I had a peculiar car issue that I wanted to get checked out. They took me in, checked, and diagnosed my car within minutes. The service was very polite and everyone seemed kind. Unfortunately it was a transmission problem, but the person telling me was very considerate in his delivery (which I appreciated immensely). And the icing on the cake was them not charging me at all for the diagnosis. I'll be using them whenever I have car issues.

Excellent service, reasonable price, friendly and helpful staffs. I m just super glad that I choose JJW to repair my car. Not only they quoted the repairing fee $2k less than the dealership, but they were also being honest for not charging me of the preordered door that no longer needed. We all thought the damaged door needs to be replaced, but they worked their magic around and fixed the crushed area like new. I also got my car back 2 days earlier than the estimated time knowing that they also helped me covered some other minor scratches on my car with the touch up paint for free. Amber and Howard provided the best customer services to me. They addressed all my questions and concerns in a great manner and even offered the complimentary rides to me. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of an auto repair.Services: Painting, Auto body & trim replacement

After getting the run-around from several mechanics and a dealership, these guys were able to correctly diagnose the issue with my car and fix it quickly. We have a flat tire and we change to spare tire to get new tire as well as axel replacement they did all and never put back my spare tire in my car . They just leave it . Too many auto body shops have bad reputations because few people understand the complexity and finesse necessary to perform really good quality body work on a car that doesn't look like a bunch of caked on filler material that has simply been painted over to cover up some dents.This shop is not like that. Martin took his time with my car (A very expensive new car that got a big dent from some idiot with a pickup truck) When I saw the car after his work, I could not believe it. It would be impossible, even for an expert, to tell that there was ever any damage to the quarter panel.The color is a perfect match and the finish exactly like factory brand new and perhaps even more perfectly finished.I highly recommend this shop and specifically Martin for his very high quality and detail oriented work.

JJW used to be one of our favorite places, the owner and his wife very nice, as well as their team. However, the new manager now is one of the worst, does not know auto repair properly, does not tell you things directly nor properly and gives you wrong expectation, let people cut in the line in front of you and keep saying will be your term....make you wait hours and hours, and worse still, did not know the proper parts to order, make wrong orders and extra waste of time/effort.... At the end, no apology, no appreciation of loyalty customers, and on the contrary blame you for his wrong order, claiming he can't return it... This is the worst we have experienced!!! And the quality of repair is also deteriorating,

They have reasonable price and good quality service. Once I had a engine code issue and David checked for me and recommended me another store to fix it because that store is cheaper.

The mechanics in JJW are mostly unprofessionals, not properly trained, some really don't know what they are doing, I feel bad for my car to be serviced there...the manager not well trained neither., nor polite/respectful...will not go again!
