They've ways been fair priced, quick and don't push other repairs unless absolutely needed. Thought my repairs were going to be pricey- one was $180 for something that sounded major and $780 for something that would have cost me 2k elsewhere. I moved away but will make the drive over to them! Thank you!

My wife s car needed service and the dealership quote was close to $7000. I was referred to J&M, took the car over and Jose called me back to tell me what it actually needed, $2000.This actually included some body work.Jose and his crew are well equipped and informed about car maintenance and repair.

I've been dealing with these guys for quite a while I trust them, their prices are very fair maybe a little lower than than the average mechanics very honest don't try and oversell you stuff and usually pretty quick about getting my stuff done I would highly recommend them to anyone

It s hard for me to believe, but I have used these guys to do repairs and maintenance on my vehicles for almost ten years now. I have just gone to them year after year, because of satisfaction, and I am not one who posts reviews. In fact, this is my first google review.I had an issue with a repair that they had most recently performed. I called to inform them, and what happened next, is why I am writing this review!I was blown away with the level of professionalism I received. They went above and beyond my expectations to fix the problem quickly. It s taken ten years, for me to learn this about them, because I haven t had any issues, but now I know to what level that they stand behind their work, and that has satisfied me even more!

I have been going to J & M Auto Center for about 4 years and they are truly honest and do a great job. I've been around cars my whole life and when they start telling me what going on with the car or what I need it is exactly what they say. They are a hard working, with awesome mechanics which are hard to find. I will always go to them and recommend them to anyone who wants experienced mechanics and helpers who know what their doing and do it and do it Right!

Today was my first visit to J & M auto center and I will be back. My pick up truck had a new computer installed this year (not at J & M) and for some reason 4 different emission centers could not get my truck to communicate with the GA Clean Air Force state computers. It took the kind folks at J & M about 15 minutes to sort out the issue and to get me back on the road and ready to purchase a new tag. Very friendly & professional staff work here. In short, I was very impressed and recommend them highly without any reservations whatsoever.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

While we were in Duluth (from South Florida) visiting our son, the auxiliary heater core in our van started leaking profusely. Our son recommended a shop that he uses, but they could not accommodate our large van. They highly recommended J&M. The people here were so accommodating as soon as we arrived! They ended up working on our vehicle within a short time of arriving. We had to wait for a part to be delivered, but that only took about an hour.It is very unnerving to need a repair on a vehicle while so far from home. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this place. I highly recommend this shop if you are needing any work on your vehicles!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had my car towed to the shop and asked them to figure out why the car didnt run. After holding my car for 3 days call and tell me the car runs fine and cant find anything wrong so I go pick up the car. When I go to start the car it is dead again doing the exact same thing I had initially brought the car in for. Doesnt even look like the check anything on the car. Did not replace cover on engine. Created larger rips on the interior. Would not recommend to anyone. Mechanics are sloppy and lazy. Held my car for a full week and did nothing to it do not do business with this shop

The lady in the front desk is so rude. Customer service is fundamental for any business to function. I know she's related to the owner but really I used to go to J&M in the past but because of her I avoid it.

I highly recommend this shop, Ask for Miguel or Julio, they're very professional and considerate. I bought a yellow box truck in Allentown pa and drove it to Atlanta and it started back firing and I brought it to them and they were honest enough to tell me that they could find the problem because the truck was driving perfectly fine, if it was someone else they would've charge me and they didn't since they didn't find the problem.

This is the only auto repair shop that I will go to. Above all, I have NEVER had a complaint about the work done to my van. These guys are fair with the pricing and do not compare to any other auto shop I have been to in the past.My family referred me to them and I am so happy I went there. My go-to for car repair. I've an older car and they keep it going. They fix what needs to be fixed at fair price. Now they're not perfect. But I use common sense, they're honest, it's a good connection for me.

Always a professional experience when I trust my vehicle to J and M Auto Center. I have been taking my cars here since 2005 and I trust them implicitly to tell me what needs to happen. Whether its evaluating a used vehicle to purchase or servicing an existing vehicle the team at J and M has the expertise to diagnose and repair that keeps me coming back. J&M Auto Center is the only place I will ever take my car to! I was assisted by Jos� and his incredible team who were friendly, professional and serviced my car in a timely manner. The staff treats everyone like family, and I immediately knew my car was in very good hands from the moment I walked inside. Great shop, friendly staff, good mechanics/technicians, and repairs preformed properly (same repair process/spec the dealer will do) and in a good timeframe. Very honest crew and great prices!!!!! We send them a good bit of cars for work monthly. Great shop to do business with highly recommend!!!!

I dropped my truck off because I have had ok service with them in the past. This time was not the same. They told me I needed new brakes because the brakes were gone they even wrote that on the receipt. They were going to charge me $606.00 to change brakes on all four tires. I said, no thank you . I went to the auto parts store and bought both the front and rear brakes. When I went to change the front breaks the wear bars on the brake pads were still clearly visible!! I change the front anyway but when I went to change the rear brakes they were still in excellent condition. Trust but verify this place. Less than $40.00 and one hour of work and my front brakes are done.

I really love the service I receive at J&M. They do great work and offer very reasonable prices for auto repair, which includes oil change, emissions or more in depth auto service. Employees are very nice.

Called to do business with shop, asking questions to verify if they are sound to do the ork needed. The mechanic was very rude and only wanted to discuss an inspection.I did not call to discuss an inspection I called to see if you knew what you were doing.

One of the best auto shops in Duluth. Customer service is impeccable, certified technicians are available for questions. I have been going there for quite a while haven't had any problems. I would definitely recommend.

I have been coming here for 5 years straight. I highly recommend this place. Last time I brought my car was it on a Saturday around Noon. They diagnosed my car in under a hour and told me that they will have it done at the end of the day. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FINISH MY CAR PAST OPPERATING HOURS!! THEY ARE REALLY DEDICATED FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! BIG CHEERS FOR THIS SHOP!!

My brake light went out when I was on my way to appointment The nice folks at J&M auto worked me in and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely go back when I need additional work done.
