I am a first time customer at this location coming to get an estimate for vehicle damage that happened during an accident. I had the pleasure of meeting Dany who I found it be a straight shooter and knowledgeable about vehicle damage and repair. His customer service was excellent and he was concerned about me as a customer as it pertain to having my vehicle repair properly and even gave assistance with questions as it pertains to following up with the insurance company. I am pleased to be having my vehicle repaired at this location and would recommend coming here if you're in need of collision repair for your Mercedes Benz.

David is absolutely amazing! I had a problem closing my sunroof all the way and he immediately diagnosed the issue, which was an easy fix. I only trust David and his team with my Mercedes and recommend anyone with a Mercedes to only take it to MBT of Atlanta!

Needed to get a key replaced for my family s Mercedes and was getting the run around from other dealerships. Working with MBT was straight forward and they responded quickly to a web inquiry. They finished the job within their time estimates and I m happy to report that true to the reviews on their site, this place was easy to work with and followed through. MBT of Atlanta is TOP TIER! there customer service was amazing, there techs know everything about Mercedes Benz, really helped me out and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process of getting a diagnosis as well as recommending everything that needed to be done with my vehicle, definitely recommend and will be bringing my car here every time I have a issue or need maintenance! Quin the front desk lady took care of me and Kevin is the best!

I can't say enough good things about MBT of Atlanta from the second you walk in you understand you deal with professionals, this is by far the best Mercedes repair shop in Atlanta, they know Mercedes better than any shop I have ever visit, I will never take my car to any other shop!

I went to MBT because my daughter s car was making a strange noise that was seemingly coming from the interior of the car. I knew that the noise wasn t a safety issue because she had been driving it with the noise for several months. However, it was an expensive car and the noise was getting louder and more and more annoying. I explained the problem and agreed to pay $168 for a diagnostic. The guys were very nice and didn t belittle the fact that the problem was just an annoying noise. Dany and I did a test drive and of course, no noise! I had a recording of the noise so Dany listened to that and made a few guesses. He spent some time working with the seats, windows, etc but couldn t find anything. I offered to pay the diagnostic fee before leaving but he refused to take it. He even made a phone call to see if the car was still under warranty, and since it was, he recommended a Mercedes dealer. The fact that he spent a good deal of time with me and then ended up sending me elsewhere proves that he values customer service above making an easy buck. If my daughter s car ever does have a serious mechanical problem, I will most definitely take it to MBT in Chamblee.

The dealer quoted me $12,700 to replace a transmission on a 2015 with only 70k miles. MBT took the time to drive and accurately analyze the problem and fixed it for less than 1/10th the dealer's quote. David also took the time to drive me and explain exactly what was going on and how they fixed it without replacing the transmission. They treated me like I was a close relative. They are in my opinion the best Mercedes mechanics in the state.

This place is the best alternative to high cost of servicing your car at Mercedes Benz dealership. They are greatly experienced and they were in business for a long time. This is the only place I had my car diagnosed for free. Tracy, the lady at the desk, is very pleasant and searched and provided references for the engine wash I needed. David , the owner, is very laid back and as far as communication went I felt a lot of trust, he looked over many things on my car, explained in details the issues and what needed to be done now and what can wait, with the amount of time given to me, I had no pressure to have my car serviced there. The office is very clean and bright as well as the garage where they perform work. My service was in a timely manner, while there were a lot of customers. You will be satisfied with their expertise and great service, I highly recommend.

Great shop! Trustworthy mechanic at affordable prices.Been coming here since day 1 of both of my Mercedes... 5+ years! Today, David even was able to get a emblem star replacement for my front grille... For FREE! It came off in a car wash and I've been researching for weeks on the correct part number. Listen, if you have a MB... Come here... PERIOD.

These guys are amazing in their service, their knowledge, as well as pricing. I came in without an appointment and they took me, despite being an appointment only business. They are always packed and I can see why! They exceeded all my expectations in their professionalism and their prices; What would have been a 3000 or more visit to the dealership was done, Much to my satisfaction, for under 900. David, has been working on Mercedes for over 20 years and is incredibly personable! I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on and referring everyone I know! Thank you, Mercedes Benz Techs!

*Awesome super friendly staff*Very FAIR and quick!*I highly recommended them!It is hard finding a mechanic you can trust and I couldn't be happier! I brought my car in for some minor work, thinking I would be paying a few hundred dollars and David let me know my bill was less than what i paid for lunch! This is the second time I've brought my car in and received exemplary superb service.Plus they have an espresso machine and good chocolates :)

David and his crew are absolutely top notch, highly skilled, and knowledgeable. Their communication and customer service is impeccable. From explaining the issue step by step to following up with videos, pictures to ensure you understand the problem and recommended solutions. They are hands down the BEST Mercedes repair shop in Georgia with MASTER MERCEDES TECHS. I have dealt with Dealership and other shops claiming to know Your Benz. Forget the rest. I began taking my car to David after my previous service folks started letting me down in a variety of ways. After finding Mercedes Benz Techs, the only reason I would ever take my E-class anywhere else would be if it's a warranty issue the dealer has to fix. These guys know what they are doing, are honest and up-front about any issues, and are fair in every way. I truly can't say enough good things about them and the work they do! I'll be a customer as long as I own a Mercedes (and I'm now on my 3rd one)!

