Immaculate detail is the go to place for all things detail and wrap. I called in for quote and it was, for me, slightly above competitive pricing BUT the workmanship and attention to detail was superb. My car had a detail with ceramic coating and now it s as glossiest it ll ever be. I want to thank Erin for personally handling my vehicle with care and has gone the upmost extra mile from communication to throwing some extra services and even helping with a dead battery. I worked with Aaron and had a great experience. I had ceramic coating and PPF added to 3/4 of the car. I'm really pleased with the work. The car looks better than the day I bought it and the carbon fiber in particular is incredible. Aaron was really good about telling me what would be best for me and how to take care of it. Hands down one of the best experiences I ve had with an auto detailing shop in Atlanta. Superior work, friendly and absolutely killed the Satin wrap, tint and ceramic coating on my Model Y. They wrapped my truck in vinyl. It looks really nice and if I were to give a score it would be 94%. There are a few areas that a detailed eye can spot.For cleaning, they recommended either a laser car wash (touchless) or hand wash. So far, I've just used microfiber clothes and water to wipe it down. Then Chemical Guys vinyl detailer. So, much more labor than I expected to keep the flawless appearance.These guys are basically artists with a blank canvas. So, make sure you get a firm completion date. Over all, I'm very happy with the new look of my truck. Green-black Iridescent.

The owners are honest and their integrity is unquestionable. They seemed to have an issue with one installer, and they were quick to work on a resolution without me getting involved, which is rare with a business. Their internal quality control seemed to be on point, as well. I'm very happy with the final results of my tinting and ceramic coating on my BlackwingServices: Privacy window films, Heat control window films, Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

Update: The owner is lying as I stated I am out of State and I never received a response. I sent photos and he just told me to come into the shop. Tried to file a complaint with the BBB but this business is not registered! WARNING!! AVOID!!!!Ignore the owners reviews!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!I came here about six months ago for PPE, ceramic coating, and taillight tint. I should have written this soon as I've been told this location has issues.I had to make a couple trips as the PPE came off on the mirrors and they were out of taillight tint the first visit.After about a month the taillight tint peeled off because they applied it during a rain storm and it did not adhere. That was a waste of $150 and more as I ordered tint and did it myself.The worst part is once the weather cleared and I was able to detail the car myself. I noticed that the wheels and the lower trim had permanent swirl marks in dirt. Apparently they didn't clean the wheels or the lower areas before applying the ceramic coating.. Now it won't come off.I asked for a refund, but after responding with details I was ignored by the owner.

If you ever want ceramic coating, detailing or vinyl wrap for your car without a doubt this is the place to go in Atlanta. I took quotes from different places but these guys are the best in explaining the process and they offer the best price in town.Very professional and I strongly Recommend for any of your car needs!!Service: Auto detailing

I am completely and totally SATISFIED! These guys did an extremely GREAT job. They saw the vision I had and, completely delivered. Great customer service. The wrap is beautifully done and the ceramic finish is definitely a must! Thank you for the great work guys!P.S.I dont know how to add the pics, but you can see the truck in the pic. The entire front end was chrome

Highly recommend! I had my truck ceramic coated and windows tinted. The results were exactly what I was looking for. Aaron explained to me what the process would be like and how long it would take. I will be using Immaculate Details of Atlanta again.

Excellent detail and install of ceramic coating as well as full front film protection. Beautiful, clean shop and professional customer service throughout. Would highly recommend. Check with Fortino and crew here first before choosing a high end shop in BUCKHEAD which may only be a high end price and location...Only detailer out of 5 I looked into that wanted to discuss what all needed to be done before giving a blanket quote. Told me he d keep my car a couple days under heat lamps to make sure the coating and film applied correctly. No one else offered that. SOLD!!

My truck gets park in my driveway under an old Oak which created a sap problem. I needed to get a good exterior wash, wax, clay bar once i got the tree taken out to restore my trucks shine and protective coating to keep the paint looking good. I brought it to these guys and what an amazing job they did. Truck looks as good now 5 years later as it did coming of the showroom floor. Easy to work with customer first mentality at fair pricing what more could you ask for!

Immaculate Details is the place to go for your car detailing needs. I brought my 2014 Dodge Challenger in to be restored and it looks brand new again. Fortino is personable and you can tell that he really cares about his craft and ensuring that the job is done right. He has great customer service and will definitely make you feel like you left your car in the right hands. He has made a customer for life.

Immaculate Design of Atlanta fixed a horrible wrap job on my car. Now my car looks great. They even stayed late on Friday to finish it. I would recommend this place for all your car needs. Great place and very professional.

Just got the ceramic coating on my car. I must say the black is more stunning that when I bought it new 3 weeks ago. Fortino is a master at his craft, I begin to believe he treated my car like it was his own. If you re thinking about another business don t this is the right guy for the job. I can t recommend immaculate details enough. Anything moving forward I m bringing my business to him. Great job Fortino you get 10 stars and a standing ovation!!!Customer for life!!

I highly recommend Immaculate Details of Atlanta. Everything was Perfect and it s a beautiful shop. I was treated fairly and would definitely go back for more services. This past time I had sap spots removed from my car and Aaron went the extra mile to go over everything with me.

We worked out a custom version of Ceramic Pro along with some paint correction for a used BMW I had just purchased, this company did a great job! My car looks 100 times better and the price was great.

Brought my Tesla to have the interior wrapped in a vinyl kit I bought from Evannex. Wow. Incredible installation and service and the price was great. Highly recommend. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed.

I'm a fan. Not only are they Professional and the work is GRADE A . . . . the prices are fair. I had the front end of my 2018 ZL1 1LE protected by XPEL film, and the rest of the car Ceramic coated. This is the only place my vehicle is going to from now on. Communication is key to any successful business. It was there and I'm a satisfied customer.

The guys at Immaculate Details of Atlanta did an amazing job putting a chrome delete, headlight/tail light tint and painting wheels on my Lexus GS. Great attention to detail and they went way beyond the call of duty. Car looks fantastic!! Thanks Fortino and team!

Fantastic work. Made an appointment, was greeted by very friendly staff, and extremely pleased with the results of my detail work. Very nice comfortable waiting area; was able to do some work on my laptop and watch some TV while there.

Its a great place to take your car , good customer service , good work , etc. I took my car their to get it wraped and detailed and they did amazing . I highly recommend it.
