This was the most pleasant experience I could have ever imagined, Laura and Winston are nothing short of amazing. From the moment we got the estimate (which was much lower than other big corporate places) to the time I drove my car back home they took beyond good care of us!! The nicest people and the quality of work is amazing. They had even detailed the inside, my car has never been so clean! The decades of experience behind this place shows. My car was fixed in less than two weeks!

The paint job on our car looks amazing! Went in for bumper & hood repairs and ended painting the entire passenger side of the car. The shop made a few mistakes but did correct them. There is a permanent smell of plastic burning coming from our vehicle now, which was never there before. Would be a five-starr experience if not for this.Edit: Just discovered lug nut missing. Shop took my rims off to repaint when they fixed the overspray on several rims.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I heard such great things about this place but they need better employees. I was told there was no room for my car so I was told send send pictures and that they would come give me an estimate at my home . Which never happened . I sent over 2 pictures in which they totaled my car. I thought this was unbelievable due to the fact it was only 2 (not very good) pictures . so I took it to another shop . They quoted me and told me it was fixable . I understand being busy but don t tell your customers their car is totaled just because you don t have time to work on it

Went for an estimate and got a quote. Next day went to leave the deposit and the guy wasn t there and another guy came and told me that the other guy doesn t know how to do an estimate. So it was going to be more and the big guy wanted to do my whole right side ( when it doesn t need it). You don t tell a customer what you want to do with THIER car. Waste of time at this place

Winston and Laura were very accommodating and went out of their way to provide a fair estimate. The service was prompt and they did a great job on the repairs. My car looks better than it did prior to my wreck. Thank you so much!

I love the shop owners (Laura &Winton)!!! As a first time customer I was treated like family. My car was stolen and damaged. L&W Auto Body shopped fixed my car and had me back on the road within two-three weeks. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for great customer service and guaranteed body work on his/her car.

Laura and Winston helped me with Ford Mustang that was in Hurricane Michael and made the Car better then before! Painted the entire car and he paid attention to every detail! I m forever Grateful and will be using them in the future and Highly Recommend L&W Frame and Body! I was very fortunate to hear about them thru another satisfied customer at a Gas Station! I was rear ended last Friday. Caliber Collision said that the frame had damage they said it is total. The frame was slightly bent downwary due to the impack hitting square on the trailer hitch. So I brought the car to L and W and they got it repaired in one day, in at 9am done by 4pm. I know not all repairs happen that fast. The frame is perfect. I will be seeing them with other projects. I recommend them hightly 5 stars. If you want it done right see L and W . It is family owned and run by that same family.Thanks L and WLen L.

First off I did not allow them to repair my car. The guy at the front desk was slow rude and acted as if my business was not imprtant. He refused to even get up to look at my car. then he gave a grunt and went outside to look. After 1 minute he walked back in. I had rear-end damage. He didn't even look under the car, in the trunk or even notice the taillight was smahed. Also the shop smelled foul, there was dirt and dust every where.No way they can do quality work with bad attitudes and dirty environment like this.

Great company. I go there to repair all my car all the time never had a issue after. Highly recommended. Not rude but hard to understand but he knows what he is doing. That what matters.

Great quality of work, fast and friendly. I had front end damage on a older car and Mr. Winston even matched the strip on my door and panel.

Older gentleman really knew about cars and he really knew what was going on with my car this is a really great company it might seem small but they really know what they're talkin about the older gentleman has been doing this work for about 60 years so he was really knowledgeable about what was going on.