He will physically take you into the bay area & teach you the intricate details of what is going on under the hood of your car. I really appreciate the honesty of this place. As I was driving my car I noticed my gear seems like stuck and put a huge stress noise when I hit the gas, I panicked thinking it was a transmission issue as soon as I got there I was approached me and started to tak on the issue and ask if we can go for a test drive and I still didn t know what he did to adjusted and put a transmission fluid and send me on my way home. Unlike most Mechianc would have charged me but David wouldn t even take a Tip! I was really impressed and shocked to find a good honest and well informed tech these days! I recommend they service to family and friend! Thank You Mercedes Benz Tech!

This was my first visit to service my vehicle at this shop.Needless to say this place was nothing short of amazing. David shop Mgr/owner was hands down awesome! Very knowledgeable, honest and cares about the customer and their experience.I didn t have an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in today and I really appreciated that. They gave me recommendations on things I ll need in the future, by showing me versus telling me. I ve never experienced this level of service at any service shops I ve been to even at the Mercedes dealership.These guys take it to the next level.The best or nothing is Mercedes slogan and this place lives up to that. I ll be bringing my vehicle only at Mercedes BenzTechs from now on.Thank you Mercedes BenzTechs!!!!!!

This place ROCKS! I took my 300GLC into a reputable European mechanic business in Buckhead and their diagnosis related a fuel injection replacement at over $3000. MBT diagnosis related it was merely use of low grade gas and it's impact on my engine for under $300. Most of use place a lot of faith in these shops given we do not know much about the engines, and therefore, we are misled a lot of times into doing things not necessary. MBT showed me you can trust in a mechanic and I thank them for that.Lifelong customer after my experience with them!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very good service, clean comfortable waiting area. Owners David and Tracy are friendly and accommodating. The second in command Brad has a cool personality and does fast efficient work. Good prices for solid work. Highly recommend for newer and older Benz work.

My car required new hydraulic and ESP control units. It took a 3-part methodical process of elimination over several days to get to the solution. David did not jump to the most expensive fix without a thorough analysis of the possibilities for repairing my ML350. BRAD did an exceptional job diagnosing and repairing my car! I found MBT three years ago. Accurate, up-front estimates, and excellent service from a friendly, reliable, and Honest Team, keep bringing me back!

The Great Master Technicians at this business replaced the auxiliary battery in my mercedes cla 250 a week ago and I haven't had any problems. The auxiliary battery malfunction light came on. The eco function did not crank my car up when pressing on the gas. That problem happened only once. I went to MBT because my car shop shutdown for a week. MBT work is quality. The owner drove my car until it reset to ensure my happiness and I am extremely happy I chose MBT. I was impressive with the 5.0 rating. Quinn has good customer service. All workers were great. If you are in need of a licensed Mercedes Benz service & repair shop, run not walk to MBT of Atlanta. You will only get the true level of service you deserve here, not at the dealership. The owner and his team of professional experts care about their customers and take pride in the superb work they deliver. I ve been a customer for the past three years and I ve never been disappointed. MBT takes care of loyal customers and recently fixed a damaged tire at no charge! You won t find this type of customer service at your local dealership. I plan on buying a new MB next year. I will not trust my new vehicle with anyone else but MBT of Atlanta.

I recently went to Mercedes Techs for work on my 2008 C350 after being quoted at a Mercedes dealer far more than I wanted to pay. They were able to do the same quality work and gave me the options to choose from genuine or OEM parts. I was able to save over $600 based on what the Mercedes dealer quoted me. They were fast, honest, and did good quality work. It even came with a one year warranty. I don't leave reviews often, but these guys are the best and I will definitely be returning for all my needs with my Benz.

I have been a loyal customer for three years and wouldn't trust anyone else to service my Mercedes. They are exceptional on every level . Very knowledgeable and will happily take the time to explain the repair process. They have always had my cars serviced very quickly and last but not least affordability . Thanks guys, very happy!!!!

I just bought a GLA Mercedes 250 with extremely low mileage, my check engine light came on for the 2nd time. The first time the dealership "fixed" it but it also was not Mercedes-Benz dealer or certified repair shop. I searched on Google and found MBT called and was able to bring my car in right away!
