First of all, I hate taking my car to the mechanic. I always do the work myself. This might be the first time I ve ever took my car to a mechanic and had a great experience. Mia at the front was super nice and her energy was 100% gold. She tried her best to give every single discount that she could and did an amazing job explaining each and every step. If I ever need anyone to work on my car, it would be damn. Her manager tried to help me the second time that I came in, and I told him that I didn t want to work with anybody but her. But he s super nice too But he s not Mia.

Dustin and his crew were great! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience! We had to stop in while traveling through Atlanta due to a tire issue. We had our little one with us. He replaced the tire and got us in and out quickly. They told us it would be about a hour but it was definitely under an hour. Great customer service!!

Mia and Dustin were AWESOME!Me and my partner had a flat tire from running errands, this locations was the closest in the area. Even with less than 2 hours until they closed, they were so willing to take our car and fix our tire. They had by far the fastest service in our area and we got our car back in no time! We are now a loyal customer thanks to them!

Dustin and Staff were fantastic! I was in a jam and needed 4 tires immediately. They told me about financing 90 days same as cash and I was out in 2 hours. An inspection was done and I was quoted for all the work that I need. The entire staff was genuinely concerned about my vehicle and understood what I needed. I recommend this shop!

I have been going to Mavis since I bought my car 3 years ago. This location has by far the BEST customer service! Dustin was absolutely phenomenal, even before I went in today. There was another gentleman there and I m so sorry I didn t get his name. I love how thorough both gentlemen were and made sure my car was running great in all areas. The follow-up and ownership of any of my concerns were greatly appreciated. This is my new location. Thank you Dustin!!

We all experience flats every now and again & they rarely occur in a convenient time. I ve got to hand it to the team at this location but especially Dustin for being extremely accommodating, thorough, & swift.Dustin was very professional in assisting me and many others in the lobby at the time while maintain calm & collected. I will gladly drive past 3 Mavis locations to get to this one for any future assistance I need!

This was my first time coming in here because i got recommend by a family member. My experience was good i got help from Mia she helped explain everything to me making sure i got the best tires and made sure i understood everything. Her customer service was on point she was kind and very helpful i will go back.

Every person we came in contact with was nice and clearly willing to help in any way they could! We definitely will be going back and will recommend to all my family. Bernard and Tim were the two stand out guys and not the typical "build the ticket" type! Really was a breath of fresh air after dealing with dishonest people at other establishments. Dustin was AMAZING! He went above and beyond for me making sure that I had the best customer service experience ever! Mirsad (the master mechanic) was amazing too! He is very knowledgeable and honest and got the work done on my truck finished in a very timely manner! I most definitely will be back to this location and will tell all my friends and family to come here too!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Very professional staff. Patient and informative. As a woman looking for good mechanics and service this is always my go to mavis here in GA. Dustin takes service very serious and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. I really appreciate that as a woman who is just looking for genuine good service.

I cannot say enough about this shop. Tim and Mia took tremendous care of our family and vehicle. We were visiting from out of town and needed emergency work done. They made sure we were safe and recommended everything needed to get us back on the road. They took us in right away and went above and beyond. Treated us like family. So sad that we can t take them home with us. They were amazing!!

"I recently had an incredible experience at Mavis Tire, all thanks to Mia. She truly went above and beyond in assisting me. Despite the tire I needed not being in stock at her location, Mia took the initiative to search other locations. She didn't just stop there; she personally called the other location to confirm the tire's availability, ensuring they physically checked their stock. Mia also made sure to refer me to a contact at the other location, who was incredibly efficient, getting me in and out swiftly. Her efforts were beyond what I expected and greatly appreciated. Mia & Bernard were phenomenal! I caught a flat tire and they were able to accommodate me just as the store was getting ready to close. Phenomenal service and wonderful people! Would recommend to anyone!

Stopped in just now because I noticed my tire was low. As soon as I pulled in, Dustin meets me at the door and knew exactly what I needed. He got me in and out in no time and was super friendly and helpful! You have a great employee in Dustin, he went above and beyond and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Came in to get some brakes done and was shown everything that could possibly needed to looked at with no pressure. Everyone were super helpful and the work was done efficient with care. Added on a few extra things since I was there but the time was way shorter than I expected. Big shout out Dustin and Mia for being so helpful

Can t recommend this Mavis enough! Helpful, courteous, professional. Dustin and the whole crew went above and beyond to help me with a repair even pushed my disabled vehicle from the Autozone next door into their parking lot. Super friendly and communicative the whole time, and able to quickly handle my repair with short notice.

Tim is amazing! I came in for an oil change and was helped immediately. Tim checked in with me throughout my visit to let me know how far they were with having my service completed. I appreciate great customer service and will definitely be back for my next oil change.

Every experience is different and I am happy to say that my experience was a positive one. Bernard and Mia were great! Especially Mia, the on-duty Manager. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpul. I went in for a job on my front brakes and I was promptly assisted. Everyone was courteous. Great team! I def recommend them. Keep up the good work yall!!!

FANTASTIC SERVICE !!! Quick and easy!!!! I was out of there in no time & my car wheel alignment was done highly professionally. Wanna take a moment to give a shout out to Bernard who was absolutely outstanding and his customer service is definitely on point! He even pointed out an heads up with my tires that need work in which I ll be back to get them done !! Even the management leading skills of Bernard in which I took that s who he was cause he was doing the darn thing! . He was counseling one of his teammates in the building which I overheard commotion that sounded like a fight with the workers but in turn was a worker yelling at his supervisor. Bernards strong words to the young man was definitely motivation to how you should conduct yourself in any business! This Mavis is one of the best I ve had service done. Will be back !!!!

Had a nail puncture a tire and was in a pinch. Dustin and the shop were able to have me back on the road within a couple of hours. No one tried to upsell me any additional services and the tires were reasonably priced. Great shop if you need something quick.

My daughter and I came to this location and we re given great service! The team was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! The gentleman registering us took the time to explain what was wrong and gave us a variety of options. Would recommend this location!

Mr Bernard and Mia were very helpful even though it was just before closing.Mr Bernard checked all 4 tires and topped them off with air.Great customer service. I would come again and recommend them as well.

Overall great customer service. It was my first time going. Now of course you gotta wait a little but I could tell the employees genuinely cared about the customers, and will take care of you and make sure have what you need (me and mother). Shout out to Tim low.

Let me start by giving a big big-ups to Bernard at the Jimmy Carter location, I pulled up to get air in my tires in Bernard came out immediately and insisted on putting the air in the tires for me. I'm from the old school and I'm used to doing things myself, if I want it done right. It was very refreshing to see that there are people like Bernard still around even in this dogmatic world we live in. I will definitely bring my fleet vehicles over to Bernard and this location just for that small kind jester he implemented today. Keep up the good work my brother.
