I have to say... David was 100% with me and actually very helpful. I worked in a machine shop the first half of my life and I always go into any auto repair with some suspicion... But- These guys were straight shooters. 5 stars!

How surprised and blessed I was today when I visited Mavis Tires. Tim the manager surpassed my expectations by providing me with a free tire, when he could have easily charged me the prorated rate that was covered under a road hazard warranty. Tim left me feeling empowered as a female consumer. I highly recommend this business under Tim s leadership.

I ended up getting a flat tire on the way to work and got towed to Mavis Tires and was helped instantly once my car was towed in.The gentleman Tim that assisted me made sure I got a great price for my tires!I was so happy they could help so quickly!

I had the most amazing experience here ! Sunny and D took care of me and my car so well! The customer service is great I felt so comfortable and not ripped off or anything! They communicated very well throughout the whole process, I will definitely be getting all my future car needs here !

Tim & Mecole were so easy to work with! I was on a time crunch and they got my car in right away. Very pleasant experience & was even able to work a bit at their desk area while waiting. Definitely recommend this location!

Tim was absolutely the best. He put me at ease and helped me stay within my budget and even added in wipers. I didn t feel pressured or harassed. Great experience. Will definitely make this my car repair home.

If you want the type of service where you want to be heard and educated if you don t understand something, please go somewhere else. I went in to replace some tires and asked to keep one of my tires. They said it wouldn t be a problem and even made me believe they placed it in my trunk (one of the men came out to screw the hatch shut), but I come home to find no tire. Plus the tires they put on my car clearly look they were made forever ago. But of course after calling, they only wanted more money out of me instead genuinely listening to the problems. Please go somewhere else for better savings and service, you will not get that here.

I needed an emergency tire and this team really came through for me! Everyone was friendly and helpful and got me fixed up and out the door in record time. The front desk staff was wonderful, and the mechanic, Bishop was especially friendly and put my mind at ease. He went above and beyond and I m so thankful for him and the rest of the crew!

These guys will try to rip you off every chance they get. I got some new wheels and wanted to get my old tires on these new ones and they tries to charge me 250$ while a quick phone call to another shop will result in a charge close to 80$. And this is not the first time they did this with me. Avoid them like the plague.

Tim and Darius are amazing! They took care of everything I needed done plus included 2 new tires, and new windshield wipers! I most definitely will be coming here for anything I need from now on!

Tim was helpful from the start. I just moved from NYC and have used a Mavis in the Bronx for a long time with several different vehicles. So coming with a tire issue after only a week of living in ATL was a bummer. But, Tim was kind and welcoming and took care of my car. I felt at home and am grateful. I ll be back to get those 4 tires as soon as I settle in a bit, Tim. Thank you!

David down at Mavis took really good care of me today. Bright my Wife s care in for a tire repair and not only were they quick and professional. The price point was excellent! I would definitely return for future services.

I tip my hat off to Tim and his team of mechanics. Not only did Tim match my expectations with great customer service, he exceeded it he when double check the initial problem with my car to find out the problem was something different. Now, the repairs on my car was much more affordable. Thank Tim for a job well done. I will return for probable future car repairs.Howard Knight

I went in today thinking I needed front and rear pads/rotors but Tim took a look at my car and said I only needed the front pads and rotors. He took the time to explain what was really going on with my brakes and as a result he saved me a ton of money. Thank you to Tim for really wanting to help me with getting my brakes fixed today. That was a big blessing. My car drives so much better now.

I called upon arrival and Mr Tim quoted me a price. When I arrived I there I was greeted with a warm welcome. I didn t wait 30 minutes for my service. If you want something done right and in a timely matter that s the place.Ms Thomas

Tim and his crew at Mavis Tires in Norcross are amazing! Their customer service is over the top and they gave me the best price on 2 new tires. They offer many other services and I would highly recommend them to take care of your vehicle needs.

Ask for Omo but to be honest everyone was awesome. Had a nail in my tire and they had everything taken care of in about 35 minutes. Awesome! Will definitely be coming back here for future work.

The tire warning light was on for 2 days, I was trying to pump air in but not able to rectify the problem. I brought my car in and the mechanic fixed the issue in 10 min. I offered to pay and he refused to accept. The individual knows tires well, and it is difficult to find an honest mechanic anymore. Strongly recommended. 7 star service.

The people at this location are amazing! My car was having some issues and the man working there explained what was wrong, alternative options and how to fix the issues. They patient, kind, and extremely helpful!

Was told I needed a brake pad and rotor replacement from another mechanic for $460, but the people here quoted me $200 and were much more honest about what repairs were needed for my car. Great service and I would definitely come back!
