The woman that took care of me today was a blessing! I think each employee should have the same attention to detail that she exudes. A very simple fix for my 2023 F53 was going to be put off until next week until she intervened and took control of the situation. I will update her name as soon as I think of it! I don t leave feedback and reviews but she deserves to be highlighted for making me feel like true customer service isn t a lost cause.

The service at Peach State Truck Centers was great!!! My service writer Jada was amazing. Jada contacted me right away regarding the diagnosis which allowed me to make other arrangements for my customer that kept them happy. Jada also kept me informed throughout the repair process. She was great to work with and the repairs were performed in a timely manner. If I ever have another breakdown in the Atlanta area I will definitely use Peach State Truck Centers and request Jada as my service writer. Thank you again for the great service.

I was very pleased with the staff, Pete Trey Jen Jeremiah and Champ. They were very understanding and accommodating. They didn't mind me asking alot of questions about my Truck being repaired. Thank you.

I was experiencing an issue with my F750 transmission that was intermittent. I took my truck to Peach State and met with Jada and she connected me with their top transmission mechanic to try to diagnose the root cause of the problem. After he took the time to investigate the issue, he was able to find the problem and make the necessary repairs. Jada was instrumental in helping me connect with the mechanic who ultimately found the problem and resolved it. I feel pretty confident in stating that most other shops would have simply suggested that the problem was just my imagination as intermittent problems are difficult to diagnose and most shops wouldn't spend the time to investigate this sort of thing, but Jada and the awesome folks at Peach State Ford went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue completely. Thank you all so much for being diligent and listening and especially for caring! I highly recommend Jada and the wonderful group of people she works with at Peach State Ford, and I will definitely be back for any future service needs.

Visited this location many times before with my trucks and decided to not go back. Ended up getting a truck towed there because I thought it was under factory warranty, turns out that it wasn't. The associate that out worked Jada was AMAZING and will be the reason I return in the future. Thank Jada for your wonderful service and attitude!!!

I work for an extended warranty company, so I frequently have to reach out to this repair facility. Ms Jada Pickens is a delight! She's very knowledgeable and pleasant each and every time I call and we (in our business) really need and appreciate that. Give this lady a raise!!

Jennifer at the service desk was great. No complaints there. One other guy I won't name not so much. He has a hard time listening when he won't shut up. Over all experience was ok except I am getting an inframe done elsewhere because their prices are quite a bit higher as most dealers are.

This is the worst experience I've had. Nobody will answer the phone. They're supposed to be open till 6pm, but leave early on Friday. Not open on Saturday. Had my truck towed in and one person tells me one thing,and another tells me something else. They don't communicate, and wonder why I get mad. Then they go home early on Friday and my spare truck does not have access to pick loaded trailer. If I could give a lower rating, I would.

I have a class C motorhome and Peach State is the only Ford service center in the Atlanta area that is set up for large trucks and RVs. My RV is built on a Ford E450 Econoline truck chassis and I received a recall notice from Ford regarding a power steering clamp issue. I took my RV in to Peach State yesterday and they had it inspected, cleared of defect and back to me in 24 hours, which was really fast turn around. The service team were professional, polite and accommodating. Peach State Ford Truck Service is now my 'Go To' place for motorhome service!

King regards to this beautiful and competent lady Yanni, who helped us very quickly and responded to our request as soon as possible she could. Came to this service center at 9 am and going on our road being fully fixed at 2:30 pm. The staff were very kind and smiling. Definitely recommend these skilled professionals! ps. Lady Yanni gifted us souvenirs for the memory of this Sunny Peach State!))

This is the best commercial ford Rv service center we have ever had! We took our Rv in early Monday morning and by 10 am they had it diagnosed and parts ordered and by the end of that same day they had it fixed and ready for us to get back on the road! We had to only spend 2 nights at a hotel instead of more! Thanks to Steve, trey, and Jennifer you all rock!

Fantastic experience. The transmission on my RV went out and I needed to have it towed to Peach State. They had excellent communication through a portal where I could check status at any time. They were prompt with repairs, service team was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

The location in Norcross and Birmingham have some great opportunities for improvement. I have had employees from one location ask me for the phone number to the other location. I am in awe of the incompetence of all involved.

I usually don't do this but here we are my truck was brought in because it needed a coolant temp sensor. They told me my axle seal was also leaking and needs to be repair which is all under warranty. This morning I call in to get an update they tell me the part is on back order we don't have an eta (could be up to a year) as per Gaby the person I spoke to. I tell them I would like to pickup the unit and they responded that they will charge me for diagnostics because I declined the repair. I tried to reason with Gaby but she didn't listen. So if I wait I don't know how long to do the repairs with them they will charge me nothing but since they don't have the part now it's my fault and I'm responsible to pay $1000. Its outrageous how they try to rip off.

Well pleased, had a great experience with the service department. Being a single truck O/O I feel like some of these dealers forget about you but this was not the case here. Gabriella kept me informed the entire time and was easy to deal with. They did their best to expedite the repairs. Will be back for sure.
