I came here on Saturday to get 4 new used tires once I finished I left and went home. I didn't go anywhere but home.. then I left again around 8pm, I didn't even leave my neighborhood yet then all of a sudden low tire pressure popped up on my dashboard.. I get out the car and the back passenger tire is completely flat. The next day I call the tire shop and tell them what happened & they told me I can come in and that they would take care of me no charge, so that's what I did my boyfriend brought my car in for me and they were charging him $60 for a whole new tire & on top of that the front tire was starting to go flat too. What kind of service is that?? Giving me bad tires because im a girl?? And why say no charge over the phone if you were gonna end up charging me another $60 for something that wasn't MY fault. They gave me bad tires and I paid $320 in total for them nothing but flat tires. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. I had to go to another tire shop and get NEW tires because this shop couldn't do their job correctly

Great place. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought 2 used tires recently. I had a small problem with one a few days later.They got me back in and fix it quickly and perfectly. Learned They do all automotive services. I won't go anywhere else. They guarantee their work!!

I have been going to JB for about 10 years. They are always friendly and helpful. The are very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. I have trusted them to keep my vehicles running and they have never let me down. The card punch system is rewarding as well. I am very grateful for their work.

They patched my tire but knocked it out of balance. When I called to inquire about it, they claimed that the stay inside the tire was messed up. Instead of taking my truck back to JB's, I paid elsewhere for it to be balanced. They are usually great, and the guys are generally friendly. It's just a bad experience this time.

J.B. , along with all of his employees, was very helpful... If you need tires, this is the place to go. Not only did the entire staff looking all over to find a replacement for the unique size 22" tire I have on my 2013 Dodge Charger SE. And even knowing he could have charged me more money, I paid a fraction of what I was quoted by 3 other tire places...

I was there doing the oil change, they never changed my oil filter and even though I told him to please change it, I had brought the filter and he kept the filter and didn't put it in. He didn't blow out the air filters. I think they deceive all the customers and keep the pieces

I am not happy with the service. It was my first time and will never go there again. I did an oil change and they didn t close the nob and it messed up my engine. Worst Service ever. Never recommended.

My boyfriend needed a used tire quick and these guys came through with a decent tire installed at a great price. Best part is he was in and out without an appointment in under 15 minutes! Just in the few minutes we were there they had a steady stream of customers looking for various automotive services.

This shop is run by scammers! The manager, Amy, is very rude, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I will never come here again! She wanted $10 per tire for a tire rotation, so I declined and opted for only an oil change. After her men started the oil change process, she claimed that they couldn t change my oil because they did not have the right size socket; But I believe it was strictly because I decided to watch and she had no intentions of having them actually change it. No wonder they are so fast! Be cautious at this location.Services: Tires, Oil change

My advice is that if you were able to make it elsewhere, do not go to this shop. The second to last time I went to the shop to have my tires rotated, I went straight to the car wash and upon cleaning my rims I discovered that 2 Lugnuts were loose on TWO of the tires!!! The last time I went to this shop was to repair a flat tire and during that time they put a tire of the wrong size on my car, which I discovered after my car was shaking, and then going to get the tire balanced at a different shop. This is an example of bad business twice in a row and trust, there won t be a third time!!!Services: Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

I took my car in today because my car window was stuck. Greg and Mario were both courtesy and fair in price! Thank you JB Tire and Auto for a job well done and for fixing my car handle out of kindness. I appreciate it! I Highly recommend this place if you need car repair, oil change or tires replaced! Employees were RUDE, and when checking out they attempted to add a $20 per tire charge in addition to what we were quoted as a drive out price! I will never use their "service" again!! Find Anwhere else!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The older Caucasian male (manager) refused to do an oil change. At first he said he didn t have a filter that would fit, which I had a brand new one for them to use. He then said they don t work on my make of car, upon asking he says it s a policy they ve apparently had for the past 6 years. But, I have receipts from the past 3 years for every 3 months of them changing my oil, so either they were charging me and not changing my oil or he is liar. He also spit out chew while talking to me which was not only unprofessional but also disgusting.
