Rebar for the discount.
