They did an excellent job on the front end repairs, all work looked fantastic! However, there was a small electrical issue that forced me to return the vehicle back to the shop. The owner himself personally called me and explained what happened and how they were going to fix it. They prioritized me and got me fixed up and returned the vehicle in a timely manner. It's easy to give 5 stars when everything goes perfect, but giving 5 stars when it wasn't perfect is why you want to do business with family owned shop like this with the owner on site taking care of any issues that might pop up. Kudos to this place and especially the front desk girl that had to deal with me twice.

I am not going to be the person who only talks about the negatives. This shop is solid as long as you re not a detail-oriented person. The paint job they did on my bumper looked good, and the clear coat looked really nice. Unfortunately, they didn t blend my fender into the bumper, leading to the bumper looking darker than the fender. They did explain to me that they would be blending the fender when I dropped my car off, but this was apparently not true, as you can see in the photos where the bumpers paint looks darker than the fender.Now, onto my second issue: They reused panels from my old bumper and put them on the new bumper. This would not normally be an issue; however, they decided it would be fine to put broken panels from my old bumper back onto the new one. When I first saw my car, I thought that they had reused my old bumper, due to the fact that broken pieces were still on the bumper.I talked to Mike and expressed that I felt like he had lied to me by just reusing my old bumper. He did prove me wrong when he brought out my old bumper, so I attempted to apologize. However, he then went on to call my car a piece of junk and said that he wanted my car gone. At this point the situation was unsalvageable as he seemed to be fuming.I seriously do not understand why a body shop would take already broken pieces from an old bumper and refit them onto a new bumper. This is the whole reason I thought that they had reused my old bumper. Not to mention, why they thought I wouldn t notice the unblended left side fender. I will be taking my car to another body shop to get these issues fixed, because I wouldn t trust Mike with my car after the way he continued to be hostile after I attempted to apologize. Furthermore, the fact that they assumed I wouldn t notice any of these issues, which I did immediately, is concerning.

I choose this location when my car needed repair from an accident that the insurance covered. I choose this place from the insurance company list of body shops because of their website and good reviews. The whole process was smooth, got email communication of the progress of work on my car and got it returned early. But I was disappointed no one doing the work such as the mechanic came to talk to me before or after about the assignment from the insurance company or after the work was done if I have any concerns.When I dropped off the car, the secretary just walked around my car and took pictures and let me know I should get emails and answered my questions about a rental. She was nice but the mechanic would been reassuring for my peace of mind. so I just left it to the trust of their reviews. So when I came to pick up my car the body work was done beautifully! The car looks brand spanking new and the car inside and outside was cleaned! Excellent work which is very important but a personalized face to face would have been reassuring with the mechanic.I do feel the car needs an alignment though but I am not sure if that is because of the accident or not, so a mechanic could have been helpful. Otherwise the body work again, done beautifully and that was the damage from the accident as my main concern. The cleanliness was a nice service as well.

When I dropped off my Hyundai Santa Fe, I thought it'll take a long time and there might be a long gap of time between estimation for with my insurance and the repair process. But the whole process from dropping off to picking up was very quick with many updates throughout to let me know how everything is going. That too it was great to know it was through text/email and a dedicated website, carwise, for details/estimates and timeline. Thank you very much to Mike and everyone who did an amazing job with my car's door repair and color matching. Appreciate the extra effort for making this process pleasant and surprisingly easy. The door of my car is looking like new, like it never got damaged in the first place. This is my top place for all car needs from now on.

Great place and Staff are very professional. They worked directly with my insurance, and everything went very smooth between the receiving the repair estimates and repair process. My car is back like new Thanks NuLook team! Shout out to Mike! I appreciate the extra effort and keeping me well informed though out the whole repair process either by phone or via email.

I contacted NuLook after I was rear-ended. They were able to take my car quickly, and kept me informed of progress and additional work required. Job was completed two days faster than they anticipated. Was pleased with results.

