Been doing business with these folks for a few years, just a few visits a year. Front desk is always very friendly and accommodating, clean comfortable waiting room and even w/o an appointment they get me in and out quickly as possible. Tire balancing service is always top of the line, no vibrations ever at all. Thank you "Sho" my tech and "Drew" the store manager.

This location is where you want to go if you want to quality service with professionalism. Drew handled my service with great attention to detail and didn't try to rip me off. He is an expert at his craft, and I recommend that you go see him for all your auto needs. He is my GO TO GUY!!!!

I have been here at least four times. Maybe five. Each time, the staff are quick to get to me, and have my vehicle in their shop within thirty minutes. Lucky for me, the place is only about three minutes away so I can walk home.Each time I have dropped the vehicle off, they have reached out within four hours, explained the situation, what is needed, why, and the cost. There have been a couple times they were able to find a minor issue and corrected it without pretending it was a major labor intake and charging me. I respect that and appreciate not trying to take advantage of customers.One of the times I dropped my vehicle off, someone had accidentally hit a brittle part and did not lie about it already being broken.The work is done quickly, efficiently, and typically within a day unless parts need to come in.Really good work here.

Had a really good experience at this Mr. Tire. Their pricing was really fair to patch a tire with a nail in it. Especially since the pep boys across the street said they couldn't patch it because of where the nail was located. Drew was exceptionally helpful and very kind and warm-spirited from start to finish. This is my second time coming to this location for car needs and I was again completely satisfied with my tire and service. Thank you guys!

I love when a business stand on business lol. Shout out to Antiqua (sry if I spelled it wrong) and Mel. I had a tire issue that wasn't fixed properly in 2023, so I had to go to another shop to repair. Only bc Mr. Tire is by my job and the other shop is by my home. That's where I was when the tire messed up. Anywhoooo, they not only acknowledged and apologized, but they offered me a svc for free. But I wasn't able to get it done at the time.It's now 4/2024 & they still made good on their promise. I'm sitting here in the shop waiting for my car writing this bc ppl need to know they have integrity! I love when a business treats you like you actually matter. Thank you ladies! Great customer service!!!!

Drew was wonderful. Super efficient. He did all the work on my car by himself under & it took just as long as he said, even quicker. My dad had me come to this shop & I can say I ll definitely be back.

I've been going to this Mr. Tire location for 6+ years. I won't anymore. After the change in management, the quality of service dipped. I took my car to get a new Catalytic converter. It took them 4 days to fix my car because they ordered the wrong part TWICE. And during the repair they HIT ANOTHER PATRONS CAR WITH MY CAR. Their insurance paid for it to be fixed but I was without my car for 12 days because of them. And on top of it all, the manager lied to me about the financing for the catalytic converter. It was supposed to be interest free for 6 months and I confirmed that with the manager Drew multiple times. Lo and behold, 3 months into paying, interests starts accruing. Now instead of paying $2100 for the converter, I am going to have to pay over $4000 for it. Do not go here. There are plenty of other places.

I cannot say enough good things about this whole crew.These folks are relatively new so if you had a bad experience her a few years ago, it s time to let that &&%# go and come back.I stopped in for a valve stem issue and they replaced it then and there no charge.I came back to get 4 new tires and they talked to me about my options of comfort/ mileage yada yada tire talk, and did a fantastic job.They seem to work very well as a whole team and everyone is very friendly. I know, my names Karen and I almost ALWAYS have to talk to a manger. But not here! Highly recommend. 2 thumbs up

It took 3 hrs to change 1 rear tire. The mechanic couldn t even get my truck jacked up to put my tire back on truck. Being able to jack a truck up is a very basic thing a mechanic should know.

