I can't say enough good things about my experience with I & I Mobile Tire Services today! I had a blow out on 85 South at Jimmy Cater Blvd. I called this company and someone arrived 34 minutes after I hung up the phone. I had a new tire on my car and was back on the road within 15 minutes of their arrival! And, it didn't cost a fortune. It was far cheaper than getting towed to a tire place. The gentleman who changed my tire was polite, professional, and articulate. Wonderful experience given a blow out!

I called this mobile tire place so they took my location and information including my card details and told me that I won't be charged until my service has been completed, also told me that they will text ETA within 15-20 minutes, of which I showed a little concern that 20 minutes is a bit too much just to get an ETA, and still have to wait out the ETA, but I have little option. After well over 45 minutes, no ETA yet so I called, someone else picked and put me on hold to get an ETA for another 10 minutes. I dropped the call and called back for the third time, a lady picked the phone and told me that they're still waiting on an ETA. At this point, I told her to cancel the order and she goes "wait a minute, the driver just text now and said ETA is 30-40 minutes." But I told her that I don't believe her. I would like to cancel the order. Then she said I will be charged $50 for cancellation... Excuse me? They're not honest. Please don't leave your card information with them no matter how they convince you. I have just called another mobile tire ETA was provided instantly and he just pulled up now.

Found myself with a flat tire and no spare on 85, peak rush hour. Called I&I up, they gave a few different options and an hour later the tech, Stanley showed up had me changed out in about 15 minutes and I was on my way. Great experience all the way around.

I have used them on 2 separate occasions. Personal and business. My personal experience was great! Price was consistent. Service exceeded expectations. My business experience has been great so far (waiting on the tech to provide service). Rick has been transparent and knowledgeable about this situation.I would give 5 stars if they had a better way of connecting with clients faster. A 24/7 service should not push potential customers to voicemail (especially in dire situations).

Do not trust. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not trust these people. Had a flat. From the beginning they pushed a replacement. Didn t have my exact size but brought something comparable. They replaced the tire. Never mentioned it was a used tire. 10 days later the tire would not keep air and they refused to come back and fix or replace. Not helpful and very rude. Wouldn t address that no one ever told me the tire was used and used that as the excuse as to why they wouldn t address their dishonesty or do the right thing to fix their dishonest work.

These guys are AMAZING!! I used them one time for my work van and then used them a second time, a few weeks later, to get tires on my Jeep, and.. WOW!! The service they provide is lightning fast, done with smiles and good attitudes - as apposed to a rushed and impatient type of situation - their prices to mount and balance your tires or some of the lowest I've seen in the Atlanta area... And on top of all that, whenever necessary, THEY COME TO YOU!! You really can't beat that! Try them out.. I GUARANTEE you won't be disappointed.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from I&I Mobile Tire. I was stranded on 285 in rush hour traffic with 2 flat tires from nails on the road. The driver was courteous and helpful in getting me back up and rolling. I was able to purchase 3 new tires and the 4th one was free. I would definitely recommend this company.

I popped my tire right of Camp Creek and it s always so packed in this area. I called I&I and they were fast and had me back on the road in no time . Fast and friendly service

Straight up scammers I ve been on the side of the road for hours. Don t let the fake comments foul you no one is gonna show up don t do the 50 dollar fee go look somewhere else. I put 5 stars so I can be hopefully on the top of this bs review list.

Never gave me a call back! I was waiting for over a hour just for them to give me an update and they never did. I winded up having to call a whole other tire mobile shop. That s so unprofessional

I had the same guy come out n balance my tires 2x and he still didn't get it right..I paid to much for the tires to not have it done right..I wouldn't recommend them..buyers beware!

I ve used this amazing company on more than one occasion and haven t been disappointed!! They are quick to arrive and ALWAYS have been proficient and PROFESSIONAL!!! I am so glad they re a company I and my family can rely on.