I cannot say enough good things about NuLook. The owner and front desk girl were so nice, walked me through everything, and gave me an estimate that actually matched what I paid in the end!!! I scratched the SH*T out of my Audi Q5 and they got me in super quickly then fixed it in 3 days. So obsessed and grateful!!! I will never go anywhere else and am recommending it to everyone I know. Seriously. They rock

Staff is very nice and professional . They were very upfront and kept me well informed though out the whole repair process. They worked directly with my insurance and made my whole claim process easy. Even when I dropped my car off and was waiting for enterprise to pick me up with my rental.. They also called enterprise to make sure someone was on there way to get me.

This is a very good auto body shop. The instance that my vehicle entered their shop, they sent me updates on the vehicle almost everyday. They completed their work ahead of time(one day earlier than promised). The lady (I forgot her name) at the front was really nice and answered all questions. The car looked new and everything worked. They washed the exterior and vacuumed inside the vehicle. I recommend this place highly.

My car is beautiful again. Due to a small traffic accident, my Subaru was missing part of its front bumper. NuLook repaired my car and it is beautiful again. The staff were efficient, very helpful and did a great job. Thank you.

I was in an accident with an old friend about 3 years ago and he chose to go to Nu Look, they did a great job on his 350z. I was recently in an accident last month in my Toyota 86 and I also chose to go to Nu Look since I have seen their work before. I was also extremely satisfied with their work, timing and how professional they are. Definitely recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It was overwhelming searching for the right body shop as there are so many out there to choose from. I looked at reviews and websites for several places. NuLook grabbed my attention because they are a long standing family owned and operated business, and they have an abundance of great reviews. I am thrilled I did my research and chose them to work on my car. Ambur was wonderful through the whole process which helped ease my stress. They completed the work (new bumper and windshield) in exactly one week, which is excellent in my opinion. I hope I don t need to go to a body shop again, but if I do I know exactly where to go- NuLook! Thank you, I am beyond pleased.

This is my second time working with NuLook and they are fantastic! Would highly recommend! My repairs were done on time, communication was excellent, and getting a rental car while my car was in the shop was a breeze thanks to Nu Look.

My car got hit and run. The insurance suggested this place to repair my car. They did a very good job on restoring with attention to details. They also have a time tracker so you know the process. I highly recommend NuLook Auto Body if you re in search for a high quality auto body shop.

The staff was very nice and they kept me informed from the initial consultation to the end of the project. I was involved in a hit and run accident and the staff took my experience seriously. Long story short, my car looks brand new again and I thank you for everything. I highly recommend NuLook!

The team at nu look Was amazing! I brought my car in for front passenger side damage. They did a great job my car is as good as new! And the work was done a few days earlier than expected. Overall I was very happy with the service that I received a nu look

Very professional, i brought my car in for a door dent repair that damaged my locks. They searched all over to get the best parts for my door. Especially since they don't make my car anymore. They did a fantastic job fixing my car.

My left side scoop behind the driver door came off so I had to order another one. I was looking for a body shop near my job that would be able to paint and mount. I drive by NuLook every day and decided to stop in a introduce myself. I met Keith, told him what I needed and he made made it happen. Great customer service. Great work. Hit A Deer !! NuLook lived up to its name and made my Prius Look New Again !!! I dont take any of my cars anywhere else . I ve had 4 of my cars in the past 15 years repaired my Nulook and they do an excellent Job every time with great customer service !!! You will not be disappointed !

This is the best experience I ve ever had when it comes to dealing with car repairs. I went here as an emergency because my front number fell out the hinges and I needed to return the rental. They took me in immediately and worked on my car right away.... they finished quickly and did an amazing job. I recommend coming here. Btw, the owner is really professional! Pray I don t have a reason to go to a body shop again but if I do, I will definitely come back here!!!

NuLook deserves 10 stars! I ve never worked with a company that has it as together as NuLook. From my first phone call with Ambur, to the speed of service, to cleanliness of the office and body shop, to the work they did on my vehicle .everything was top notch! They know their stuff, all employees are friendly and the process is smooth, start to finish!

Gawd damn! I'll tell you, car came out looking better than when I bought it. Staff is informative about how your progress is doing and above all, they're some really nice people. Would highly recommend this shop for car body repair to anyone.