I am really bummed out about the huge price increase for oil changes. It was absolutely ridiculous. $129.99 SERIOUSLY!!! I really like this location too, but we are paying an arm and a leg for everything now, and now we have to sell a kidney for an oil change. WTH!!!!New site manager and she was a gem!The Team is always great and pleasant. Never had a problem with any of the staff. This WAS a favorite spot for us. But we can t afford to come here anymore due to the increased fees. I was quoted $69.99 for an oil change up the street. This I can afford. Bye Bye Mr. Tire

DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!! I say that to say I brought my car up here the other day for a simple oil change and the manager I think his name is Drew comes back to tell me I have many other things I need to replace on the car. I politely declined due to the fact that my car is brand new and I didn t want to have to spend an extra amount of money for something I didn t need. Regardless of that I could tell his whole demeanor was down he and his associates then took hours working on my car I was there from 7am to 2pm which is absurd. Mel the Caucasian girl was being rude and what I noticed was that the managers and crew was giggling and joking and touching on each other which was not professional. Once I left my car was acting a whole lot worse (its a brand new car)

From the welcome through the door to the role up service once completion, superb service. I have been going to this place for years and it has never failed me. Always accurate and professional. If you need any work done, definitely go with Mr. Tire in Peachtree Corners.

Drew and the rest of the team were so incredibly helpful! Came in with some questions regarding regular maintenance as well as an exhaust issue and left knowing much more about my car than before without feeling any pressure to buy anything. It is rare to find auto shops that won t scam you for work that does not need to be done. Because of Drew s knowledge of the industry as well as his team s excellent work ethic, I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs work on their car.

I drove to the shop after noticing I had a flat tire while doing Lyft. Came into the store to inquire about someone helping me with my spare. I just bought the car and this was my first flat. Mel, who was the store attendant had a very rude disposition. No eye contact and short with her greeting. Almost upset that I m there 30 minutes before closing. Her response to my question was it will have to be after 6pm because the mechanic has to finish the car he s working on or I have to leave my car overnight til Monday. Now, call me stupid but I have never heard of anyone leaving their car overnight at a tire shop to get their tire changed. While she stood there on her phone I asked if she was gonna go and ask the mechanic if he could change my tire. She said yes and did. She never acknowledged me with an answer until I asked what he said. She told me he said yes, while looking down in her phone again not making eye contact or acknowledging my presence. I will wait to see if my tire get changed. Either way I m NEVER visiting this location again. POOR SERVICE! Train your staff to have better manners Drew! Owner!

My truck had an oil leak. Took it to this location to get it fixed. They could not fix it but insisted that they charge me the $105 diagnostic fee. Now I have to take it to a real shop to get it fixed.These guys are total armatures, and have no idea what they are doing. Dont let them touch your car.

The worst service ever !!!!!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO SERVICE CENTER very unprofessional they take one hour for a oil change the techs or staff just spend time talking each other and not doing their work!!! Do not come here!.....and they will try to sell you innesesary thing's

I ve gone to mr. Tire several times now for my tire rotations, alignments, and oil changes. They ve always been quick, reliable, and very nice. However this most recent experience was horrible. Not sure if they re under new management now or what the change was but I had an appointment at 9, was told my car would be done by 12-12:30 but did not check out until 5 pm. That s right, my car was at the shop for 8 whole hours and they kept delaying the estimated finish time whenever I called in to check on the status of my car. I didn t even have anything major done and I have the most basic car known to mankind - a Toyota Camry. Just oil change, alignment, and brake pads and it took 8 hours. I am never going there again. I asked for a discount to account for how long it took and they only gave me a ~$40 discount for a $700+ bill which is a mere 5% off. Waste of my time and I was late to my afternoon plans.

There's an aura of uncertainty here with the staff. I was stuck here while they worked on my car for about 3 hours or so. They had difficulty balancing my tires for some reason. After 1k spent I should leave with the satisfaction of knowing that my tires and wheels are in great health, yet I left this place with "I should have went to the dealers". I believe the old staff, who I thought would be there, left this place together. And these new guys came in at the corporates request. Nice staff, nothing bad to report here. But not as dependable as the previous staff. I will now have to find a different place for my car needs. I just don't my car to be the vehicle for "learning how to be a mechanic" for the new gen.

I made an appointment to have my rear brakes replaced. They told me it would take 1-1.5 hrs, so I just waited there. I ended up waiting for 4.5 hours without any updates. If I had known it was going to take that long I wouldn t have waited there. I wish they would ve been more upfront with me so I didn t waste my time sitting around.
